This is our 3rd year staying at this beautiful house. It’s such a treasure to stay in this cozy place, nestled in the tall fir trees where all our family can spread out and enjoy all this house has to offer. We love to gather around the huge family table working on a puzzle while enjoying watching the snow falling, while the kids are down stairs in the game room playing basketball, foosball, hot tubing or watching a movie. This house has it all for a family of 10! We’ll be back!

Our family group - 7 adults and 2 children - rented this large house near Leavenworth for 5 nights. On our first night cleaning up after dinner we looked under the sink and noticed a huge overflowing bowl - the water was running straight through the garburator so we couldn't use the dishwasher or kitchen sink at all. In addition, because of a very musty smell in the downstairs bathroom (shared by three of us), we discovered that water had been running down through the floor and wall beneath the kitchen sink and had soaked through the bathroom's laminate floor (the bath mats were wet from this). We contacted Katie immediately - she told us to empty the bowl and she would look into repairs after our stay - but when we pointed out we couldn't use the kitchen sink, dishwasher or downstairs bathroom, she said she would get someone to come in. The repairmen came while we were away the next day and fixed the leak, but the bathroom remained unusable. We wonder why this situation was not addressed before our arrival. Did the cleaning staff not look under the kitchen sink or notice the smell or wet floor in the downstairs bathroom? The leak had been going on for awhile, as the damage was extensive, but Katie didn’t take our concerns about the bathroom seriously (she has now advised the bathroom will be renovated immediately). All this ruined our first night and seriously lessened our enjoyment of our stay - we won't be returning.

This home was perfect for our group of 9. We had three generations travelling together and there was plenty of space for both gathering and alone time. Our kids especially liked the downstairs game room area. We played board games and enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect. 5 minutes from downtown! The hosts were welcoming and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this location. Thank you!

Our family of 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids had a good time at the Evergreen Haus. It is an older property but in good shape. The hot tube was great and golf course was so close we found 18 golf balls on the property! We also saw a beautiful Doe and her 2 fawns. It is a very short walk to downtown Leavenworth but we drove and parked so after delicious meals and lots of shopping it was easy getting back. If you really want to do something exciting try the Leavenworth Adventure Park where you can rollercoaster down a mountain, climb a rock wall and bungee jump on a trampoline.

Stayed with a group of friends, 9 total. The house was great for hosting a good number of folks; lots of beds available. Also a great location for exploring Leavenworth, either by very short drive or a little bit of a walk (1.5 miles).

This house is great for a group, lots of space and fun for all. Katie is very responsive and attentive. We loved being able to walk in to town, even in the frigid cold!

The house was beautiful and the accommodations. Would have been more amazing if hot tub worked.

The house has everything for our yearly family Christmas celebration! The owners take the time to beautifully decorate for the holidays and it’s just such a cozy living space for all of us.

Plenty of room for our group of 10. Lots of sleeping space. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. Walk to the river was close and was the entrance point for people who booked with tubing groups. We just waded in the water and sat on the rocks to cool down. Deer hang out and just lay in the shade and roam around eating grass. Golf course is visible and easy walk to golf course entrance. On the end of a dead end street so it was quiet. Hot tub was great at night after the temperature cooled down. The kitchen table fit all 10 of us which was great for dining as well as playing games together. We spent a lot of time on the deck when it wasn't too hot and enjoyed the air conditioning when it was too hot outside. Great proximity to downtown Leavenworth. Fun family time without feeling crowded as the bedrooms are spread over three different floors.

What a great house! We do a yearly vacation with another family and we have kids that range in age from 6 to 15. All the kids and adults had plenty of space and fun. The rec room games were a big hit! The house was clean and well stocked. One of the best parts was the beds! They are so comfortable! Next time we are in Leavenworth, we look forward to booking this house again.

This is the perfect property for a group to get away to. There were nine of us and we had more room than we needed. The kitchen is well appointed with the basics, the BBQ worked great, the dining area was big enough for us all, plus we used it for poker night. The living area has plenty of seating to watch a game on a big TV. The hotub is plenty warm, but the jets don't provide much pressure, but it was still great to get in after a round of golf and relax. We also used the firepit and enjoyed being out in the open at night. The location is perfect, the drive to the golf course is two minutes and the drive to the center of town is five minutes. If you are looking for a house to host a larger group in this area, you will be hard-pressed to find a better place.

My girlfriends and I had the best time this weekend. We were celebrating our friends bachelorette. Perfect location - not to far from town. The house was stocked with everything you needed. Katie was awesome and super friendly! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The basement is a perfect kid zone your close enough to town to enjoy everything the owner ate absolutely wonderful

We had the absolute best time on our vacation. The location, cleanliness, and overall communication with the property owner was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property, and if we ever return to Leavenworth, would select this time and time again.

This house was perfect for our large group of extended family. The kids (big and small) enjoyed the downstairs game room and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The location was great as well and it was a very short drive to downtown. The only thing we had trouble with was the steep driveway in the snow. Our AWD small SUV got stuck one day and we had to use chains to get out of the driveway. So if you're staying there during the winter, you may want to pack chains. Everything else was great -- highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again!

The Evergreen Haus house is beautifully decorated for Christmas! It’s nice and big, the beds are so comfortable and the game room is all set for the kids to have their own space, including an awesome basketball pop-a-shot and foosball table. The kitchen is nicely outfitted and the family sized dining table is great for a large family. We’re definitely coming back!

Proximity to town, trailheads, and the Wenatchee river for post-hike floating made this a perfect place to stay. Communication with the owner Katie was great. She was quick to respond to any questions. Wifi worked great, was able to work via Zoom without issue. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for putting the baby to sleep while the rest of the family continued to hangout. Our top pop-a-shot score was 62.

We had the most amazing time staying at this property! It was perfect for a family reunion in Leavenworth! Would recommend to anyone.

5 bedrooms was hard to find but we did and enjoyed a sibling reunion. Plenty of space and outdoor sitting areas.

The property was amazing. It was well stocked with everything that we needed for a family get away. The master suite on the top floor was perfect for the grandparents to get away from all the chaos :)

Plenty of room for a large group. Well equipped kitchen. Shady patio. Lots of trees. Very nice overall. One drawback-there is no door between master bedroom and bathroom.

We had 10 adults from all over the country staying here. The house was perfect. Large spaces, super clean, comfortable beds, very nice amenities. We loved the location and that we could walk to town. Other than a mix up with the check in codes, that the owner promptly responded to, it was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is not our first time staying here, in fact, it’s our sixth. But this is our first with the new owners and they didn’t skip a beat. We are a group of guys that do a golf weekend every year, we came here for the last six years for two reasons, this house and the golf course being right here. The house has enough beds for up to twelve guys to sleep comfortably if you want. The main floor has a great gathering area around the kitchen that leads right out onto the large wrap around deck. The kitchen is well appointed with the basics, the dining room table is large enough for all of us and is the perfect size for a little poker after golf. And there is a hot tub and a fire pit downstairs with chairs to enjoy. Communication was extremely prompt from start to finish with the new owner; we already loved the house and the location, the new owners have made some nice upgrades to the house which makes it that much nicer.

Katie's home was lovely to stay at! She was very communicative when I had questions and checking in was a breeze. This home is probably one of my favorite cabins I've stayed at, literally no problems at all. With Covid-19, Katie made sure there was hand sanitizer and wipes for us to use. This place is perfect if you want to get away from the city and just relax. There is a jacuzzi that was CLEAN and WARM when we arrived. I would definitely book here again. Katie has been a wonderful host.

We stayed in the house with two families with young children. There was more than enough space for all of us. The downstairs was great for the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were lots of towels, sheets and extra blankets and pillows. The owner was very responsive when we communicated. The house is minutes from downtown Leavenworth. The hot tub was nice. The kids enjoyed playing outside in the snow! We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had all the basic necessities and everything was nice and clean. I got the upstairs master bedroom and the bed was so comfy i did not want to get out of it! Property is SUPER CLOSE to the town which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again! We treated this great property as our base camp as we explored the wintertime adventures around Leavenworth. It was great to soak in the hot tub and dry clothes by the fire between sledding runs or hikes

The stay was nice. We all needed a getaway after the year we all had in 2020.
