This home was listed perfectly, everything was in order as described and more. Very close to beach access. The younger adults walked it in less than 5 minutes, the older cool ones were able to park at public entrance 😀. We will definitely book again.

Brian’s beach house was big, comfortable, and located a 5-10 min walk across the street to the beach. Beds were comfy, air conditioners worked great, and we loved the three levels which allowed plenty of room for our extended family of 10. The pool was great! Brian was very responsive when we had a maintenance issue, having his cleaning lady come over the same day. We appreciated being able to stay.

The house is Beautiful and well laid out. Plenty or room for everyone. We all enjoyed the pool and how close of a walk to the beach we were. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations. I will definitely book here again.

We loved the location and couldn’t have had better weather. We don’t enjoy being in the too touristy crowds so this was great for us. The beach was a short walk away or a two minute drive if you prefer. Any activity or shopping was within 15-20 minutes. The layout of the home offers privacy and down time if needed or community space for all the togetherness you want/need! Brian and Jaclyn are very conscientious hosts with super quick response time. We were notified prior to our arrival the garage door had been acting up and a technician had already been contacted to fix it. We would definitely rent this property again.

The surrounding houses and pool were a very nice addition, it feels like you have your own little community within PCB, we all especially loved the short distance to the beach allowing our friend in a wheelchair to go quite often!

The floor in the kitchen was not clean. The stairs were steeper than expected and unsafe. We ended up at St. Andrews State Park to use the beach because of the traffic on Thomas Drive. We enjoyed visiting with family and had a good time. The house was well stocked.

The Location and amenities of the property were great from the back porches to the pool and close walk to the beach. When we arrived at the home, the air conditioning on the third floor was broken and it was 85 degrees. We were unable to sleep on that floor the first night so we had to carry mattresses down to the main level. Brian communicated throughout the process and refunded our first night which we were thankful for! There was a lot of sand, dirt and dust on the floor that required extra cleaning as we had to move furniture to accommodate sleeping arrangements. Brian is communicative and worked to resolve the issue. We enjoyed the home and the close proximity to the beach!

2nd time staying here & will be back again. This property is amazing! Location is excellent. I have zero negative things to say about this property! Absolutely wonderful!

The house was clean , and everything was provided. The only problem we had was that one house was getting redone and the workers came every morning at 6AM and was working all day long and the house sleep was being disturbed. But other than that no complaints.

It’s a beautiful home plenty of space and clean. The beach is a quick 3 minute walk across the street to the left look for a white fence. Will visit again.

My Family and I stayed here during my granddaughters’s Fall Break. There was TONS of space and the roomy 3 level Townhouse allowed everyone to have as much togetherness…and privacy as they wanted! Everything was as described and pictured on the website. The reservation/payment process was easy and check-in/out was a breeze! The huge big screen TV in the common living area was also great for the guys to catch up on Saturday College Football after we returned from the beach. We only cooked 1 meal, but the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/pans/utensils that we needed. Showers all worked well and the washer/dryer were a lifesaver for keeping linens stocked during our stay. The beach access is across the street and seemed like it would be easy to get to. However, we chose to drive down to the larger public beach on Thomas Drive due to ease of parking & unloading our beach stuff. Brian was very responsive to the minor issues that we had to contact him about, so there was absolutely no problem there! Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 12. Access to beach was awesome. Check in was super easy. The host went out of his way to make sure we had plenty of knowledge of the area. We definitely would stay again.

The house is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach which wasn’t bad at all. Comfy beds, hot shower, nice pool, and we had great neighbors! Brian was easy to get in touch with when we had an issue with the garage door. He responded quickly and got our issue resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described! Perfect location with short walk to beach. Owners responsive to questions. This was a "senior trip" that included 7 teenagers, 6 adults, and 1 infant. The house was PERFECT and would also accommodate younger children.

Though the home was a little further from the beach than we expected, we enjoyed great family together time during our stay. The hosts were great communicators and checked in to make sure all was okay several times. They had just hired a new cleaning service which unfortunately did not clean the home sufficiently, but the owners were wonderful about resolving this issue. To access the beach, you do need to cross a four-lane road, and cars are not always great about stopping for people in the crosswalk, so we did find that a bit stressful with small children, but this is obviously no reflection on the owners. The road was much busier than we expected, with fast cars, loud sirens, etc. In addition, the pool in the complex could have used a little TLC (electrical light hanging out, sand in pool, etc.), but again, this is no reflection on the wonderful owners. They will do all they can to make sure your stay is a great one! :) Panama City was a bit different from some of the quieter beach towns that we normally visit, so it has a different feel to it. The owners provided a lot of great information about sites, restaurants, etc.

Townhouse was nice and location was convenient to everything. Also, liked being away from all the traffic and beach access was great. Owner had prompt communication during our stay and we had no issues. Would recommend for multiple families!
