This is our 3rd time staying here. Love the location, quiet and close to everything in Jacksonville and a short drive to the beaches. This 2/2 is spotless and has everything you need for a fabulous stay. Communication with owner was extremely easy and prompt. Would definitely stay again

Extreme over kill on plug in fragrance. They had 8 in a 2 bed/1 bath. I don’t know what they were trying to cover up.When I walked through the house and came back out my clothes smelled like the fragrance. Then the owner went dark and would not talk to me. So my family 4th July vacation was pretty much ruined. Hard to find a place on short notice, most places booked. VRBO just said they would talk to owner, 7 days later no response from anyone. I am going through my CC company for refund.

This was the first time we had stayed in a place outside hotels. The place was clean, easy to get and communication with the owner was outstanding. They checked on us throughout our stay and responded quickly to our messages. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

What a great place to stay with your family, such a beautiful home. Communication was great, check-in process was super simple and located in a great area closed to the mall and the beach. Will definitely be back.

Lacy and Dan’s rental had everything we needed. Finally a rental that supplied the bare essentials and even left welcoming extras like hot cocoa bombs for the kids and some gatorades in the fridge. It was so nice not to have to worry about buying a small travel detergent or even a dishwasher pod. The beds were so comfortable and the yard was nice and big for my puppies. Lacy was super sweet and very encouraging of us to reach out if we needed anything.

This is a lovely duplex in a quiet neighborhood. It was impeccably clean and had all the extras you needed. Lacey was easy to reach and quickly replied to all messages. Great location if you have business on Lenune and was a great base for exploring the Crystal Coast. Will definitely keep this property in mind if we come back to the area. 5 Stars!

Home is clean and well stocked. The decor is beachy and inviting. Everything is updated and comfortable. It was just what we needed. We will definitely be back.

We had such a great time!! Very clean and SUPER CUTE place close to the military base. Our son is a Marine so he was able to come stay with us but also be close to his place on base.
Also great communication with the owner. :)
We will definitely stay here again on the future!

Graduation/Summer Vacation
Lacy and Dan have a beautiful place. Came in from Ohio to meet up with family to celebrate sisters college graduation and visiting my other sister stationed at the base. My partner made a comment about just staying in the whole week since it was nice and comfy. We will definitely try to stay there every time we come down.

Sold house, in between stay
The place is very beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all you will need for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near base, restaurants, and, grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet. Owners are very accommodating and responsive. A great place to stay if passing through to visit.

Convenient location, cute/clean space!
We really enjoyed our stay here-- location is very convenient to camp lejeune, and the house is very clean and the perfect size for a couple or small family. Our dogs loved the backyard as well!

Home Away from Home
Our family has stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. We have a son stationed at Marine Corps Base Camp LeJeune and this property is very convenient to base and downtown Jacksonville.

Perfect little get away
This property was perfect. It was right off base, 2 minutes from main gate. Had every amenity you could possibly need plus more. And a pretty big fenced in back yard perfect for my active dog.

A cozy coastal themed property
A cozy and comfortable alternative to staying at a hotel. Located in a quiet neighborhood near Camp LeJeune Marine Corps base. This duplex is very clean and has all necessary amenities a family would need.

Thanksgiving 2021
From now on, this is our home base when coming to visit our Marine son and daughter in law and new grandson. Lacy is very responsive to any questions and the property is fantastic. We felt right at home.

Home away from home
From the moment we walked in to this property and seen the cleanliness and updated look with a personal touch of cookies on the stove welcoming us we knew we made a great decision to stay here. It was the perfect place to enjoy when we weren't with our brand new Grandson and my Marine son and wife! It was a really quiet neighborhood also and very conveniently located to many amenities! We will be back when we come this way again!

Inviting and Relaxing
This rental was perfect! Great location, all the comforts of home, and the 2 headed shower in the master bath is now on my to do list for my own house! Friendly helpful owners also helped to make this a great stay. Will definitely book again if I'm in the area!

Very nice house, (quiet area), bedrooms were both nicely decorated. Double shower in the master bath. Everything looked beautiful and the appliances were all up to date and working. Beautifully decorated, outside chairs to sit outside and relax. Great place to stay!! Thanks Lacy & Dan!! Loved your house!

Amazing stay!
It was a perfect little place for my fiance and I as we moved to town and waited to close on our house. Lacy and Dan were so accommodating and communication with them was easy! Such a wonderful place to stay and wonderful people to rent from!
