This house was completely amazing. Clean, every detail accounted for, and beautiful space. The pool, the house, the distance to the beach were al perfect. It felt like a home away from our home. I will do everything in my power to come back! Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Our first time renting in PCB. What a great experience. They aren’t kidding when they tell you your close to the beach. Literally mins walk away. House located in a cluster of equally nice homes on same street/block. Owner was easily accessible and available, appreciated her quick response. Will definitely stay here again❤️

This property is wonderful! Very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need - air frier was a plus. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Two families fit very comfortably.

The house is perfect for all your needs. Spacious, clean and full of amenities. Nice pool and outdoor area. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs and wagon available for use. Kristy the host is easy to reach and very accommodating. This was our second time staying for our friends vacation and everyone loved it!

Our stay at Sandy Retreat was awesome. The house comes equipped with so much to make your stay comfortable - fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer, bath towels, board games, etc. Our family loved the location and how close it was to the beach… a 5 min walk! The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and the outside was the perfect outdoor space with the pool. Definitely would stay at Sandy Retreat again.

My Family (11 total 6 adults 5 kids ages 5-17) and I spent the week of the fourth (July) at this property and had a great time. I was impressed with how clean the property was when we checked in. The 3 1/2 bath and five bedrooms was plenty of space for all of us. The neighborhood seemed to be very safe, all connecting properties were newer construction. It was very convenient just a short walk to the beach (couple 100 meters) and a short drive to several businesses in the area. The owner was very accommodating during our stay and was very quick to address any maintenance concerns (within minutes!!!). The pool, patio and grill area was the right size for the adults to cook outside relax on the patio and around the pool while the kids splash around in the pool to their content. We highly recommend this property!!!

If your looking for a quieter area that’s not right in the middle of PCB this is it. It’s still close to things but just far enough away to avoid that crazy traffic. If you do want to head to the busy part of PCB it’s not that far away at all. With 3 kids under the age of 12 this house was perfect for us. The house was excellent, communication with the owner was excellent- response time was within minutes, house was clean, close to the beach and great pool. We had a great time and will definitely recommend this house.

This property was beautiful! Very clean, equipped with needed amenities, close to the beach (2 minute walk). We will definitely book here future vacations!

The ocean water at the beaches were closed all week, very disappointing

Convenient location with an awesome pool. Pool has a tanning ledge perfect for kids. Everything was really clean and supplied a lot of the things we needed for small kids. The beach was a two minute walk and was easier than staying in a condo right on the beach. We would stay here again the next time we go to Panama City.

This was a fantastic house and Kristi was an excellent, very accommodating host!

We were very impressed with the property. The VRBO description was accurate. The property was very clean, like new or recently updated. The house was well stocked with bath and beach towels; two beach wagons and lots of beach toys for the kids; and the kitchen was well equipped with kitchen tools including pots, bowls, dishes, glasses and flatware as well as spices and dry condiments. The bedrooms were very nice. We appreciated the availability of the pack and play, high chair and bunk rails. The pool was very clean. The grill was easy to use. And it was a quick, easy walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat!

The house was great and very clean. Everything was as advertised and maybe a bit better? Communication with the host was immediate and she was super nice and accommodating. We will be back for sure!!!

There are so many awesome amenities, including all sorts of games, sand toys, pool toys, and plates/cups for kids. It was perfect for us!

Owners were amazing and so easy to communicate with! I would recommend this for a group of friends to a big family vacation. Hoping to come back again!

This property and the owners were amazing. The home itself was immaculate...everything available for our use was in new/perfect condition. Linens, dishes, appliances, silverware and security systems were top notch!! The pool was amazing and evening lighting in the backyard with the pool provided a wonderful ambiance for a family trip (that also included a beach wedding)... beach less than 100 yards from property! I can't imagine you being able to find any property in this area better able to meet your needs and desires for a family week. When we next prepare to travel to the area...Kristy and Justin will be our first contacts! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

We stayed for an entire week at this house with our entire family. Ages 1-58. We had a blast. By far the best place we have every stayed in PCB. The house is beautiful and so clean. It literally has everything you need!! Even had two nice wagons to take all of our stuff to the beach. The beach is literally around the corner. Perfect location and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. We plan to stay again on our next trip! Absolutely wonderful!! Also the owners were quick to respond to anything we ask. They live near by so they can come over ASAP if needed!!!

This house has everything you need on a vacation. Great kitchen items, plenty of beach items to use. The pool was great for afternoon swims! The beds were so comfy! Can’t say enough about this house. Will definitely rent from them again!

This property has everything you could want for a relaxing beach vacation. The house is perfect. It is very clean, spacious, and luxurious. The pool is very nice and the heat works very well if it happens to be cold during your stay. We had our toddler with us, and the house has kids' games and toddler plates/utensils/cups stocked in the kitchen. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. It's perfect!

We had a great time staying here with our friends. We had two families with 6 kids 1yo-8yo. The bunk bed room was a blast for them! The house had everything you could need and was so clean. We had the pool heated which was great for the kids on the cooler days. Can’t say enough good things about the property and the owners! They responded to any questions/requests quickly and showed up within 10 minutes or so when we needed help with the pool! There are plenty of sand toys and a great wagon and beach chairs available for the quick walk to the beach. We used their pack n play and high chair (upon request) and loved that we didn’t have to pack all the extra stuff! Would definitely recommend staying here!
