Two houses, with joining courtyard. Fun for families with pool table, ping pong, and other activities. Only negative was two kitchens, one very full of dishes etc. the other very empty we had to keep going back and forth. Both houses very clean. Smaller house could use new couch (very old) . Spent most time in larger home.

Perfect Paso Getaway. Close to everything Paso has to offer. The homes were very clean, well equipped and then some and well layed out for the perfect getaway with family and friends.

This property is a cozy 2 home setup connected by a courtyard. Everything was as advertised and we loved the home. Only the rains played spoilsport during our stay and we could have enjoyed the homes more if there were no rains. The home on Vine Street is not very updated, but the home on the back is very well updated and that's where we spent all our time. Our family had a lot of fun with the games, hot tub and chilling out in front of the TV and fireplace. We would love to visit again.

We had a very pleasant stay. We rent many houses and by far we were impressed by the attention to details! We have never been provided coffee and that was a nice touch. Plenty of paper products, too.

We had a wonderful stay and were super impressed with how well the house is stocked. This is a professional rental with all your needs covered. Everything was super comfortable, clean, and well put together!

The property was in a great location and the homes had the luxury of being in your own home and great amenities. The property owners were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we were doing well. I would definitely return back and recommend to everyone.

We used this house as a staging area for a birthday celebration and found it ideal. The two house set up had plenty of rooms, common space and fun things to do. The location is ideal both to walk to downtown Paso and as a kick off for going to local wineries. Highly recommend.

10 of us had our fantasy football weekend in Paso. This place was perfect. Walking distance to downtown, easy driving to the golf courses. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place for multiple families. The two houses and a great patio area are perfect for vacationing with friends and families. Lots of games for teens and places to relax or gather together. Very comfortable!

Great place to hang out with a large group. Spent every night on the patio. Plenty of space for a large group or family. Kitchen in the main house was large and had everything we needed! Close walking distance to main area of Paso. Great location!

Tom and Lisa's house is very comfortable and located just a few blocks from the town square with many restaurants. It was a great place for a family gathering to attend our son's graduation at San Luis Obispo. House has tons of amenities to keep kids and adults entertained. The beds are very comfortable and kitchens are well stocked with cooking tools. Tom and Lisa were easy to contact and responded quickly. We would rent again for sure.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! The houses were clean, cozy and well stocked with comfy beds. The location was close to downtown and all the wonderful attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was stocked and ready for our work group that came to visit several wineries in Paso. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and we’ve shared the great experience with several of our counterparts. We loved Paso and can’t wait to return. Bonus being within walking distance of several restaurants!

We were so happy with the location of Tom and Lisa’s house. The house was fully stocked and our family enjoyed ping pong, the pool table and the hot tub. The town center is adorable with nice shops and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas with family.

My friends and I have stayed at rental properties in Paso for years, and this was by far the best combination of location and amenities we've found. Lisa and Tom were very responsive and accommodated our early arrival. The property was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Being able to walk into town for dinners and nighttime activities was key, after driving around all day to visit wineries and the coast. Highly recommended, and I hope to stay there again!

Four friends and I have an annual trip to Paso Robles and this place solves the “shared room” problem in style. The property is clean and well maintained/stocked. We got to play a couple of the different games and it really added to the trip. The location near downtown Paso gave us tons of food options and easy access to get around town. I would definetly book this place again.

Great stay! Property was just as pictured. We had family from Kentucky, Colorado and San Diego who came to Paso Robles to visit other family. This was a perfect set up for the nine of us who stayed there. All 5 bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds. We made brunch one day for all of us and it was a perfect set up with the shared courtyard. Overall just fantastic!

We had a great experience renting Tom and Lisa's two homes on Vine street! It was everything we needed. Our daughter's wedding was that weekend, and family stayed with us. We were able to BBQ the day before the wedding in the courtyard area between the two houses for the entire family!!

What a great setup with the two houses and all the games! The kids and adults used every game available, including the hot tub. We walked to the fair, which was great, avoiding all the traffic from the concert.
The houses have everything you need, comfortable beds and furniture, tv's already set up with different streaming channels. We were happy campers :0). Such a gem of a property for families. Thank you, Tom & Lisa!

Perfect for family and friends
My family of 5 and 2 other couples had a perfect stay here! The homes were both very clean and organized. The courtyard separating the two houses was a great spot for us to unwind and plan our days. Games were a hit with the kids and the adults later in the evening. The location was perfect for getting anywhere downtown. Easy walking for us. The hosts were very easy to get a hold of and have really thought of most things to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to rent again and recommend anyone vacationing in a group to stay here.

Wedding Bliss
We had a wonderful time in Paso Robles at Tom & Lisa’s home. Centrally located, comfortable, well stocked and full of loads of extra fun things to do, we will definitely come and stay again. Thank you Tom and Lisa for hosting us for my sons wedding weekend!!!

Close to town. Great for big groups.
Tom and Lisa’s VRBO was great! We have a large family and staying at the two houses combined were perfect for our family. There’s plenty of room for everyone to stay with a common patio for everyone to hang out after the wineries close. They had a nice putting green and plenty of seating, perfect spa for winding down. They had great amenities with plenty to do with the foosball table, ping-pong table and pool table. The house also had a great pellet grill/smoker to use. Stocked with pellets and all! Kitchen was well stocked. We had a small issue with the spa upon arrival, but Tom handled it quickly. No issues after!

Perfect spot for family trip.
We had five couples, cousins and parents, and the two houses were such a great find. Everyone had space for privacy, and there were plenty of seating options for dinner and relaxing with the whole group. Our hosts were quick to respond with a questions, and gave some helpful tips in Ada Vance. We would absolutely book here again.

Clean Home with Great Amenities and Walking Distance to Downtown
Owners were accommodating with our requests and responded quickly. The home was as advertised - quiet neighborhood, clean, and well stocked. Clear instructions and signs posted around the house. Lots of amenities making it a fun place to play games with friends, bbq, and relax. Walking distance to downtown Paso Robles for restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect family retreat!
We absolutely loved this place! We had a family reunion and spent each night playing pool, ping pong & foosball. Loved that it was walking distance to town and allowed privacy between families with the 2 homes. We would definitely stay there again. The owners were very responsive, but there were absolutely no issues whatsoever during our stay.

Enough room for a large group of people
The property is close to many shops and restaurants. We took advantage of cooking most of our meals at the house and we decided to spend most of our late afternoons and evenings at the houses, playing games (pool, ping pong, corn hole, and foozball). Everyone had a great time and it was nice to be able to just hang out with friends.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway
Our family ranged in age from 5 to 66 and everyone had a great time. We loved being able to walk to downtown, but also enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing in the hot tub.

Must stay for larger families
This property was so beautiful! It actually looks better than the pics! Most properties the pics look better, but this lived beyond it's expectations. The two houses make it so nice to separate older family members with younger ones :)
The host was so easy and lovely to communicate with. They really want their guests to feel comfortable.
One note: if you plan to use the hot tub...turn it on 8 hours before. It was set to 85 degrees and took a while to go up to 100 degrees. Not a fault, just something for guests to consider.

Great spot for 2 households
This is a really unique property. 2 complete homes with a shared patio space between them. Anybody looking for a spot that can handle multiple families should consider it. Both houses were very comfortable, clean and well stocked. It was easy walking distance to downtown Paso Robles. Tom and Lisa were very accommodating with some special requests that we had. Great in every way!

Family Holiday Get-together
This was the perfect location for our family get together, with ages ranging from 3 to 84. in addition to its convenient proximity to lots of great restaurants and Paso wineries, the ping pong, foosball, pool table, cornhole, and putting green gave the kids a great outlet for all their energy during both the rainy days and the times when the adults were busy cooking up a storm in well equipped kitchens. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfy and restful. A comfortable living room was also perfectly furnished for everyone to enjoy a couple of holiday movies together. Communication with the host was also very prompt, helpful, and friendly. We had a wonderful time here and would not hesitate to recommend this property. We can’t wait to return!

Paso Thanksgiving Week
Fantastic Thanksgiving Week at this property which is outstanding for a large group or multiple couples. Super well furnished with loads of amenities. Great location walking distance to all town restaurants, shops, tasting rooms. Owner was great to work with on recommendations and house was fully equipped to prepare Thanksgiving Dinner for 10 with ample seating.

Best vacation rental ever!!
This place was truly amazing. The property was loading with things to do and places to hangout with friends all while having personal space. The place was very clean and comfortable. All the bedding and towels were new and clean, felt like we were staying in a hotel. Walking distance to downtown and close to several wineries. We had 4 couples stay here for 4 days and it never felt like we were on top of each other. I would recommend this place to anyone and we're already making plans to come back.

Great location, clean house and fun games
The house was nice and clean. Our group loved having the two houses for space and quiet and the young kids loved the game room and putting green. Walked downtown everyday to enjoy the square. Check in directions were detailed. We can't wait to go back!

Great weekend getaway!
This property is amazing. It literally has something for everyone. We actually modified our itinerary just to make some extra time for just relaxing and enjoying all the games etc available at this property.
