Great location short walk to the beach.

Elevator was in the middle of the building.

Good location, great pools, hot tubs. I like the security. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Overall clean and like that it has washer and dryer

Tiny Tvs, coffee maker wasn't very clean and the kettle was rusty inside

my daughters said the twin beds were not great and we wished the pools were heated before January

The Property was Nice and the Location was close to Everything! The Beach was Very Nice! The Condo was Very Nice and Extremely Clean! It was Very Handy that the Unit came with Beach Chair, Umbrella, Bogey Boards, etc. Hot Tub In the Courtyard was a Wonderful Touch!

An Elevator would of been Nice, having to climb 3 Flights of Stairs with Luggage, Beach Stuff, Groceries, etc. was a little tricky at Times! I thought It was Odd that Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, that sleeps Six only came with One Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom per Stay and Only One Washcloth! They promoted a Beach View from Our Condo which didn't exist

located within 16 miles of all the sites we wanted to see, great access to the beach and a beautiful pool area

The apartment was great. It's was just 2 of us so it was really comfy and quiet. Also, we got a view of a lake so that was nice. I love the location. The ocean right behind the complex. It was 20 minutes from main attractions. Loved it. We'll come back next year.

The unit wasn’t very close to the ocean! Parking lot view from balcony! Curtains did not close! Stairs going up to unit are narrow and steep! Extremely slippery if wet! No safety strip or May in second bathroom! The queen mattress needs to be replaced! The couch was worn out! It was extremely uncomfortable! The key box is also difficult to turn numbers and get key! The sliding glass doors were so cloudy you couldn’t enjoy the sunshine! Old pillows.

The pool and the very quick access to the beach was awesome! We also were SUPER close to the grocery store, souvenir stores and restaurants. That was great! The apartment had all you could need in the kitchen which was an awesome set up.

The front office and guard staff were never pleasant or overly worried about how there tone or demeanor could be borderline rude. While the apartment looked clean, it didn't feel super clean. The master bed is firm and did not give much when you sat or laid on it. The pillows were also very flat as if they may have been used for quiet a long time. The guest bed is comfortable. However, the pillows (again) seemed quiet older and weren't as comfortable. There wasn't a linen closet so we weren't able to chnage out sheets or even put sheets on the pull out couch in the living room. We ended up having to use a blanket as a sheet to cover the bed before we slept on it. (Which was NOT comfortable at all and was as thin, making it feel like you were sleeping on just the coils of the couch.) There are pans and pots in the kitchen, but they are not in the best of shape.

Clean, well maintained. Friendly people.

Bathroom outlets didn’t work. They weren’t gfi so they might have been off intentionally.
