Great as always

Eric and John were proactive and great at communicating with us. The home was very clean.

The house was wonderful. The location is great and relaxing. Surrounded by nature and we even saw some local deer. Just a few minutes away from everything.

The house is up into the hills a bit which offers quiet, gorgeous views, and lots of space to relax. House is exactly as the picture show. We were charmed by the games and decorative items in the house. Owner Eric was a terrific host. Would stay again 100%.

Communication was exceptional with the host and the welcome book was thorough and informative. The house is very clean and modern with everything one could need. It was relaxing to sit in the living room and enjoy the view of nature thanks to two walls of full-length windows and sliding doors. It has a very peaceful setting.

Eric was quick to answer any questions and all of my messages! The house is super clean and has everything one might need. The area is peaceful and quiet! Walking into the living room is instantly calming as there is a view of nature thanks to the two walls of sliding doors and windows. The vibe is very relaxing!

This experience exceeded my expectations. I think this may be the best STR experience that I’ve had. when we walked in the door (after plugging in my EV in the garage area - a nice plus). We were greeted with a bottle of local red wine, which was exquisite. all the amenities that you can imagine were there including a full kitchen, washer and dryer and a beautiful outdoor deck with windows floor to ceiling in the living room and board games. We will return.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect house for two couples. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the deer roam across the property.

The home was a welcome respite from hotel life. In just minutes you are off the beaten track enjoying a beautifully appointed home in the woods. We loved it!!

From the beginning to the end, everything was great with this rental. Communication before, during and after the stay was quick with the host. The house itself was quite charming and had everything we needed for a five night stay. It was clean and bright, and the instruction booklet described everything accurately (be sure to review how to lock the front door). Plenty of hot water for four showers in the morning. We did not use the A/C or furnace, but did use the fireplace which produced plenty of heat for slightly chilly nights. The living room door completely opened up to the deck. The kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking and the table was large enough for four adults. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage to pack away the clothes. We had several turkeys show up almost every day, and we saw deer and jack rabbits. The house is away from the main road, but is easily accessible and provides a wonderful, peaceful place to relax after a busy day exploring Sonoma county. Overall, a great rental and should our travels take us here again, we would definitely book again.

This is my 5th time staying here and it never disappoints! The house has everything you need for a quiet getaway! I highly recommend a stay here….you will not be disappointed

Our short stay could not have been better....well, unless a deer had come to visit! But we had turkeys, birds, and squirrels each morning which we enjoyed from the comfort of the living room since it was a little chilly. Eric has thought of everything, and we felt as though we were in a 5 star resort! Well done!

We had an amazing time and highly recommend this property! This private guest house shares two acres with a main house, which are located in a rural, quiet and peaceful area just minutes from Kenwood and Glen Ellen. The house is also just minutes from some of Sonoma Valley’s best wineries and restaurants. The house is clean, modern and nicely appointed with comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and spacious living room which includes a fireplace. There’s a great outdoor deck where you can grill or just relax and take in the beautiful, natural surroundings. You might even see some wild life including hawks, wild turkeys and deer. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is exactly as pictured. The beautiful windows offer great views and we saw both deer and a fox while we were there. It is a bit out of the way and expect to drive 15-20 minutes to get to a decent sized grocery store. We really enjoyed all the games and had great meals in the kitchen. There are some trailheads right in the area that we enjoyed as well as a great hike at sugarloaf. Many wineries within a 15 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay in Kenwood! It was perfect for two couples, and having two bathrooms was great. Beds were super comfy, the kitchen is fully appointed, and the fridge having a water filter is always a great bonus. The location was great for exploring different wineries. We would absolutely stay again next time we are in California!

Place was exactly as advertised. Remote and quiet. Had breakfast one day with deer peering in window and turkeys the next day.

We stayed here and had visited the Chateau st. Jean for wine tasting and walked the trails at Sonoma Botannical garden. This home was very clean, modern, lots of patio to sit in the rocking chair and enjoy nature. The neighbors are spaced far apart so it was quiet and relaxing. The WELCOME booklet had detailed instructions on how to work the fireplace, dish washer, tv etc which came in handy. It was the perfect adults only getaway.

This is a beautiful home in a great location for exploring Sonoma valley. The home has a great view and the host is very responsive.

I loved the green meadow, gentle hills, and the babbling brook right next to this very comfortable new home. Sit outside, watch the great variety of birds, listen to the brook, breath in the clean air - just what the soul wanted. Come inside and enjoy comfortable, light and bright space.

What an Amazing property! We spent our Thanksgiving at Eric's home and we were astounded at how cozy and homey this house was. So relaxing and peaceful! Waking up in the morning to the sun streaming in through the glass walls overlooking the gorgeous grounds and trees was an absolute pleasure. The whole house was very well appointed, from the comfortable beds to all the closet space and the stylish artwork on the walls. Great & spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic living room with the fireplace and top-notch television made enjoying Turkey Day football outstanding. But above all, was the chefs kitchen...and this is coming from a chef. Everything I needed to do Thanksgiving was there and high end. Thanks Eric! Once again, Amazing! We'll be back to enjoy the wrap-around deck and outdoor grill!

Incredible home with quiet surroundings at the foot of national forest which enabled for some early morning hikes! And lots of wildlife and close to the vineyards!

The house was just nice for my family of 3. It was very clean, and was tastefully decorated. We used the outdoor grill every night and enjoyed just chilling out indoors everyday. Eric communicated very well and offered us the use of his Nespresso machine from the other modern house located next door.

We would definitely stay here again and refer this to others.

This was a mother/daughter trip to celebrate moms bday. Home is beautifully set in the back hills of various vineyards. Very quiet, quaint, and modern decor. All amenities were top notch and high quality. We loved our time at this home and would definitely stay here again.
