The Fall colors were absolutely gorgeous! The property was super clean. Spacious for all of our family. The fenced in yard was great for our puppies.. Loved sitting on the porches just taking in God’s creation of the mountains and the fall colors!! Looking forward to the next visit!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, clean, and had great views! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire, Dollywood, and dinner in Gatlinburg! Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this cabin for a family vacation that included 2 seniors, 3 adults, a 7-yo, and a dog. We all had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The cabin is spacious with perfect layout for a multi-generational gathering. The backyard is private with a large, securely fenced area. The view from the porches is incredible, and wildlife is abundant (we even saw a bear!). It has plenty of amenities that everyone enjoyed (the arcade games, air hockey, and hot tub were a hit), and it’s convenient to restaurants and area attractions. It is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, toiletries, dog supplies, etc. And it is immaculate! Everything was clean, dust-free, and in working order, so it was very easy to settle in and feel right at home for our stay. Paola and Tim were super friendly and responsive, and we really appreciated the easy check-in and checkout processes (no unreasonable instructions!). This is the cabin you’re looking for… you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely house with a great layout, spacious fenced-in yard, amazing views, and close enough to the attractions, yet far enough away for peace and quiet at the end of the day. Lots to do on rainy days in the house, with games, puzzles, and the like. Hosts were very responsive. We’ll be back!

Everyone loved the cabin, including our dog! Paola was a great host. The location was close to everything that we did in the area. We even saw a bear driving home one evening!

My family and I had an amazing stay here! The location was so convenient to everything in the pigeon forge/Gatlinburg area, and the paved road up the hill was clear with lots of visibility. The drive up was comfortable, unlike some neighborhoods with really tight drives. The position of this property gives you a ton of privacy. Every floor has a generous "master" bedroom, and the bedroom entrance on the basement level makes it perfect for multiple families. So many TVs, you don't have to risk someone not getting to watch what they want. And the games were perfect. We will definitely be back, because our stay wasn't long enough! 😂

Home and host were both fantastic. Only problem was that we had to leave. Will definitely be booking this place again on our next trip to the area.

Great cabin, wonderful amenities for the days that the weather doesn’t cooperate. Owners were great and communicative. We will definitely come back.

Pros: Dog gate, crate, and bowls. Fenced in yard. Hot tub. Jacuzzi tub. Lots of space. Game room. Views. Cons: half the remotes don’t have batteries, the dryer did not work the entire time. We told the owner day 2 that the dryer wasn’t working and we never received a response. We showed an hour before check in and we’re not able to enter. Had to wait the entire hour. You only have access to the back yard from the first floor deck and the entrance from the driveway. The roads to the cabin are scary steep and a lot without guardrails. If it were snowing I doubt we would have made it.

We were looking for an amazing cabin that was dog friendly and we could not have asked for a better cabin or time! Upon arrival Paola had a gift basket waiting for us with delicious jams and hot chocolate, stuffed smoky mountain bear and a lot of other goodies. We received snow on Christmas Eve so we got to wake up to a white Christmas! (We’re from Central Florida so it was a nice surprise) Paola was more than accommodating and sent extra space heaters during our stay! Perfect location, the fenced in back yard was great for our dog and the cabin was clean and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! The kids loved all the games and the pool table! Thank you again for a wonderful Christmas Tim and Paola!

We all loved this cabin. We had 4 babies and 6 adults. We could have brought even more with us. The arcade games, pool table, and Hot tub were all a hit. The cabin is decorated beautifully and the bathrooms were well equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body soap. We will definitely stay in this Cabin when we come back.

The cabin had everything we needed and more. The location was close to the national park, grocery, and shopping but far enough away that we felt we were in the mountains. We appreciated the well stocked and organized kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains made it easy to rest. We were astounded at the number of activities and games provided. You definitely won't get bored here! The outdoor spaces were our favorite. We enjoyed coffee and meals on the main deck. The kids enjoyed playing on the playground and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit. Paolo was very responsive and we appreciated the level of detail provided in the reservation and check in process. It helped to know exactly what to expect as we prepared for our trip.

We rented this lovely cabin for our family vacation including 6 adults, 2 teenagers, a 4-year-old, and 2 small cockapoos. It was perfect for our group with a nicely stocked kitchen, spacious sleeping arrangements, lots of games & activities for kids of all ages, and large private decks with beautiful mountain views. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences for our dogs - a large fenced area & scoopers, food bowls & mat, specific towels to wipe their wet paws, and the large kennel for the 2 activities that didn’t allow our dogs to join us. We hope to visit the Smoky Mountains again, and if so, Could View Lodge will definitely be our first choice for lodging.

We had 8 adults, 3 teenage boys, and a 9 year old girl, and we had enough rooms/activities to go hours without seeing each other. * The view is absolutely incredible, and since the porches (3!) face North, there is full shade and a wonderful breeze all day long. It was in the 90's during our stay, but we didn't feel it while sitting on the porches. * A ton of amenities and activities! Don't overpack, there is absolutely no need. We had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, hangers, clothes hampers, cleaning supplies, games, firewood, laundry supplies, etc. * Great wifi and cell service. We were always able to use our phones and computers with no issues. We had family staying in two other nearby cabins and they both had no service, which was a huge headache for them all week. * More kitchen gadgets and supplies than you could ever use. If you plan to cook a lot (we did!) you'll be all set! The only thing I brought from home was my air fryer because my family can't live without it, lol. * We didn't bring any dogs or babies, but if you do, you'll have everything you need to make them happy and comfortable all week. The porches and the yard are very safe and secure! * Last but not least, Paola is very attentive and quick to respond to questions. She's wonderful to work with, and has a great sense of humor ☺ CONS: * The road up to the cabin is long and extremely steep. I strongly recommend 4×4 even in nice weather. * There is new construction all around you. You won't be able to see it from the cabin, but you will definitely hear it while enjoying time on the porches. But that's the nature of the smokey mountains so it is what it is. * Limited garbage space. Because we did so much cooking we had a lot of garbage, at least 1-2 bags a day. We started filling the outside bins rather quickly, so on day 2 we set up recycling bags and set those aside to take home and discard. Without that system we would have been in trouble.

We’ve rented vacation homes for years and this was one of the nicest: clean, wonderful amenities, and good location. Paola was so attentive and responsive to any questions. The dryer didn’t function when we arrived and she had it replaced immediately. We would definitely consider staying here again!

My family has been vacationing in the Pigeon Forge/Gatinburg area since 2009. We've been there a dozen times and have stayed at a different cabin each trip. This is the first time the whole family agreed that we would absolutely rent this cabin again. That has NEVER happened! We wanted a dog friendly, secluded cabin with enough beds for 4 couples and an additional 2 adults. We wanted a view, a nice deck to gather on, and a safe place to let the dogs out. We wanted the cabin to be close enough to town, but to feel like we were far from the strip. THIS CABIN DELIVERED!!! The cabin was clean and wonderfully decorated, and also had the best little touches throughout! They've really thought of everything! We really felt at home, and it had a fenced backyard for the dogs with a swing set for little ones! We spent a ton of time on the deck, cooking on the grill, and just relaxing. So many special memories were made! Easy access driveway too! Paola was an absolute dream to communicate with! Last minute, we decided we decided to leave a day early, and she was very accommodating. then two days before we were to checkout, we decided to see if we could rent for one additional night. Although there were people coming to do some work, Paola moved things around to again, accommodate us! Changed her appointments with whoever was coming so we could enjoy another 24 hours with our family. Any communication was fast and super friendly! One of our best trips yet, and most of the time was spent at the cabin. We especially LOVED the beautiful view! It felt so private, like a little secret no one knows about...and all to ourselves. We rented this cabin because our daughter was getting married. When we arrived, I texted Paola to let her know. She texted back immediately and asked to please have my daughter and her fiancé look in the fridge. Not only did they leave two bottles of champagne, but also a cute wedding card! Such sweet people!!! Thanks so much Paola and Tim, for all of your kindness! All I really need to know is where you bought the I want to be a bear sign hanging by the deck door! Our children's ages range from 10-16 -- they had a ball playing pool and shuffle board in the loft. The adults loved that the kids had their own space to play without having to be completley isolated from us -- but at night when the adults wanted sleep and the kids wanted to stay up and play they had the basement. It was perfect! We all enjoyed the puzzle table so much too. We completed one of the ones that was at the house. It was fun to have everyone working together on it for the entire weekend. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t want to leave!!! The attention to details and amenity’s were fantastic. It was quite obvious that the owner put so much thought in the comfort of her quests!! The attention given to cleanliness was outstanding!!!Thank you so much!!! It was truly a home away from home.
