I just wanted to thank Jason and Karen for being such lovely hosts. The house is incredibly beautiful, lots of thoughtful touches, even more than what you can appreciate in the pictures. It's also larger than how it looks in the online images, partly because it's so open and the ceilings are so high. I stayed there with my extended family, 8 of us total, and we all felt at home with plenty of space for all of us. The nature surrounding the home is stunning and it was so airy, quiet, and private. Every morning we'd hang out on the patios with our coffee by the fountain, and we'd see tons of different bird varieties. The pool is huge and heated, and we made use of it every day of our stay. It's also dramatically lit at night with edison lights which made for some very charming evenings. And then we'd continue our family time on another big open patio where the grill and outdoor dining tables are, with more edison bulb string lights overhead. We found ourselves spending way more time at the house than we ever thought we would. We already inquired for some future dates for myself, girlfriend, and a couple close friends. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a vacation or needing a place to stay in LA.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and had the perfect getaway. The house was pristine, Jason was so responsive and helpful, and the jacuzzi didn't hurt either. We left saying that we never slept in a bed that comfortable. We were also able to cook breakfast, have coffee, relax and unwind. Jason also told us about a great walking/hiking trail near the house. Never better. Thank you so much Jason. We absolutely want to come again!

Everything was clean, orderly, and the owner was always ready and available for questions with lovely follow-through/communication. The photos are a very accurate depiction of the home (though in fact, the home is much larger than the photos make it feel). Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you might need to cook, home is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
