This property was just as described and more! We just hate we couldn't stay longer to enjoy all the amenities that come with the property. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Lake and views were beautiful! Would definitely rent this property again.

Clean house on nice property by the lake. Dock was great for coffee in the mornings and the house was clean and well stocked. Overall a nice place to visit and would love to be able to come back!

Wow - what a wonderful week we had at your home! We loved everything from having a fully equipped kitchen to the very short distance to the dock! We had plenty of room and I was so happy with all of the supplies that came with the house (which usually never happens). The owners were very responsive when contacted and were very accommodating. Loved everything about this property and am already looking at dates for our return next year! Thanks again for making our family vacation time so special!

Communication with the property owner was excellent. The house was the best stocked house for kitchen items that we have ever stayed at. The house was in great condition with all TVs working. The dock with the property was very well built and very functional. Everyone loved the place and had a great time.

We booked this house for July 4 week for our family (adult children with us) . So happy they bought a boat and were able to offer that for an additional fee. It was perfect. Floating do go t off the dock and the lake is ginormous so this bring in a cove was a great location. Getting up and down to the dock was easy (a hill). House is comfy and can seat a total of 10 in the dining area so was perfect. The 6th bedroom - bunk bed room- it’s not actually adjacent to the master - it’s INSIDE the master. We were happy we didn’t end up needing to use it as that would have been a game changer for us. There were deer each evening just down the street. Boat ramp really close as we had a waverunner. We had 10 people overall for the week but 8 was the most at one time. Perfect - remote and quiet - we floated and boated the whole time.

The host answered all my questions and were very helpful. We rented the hosts"s boat and it was very nice pontoon boat. We made memories to last a lifetime here. We very much enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We have rented a lot of vacation homes and this was, by far, the best stocked house we ever stayed at. Everything we could think of was provided by the hosts. The lake is an easy walk straight out from the house as well and the dock and lake are great. The hosts were also very responsive when we had questions. The only thing I would flag for others traveling with young kids who are planning to use the bunk room is that it is not only attached to the master bedroom, but can only be accessed through the master the bedroom - meaning, if the kids need to get up in the middle of the night, they must go through the master bedroom. Otherwise, a great stay and we would definitely rent this property again.

The only way our stay could have have been better was if we could have stayed longer. The house had everything we needed.

This house has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or getaway. Super Clean and Plenty of Space. We had 9 in our group and always had our own space. The views from in and out of the house are very nice as there are plenty. If you rent thw boat, you will not be disapointed....it is very new and well kept.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our entire family at Christmas! Appreciated all the extras and was well stocked for cooking our holiday meals. Home was lovely with plenty of room.

We had a great time. Had three teenage kids with us and they each had a room and we all had plenty of space. The house was amazing had lots to do!

We loved the dock and the yard was just beautiful. Great location for us. Every thing was so thought out by the owners.

Sleeping arrangements are always tough wth 11 people but this house was great. All big size beds, no squeezing 2 people into a full. Kitchen was open and big, somehow we all like to congregate there and it worked out well. Loved the covered dock, kept us out of the sun. And had a blast with the kayaks and paddle board. We may be repeating this trip again next year. Maybe a few more kitchen towels and a better dish scrubber?

Flat yard, great view, good house set up and close off the highway. Clean and well labeled/stocked. Will come back for sure. Only thing I would add is a fire pit in the yard.

We had a group of 10 adults and this place was perfect for us! We were just here to stay on the lake all day for 5 days and that's exactly what we did. The kitchen was stocked for all the meals we cooked. The dock was perfect for all of us to hang on. The boat for perfectly in the slip. The water was lovely, cove was quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen seated us all. Porch was great for the guys roulette night. We really enjoyed this house!!

This house was awesome! The kids loved the sunroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was great for making large meals. The back deck & dock areas were great spaces. Definitely would recommend for your next family vacation.

The whole vacation was perfect. The house was very spacious enough for 5 adults and 5 kids to sleep almost in our own beds. The house looks brand new. The kitchen had everything. The lake was a few steps from the back porch. We rented a boat and had a blast maneuvering around Lake Hartwell. Will be returning…..
