The system for collecting the keys is excellent - if you are usually appalled by the 'checking in' process and just want to immediately begin your break - this is for you! If you want to be (and remain) alone - perfect. There is a lovely surprise awaiting you once inside, courtesy of a young entrepreneur, which might be just the thing after a long drive. The bath is to die for! The approach of the site owners is supportive but not intrusive - lovely. If you want a base from which to explore nearby locations, this is just the place. Highly recommended.

If you do not have a car then accessing the site and travelling around is going to be a very real issue. The area isn't well serviced by taxis (unless you are willing to pay for 'dead miles' - the cost of the driver to travel to collect you). This isn't the fault of the site, but must be borne in mind when considering the location. In hot weather a fan might not be considered amiss too!

The location was perfect, it was peaceful and quiet.

Everything was perfect about our 2 night stay away in your hut. There was nothing we didn’t like.

no cancellation policy in place when booking through booking.com or other websites. had to leave 1 night early as was unable to cancel even with 5 months notice.
