Beautiful home, precisely as described. Our party of 12 enjoyed the spacious kitchen/dining area and the number of rooms. Very Clean!!! Suggestions: 8 pool towels provided should be increased to 12, the maximum capacity. Many of the bathroom towels are thin and need replacing. A whisk and a couple of extra bowls would be helpful. We would highly recommend this home and would gladly choose it again.

The host replied several times rapidly. Only a slight issue with the pool. However, somebody was there at 8 o’clock the next day. A busy rear street however, adequate buffer zone, shrub, line and wilderness area to rear. Fun watching 100s of buzzards various birds, geckos and raccoons in the area. House was clean and what was advertised. Stayed for 26 days and highly recommend this home

The house was exactly as described. It was super clean and everything was functional. The kitchen had enough cookware to allow us to cook meals. Please note that it there are no condiments and food items. You'll beed to bring/buy salt, pepper, etc. The neighborhood is OK but not amazing. The neighborhood soccer court is in disrepair and has a "closed for repairs" despite it being used all day, every day by local teens. The area around the neighborhood is fine, but a bit run down. Lots of check cashing, vape, massage and hookah places. Regardless, I'd recommend the house. It sever two families with teenagers very well.

House was as described in the listing. You will need to provide most things as it states in the listing - toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and be prepared to wash towels often if staying with a large party - we had 10 in ours. My only complaint was the noise level at night - the house backs up to a main road and we could hear loud cars late at night and other houses around us would have very loud parties late into the night. The interior and exterior walls seem to be thin to allow that much noise so if that bothers you be sure to bring a white noise machine. :)

This house is beautiful. Our stay was for a little friend get away and I have stayed in the neighborhood before, but not in a house this clean! Very comfortable beds, very very clean floors and bathrooms, even the chairs were vacuumed! Just impressed with it all! The person who handled my reservation was so very nice. We had an issue with the pool not heating, even though we paid for it, and when I asked they sent a technician to fix it and refunded my money since we didn’t get to use it! I didn’t even get to ask before it came to me! Just great and I will stay here again!

We stayed at this house with another family for a volleyball tournament and were so happy with how clean and well presented the property is. We could have had one more family stay with us as well! Had one issue with the pool and property manager followed up within an hour and was taken care of the next day. Love the open layout in the first floor and all the full bathrooms! Would definately stay here again! Only wish rooms had ceiling fans as am used to fans at home and need air movement. But will definitely be back!

We had a multi-age group of family members. We were very comfortable with the rooms, and the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We did use the kitchen and grille. Had a little trouble with lighting the grille, but called the number provided and soon had it fired up. We would have like for the kitchen to have had a non-stick skillet for the preparation of eggs in the morning. We wished that we could have stayed longer. Thanks.

Floor plan was great for our needs. With married children and grandchildren there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location for visiting the parks of Disney and Universal. The description of what was included is accurate in their vrbo listing. However, I will say the very limited necessities (one of each item) was a bigger issue than I expected. Having to purchase simple things like toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap was more of a cost and inconvenience that I realized it would be. Luckily one family drove so they could take all the extra back home with them. The pool was great but the spa is a spa - not a hot tub. The description doesn't claim to be a hot tub but just be aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location!

Home is located in very nice area. Very clean and everything you need is close by. Close to all theme paks. The entire setup of house is excellent. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stay in this neighborhood often for our USTA sectionals trips and this house was one of the best. Very tastefully decorated, comfy beds, etc.

Our chosen home was very clean, spacious and the decor was lovely. The beds were fairly comfortable. The linens were ok. There were not enough towels and the bath towels were very small and rough (even for kids). We called management to request more pool towels and it took two days for them to deliver. There was 12 cup coffee maker but Keurig in addition to that would have been a very good idea. Not everyone likes the same types of coffee. The pool has an algae issue. We paid extra to heat the pool. The hotub temp and the pool were basically the same temperature which was acceptable for the pool but the tub should have been hotter. Lounge chairs by the pool would have been a nice idea. A large cooking pot is necessary for the amount of people who can stay in the home. The largest pot was inadequate for our party as we did a fair amount of cooking. We knew to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels based upon prior reviews. There was no spray cleaner for kitchen counters or table. We had to purchase extra dishwasher detergent and all purpose cleaner. There was only one dish rag, more are necessary. The first night we heard alot of noise from neighboring properties but after that it was quiet. The location is very convenient to parks, shopping and restaurants. The community pool and water park was very crowded. The kids enjoyed the private pool much more. Next time a rental home in a water park will not be a priority for us.

This propriety was PERFECT for me and my family while we were in Disney for the Disney Princess Half Marathon!! It had enough bedrooms and bathroom for each adult and each of my two children were able to have their own room where we could keep their sleeping styles similar to back home. The house was beautiful and it was so great having the pool right there. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect and not over crowded for 6 adults constantly moving around. Location was decent distance from the parks and excellent to Target for groceries and other things we forgot to pack or anything we needed. We have already talked about our next trip and will definitely be looking to stay here again!! Highly recommend!!!

Great property for a combination family and friends trip. 5 bathrooms were great to have.

A group of 7 of us stayed here for 8 days. 5 adults and my twins, 2 years old. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We rented the grill for the week and also paid to have the pool heated. The pool wasn’t warm upon arrival, but you could tell it was heating up! By our first morning it was warmer than bath water and absolutely amazing! We swam every single day & the stairs into the pool are perfect for littles to sit and play on. There is plenty of shade during the morning sunrise and then the pool is completed shaded by 2-3pm every day. If you’re looking for afternoon sun the resort community pool is huge and accommodating as well. It’s about a 2-3 minute drive from the house. The kitchen was equipment with 1 of everything. There is tons of shopping in the area as well for anything you’d need for your stay. We were without wifi the entire trip, but the property manager did everything in their power to fix it, including having the internet provider out to research the issue. The management company is easy to communicate with and we sincerely enjoyed our stay! We are sad to be back home!

I stayed at this property in Storey Lake. I had a great time. I enjoyed the amenities. The house was clean. The property managers were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this house.

The house was beautiful, modern, and clean. It's location made it easy to get to attractions nearby. The clubhouses were a little far but not a problem as our family likes to take long walks. We had trouble with the pool heater on arrival but the management was very responsive. The only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with more drinkware, pans, etc. Also, the gates to the community were left open and not secured.

This is the cleanest home we have ever had the pleasure of renting. Whoever cleans this home is top notch and probably needs a raise! 😜 Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and Disney. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the accommodations! The theme rooms are so cute and the adult rooms very nice! Great location too!

We had 12 of us ranging from 3 to 67 years old and we all agreed that this home was perfect for our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and went to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios two days, both parks were less than 20 minutes away. Communication with the property manager was excellent. If you come during winter we recommend you ask to heat the water in the pool from the first day you arrive, we did it by the second day and wished we had it done sooner, so worth it. The decoration in every room was absolutely amazing. Best home we have stayed in.

I will be start by saying that the property is very modern and the location is great! We enjoyed the clubhouse and the other amenities. However, really read the fine print before you book. With how much we paid, we thought that the pool would be heated but it is not. There are not any sun lounge chairs in the pool area either. You’re also required to pay for all the toiletries and supplies as the house only comes with one garbage bag, very cheap dish pod & dish soap, and one paper towel roll. There is also only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I was not impressed with the bedding and the beds didn’t even have fitted sheets on them. They wanted the thermostat set at 73 and my bedroom upstairs was warm which woke me up several times during the night. I don’t think I would come back to this property because I feel it is overpriced for what you actually get.

The property is large with lots of rooms. I wish I would have thought about requesting a heated pool. The water was unbearable for the kids. The spa jet timer doesn't work so the jets do not function. Male sure to bring your own supplies as the listing states. Not even salt in the pantry. The home is very well decorated and the furnishings are awesome! Good location. Lots of rooms and lots of TVs! It is worth the money for sure.
