Near perfect condo for two. Great location. Very clean. Loved the balcony. Two imperfections. Ice maker in freezer does not work. Could have used some ice trays. Blinds in bedroom facing east need blackout material. Otherwise, all we could have hoped for.

This rental left us wanting for nothing - expect more time in it. From the location, to the parking garage to the beyond well-appointed condo this stay exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and accessories reminded us so much of our own home we could not believe we found such a complete 'package' of a place to spend our week in Asheville. The owners provide literally everything you need - from a well stocked kitchen and pantry to a patio fit for entertaining. We had a great time renting this property for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our bride-to-be! Great location, very nice property and internal decor. Loved the terrace and firepit. Easy instructions for checking in and out, and appreciated the extras provided for your use in the apartment. Overall great experience.

The property was very nice. But there was a lot of noisy construction nearby, you could not even enjoy the patio. The neighbor is close to everything but there are homeless people in the area, so i would not have felt comfortable waljing in the evening by myself.

This condo is what we all wish a hotel was like. It had everything we needed. We didn’t have to ask for extra pillows or blankets. There were plenty in the closet. There was a Murphy bed, but an air mattress was also provided. Coffee filters, creamer, etc. Perfect location to walk either way up Biltmore or Lexington to get to wherever you want to go to eat/drink. The parking garage was very convenient and easy to use. I will add that the parking situation could be confusing if you somehow enter the condo from Lexington. There are two garage entrances on different levels and they’re not connected by a ramp (Lexington is the “G” level and Biltmore is level 1). Currently, this unit’s parking space is on the Biltmore garage level. If you happen to pull into the garage from Lexington Ave on the other side of the building, you wouldn’t be able to find your space. Just keep that in mind. All in all, probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. The fire pit was great, especially when the rain cooled everything off. There’s currently some construction going on next door on the old Victorian homes but it would start around 8:00 am and they were done promptly at 5:00 pm. It looks like they’re almost done with the heavy machine work. Highly recommend!

Very clean, comfortable, and secure place to stay that is walkable to downtown.

Communication was excellent! We loved the secure garage parking - parked a Tahoe no problem. Unit was very clean with fully stocked kitchen (welcome snacks/wine were great touch!), and plenty of linens (blankets, towels, etc.) available. Furniture was comfy, and the little touches (bathroom amenities) were great! Weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to enjoy the terrace (but it's a great feature!). There is street noise, but not overwhelming - I am a light sleeper and it didn't bother me too much. The only recommendation I have for the unit would be to install black-out shades in the bedroom. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and shops, and the location was convenient to explore other areas in Asheville (via car and easy access to main streets and highways). Would highly recommend!!

This property is the best property that we’ve ever stayed at VRBO. It was just like the pictures. One of the most important things to us is cleanliness and location. Everything was spot on and thoughtful. This property is going to be a very hard, act to follow. We have a stay coming up that we are a little worried about, because we know there’s no way any other property could be as great. Book this property, if you can!

You can walk anywhere you need to in Ashville and find all the hot spots and a few hidden gems. Condo was brand new, fully supplied and very comfortable. A lot of nice little extras in the kitchen and nice extra blankets in bedroom. Was too cold/windy to use fire-pit but the deck is quite large and would be awesome in better weather. Highly recommend!

This property was absolutely stunning! It had everything you could need for a home away from home vacation. It was super clean and chic. I love the updated features. The fire pit hit the spot for a cold night, chilling with friends. Everything was a reasonable walk for restaurants and bars! I also loved the place was gated for security of our things and car! We would highly recommend this stay and look forward to booking in the future!

We had a great time at this clean, upscale condo. The pre-trip process was smooth and easy. Once at the property, it was an easy walk to downtown shopping, pizza, and craft breweries. We found this to be a great location for our visit and would highly recommend it for its smooth reservation process, clean condo, and great location.

Very nice condo in a great location. We loved the fire pit on the cool evenings. Convenient to all that downtown has to offer. The private secure parking was a huge plus!

Beautifully decorated modern condo within walking distance of some of the best breweries and restaurants in Asheville. You only need to pack your toothbrush as this condo has everything you will need for your stay - coffee, condiments, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. Kitchen has everything you will need if you want to dine/cocktail in. The highlight was the large beautiful balcony with firepit, plenty of seating and room for dining. Will certainly be our "go to" place from now on when we want the downtown Asheville experience.

This was a must needed vacation for the both of us, and boy it didn't disappoint! As soon as we walked in we were so impressed on how nice the place was. Then during the week we were so impressed what a perfect location it was to everything we did. We especially loved the patio out back with the firepit! We hung out there every night for a nightcap after a fun filled day! I can't say enough about how perfect the place was for us!

The unit is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything one needs for a lengthy stay, with a lovely porch area, and walking distance to all of downtown Asheville. The proximity to the hospital is a bit of a nuisance unless someone in your party needs a hospital. Between the ambulance and fire truck sirens, as well as the construction next door, it is impossible to enjoy the lovely porch area for very long. We don't mind the sounds of a city, but will look for a different location on our next trip to Asheville.

Unit is easy walk to all of downtown. It was nice it was away from the downtown crowds.

The unit is excellent, and the property managers are very responsive. However, it is very noisy. It is a busy street near the hospital, so you hear ambulances often. The biggest problem is a massive remodel happening right next door that had a great deal of noise (trucks backing up, banging, etc.) all day long.

Easily the cleanest property we’ve rented. Location was perfectly situated near shops, dining and entertainment. The owners pay close attention to every detail. Comfy bed and linens. Pull down shades which block 90% of light at night. Completely organized from top to bottom. Coffee a plenty with all brew methods covered. Great parking deck with security gate. The oversized balcony with gas fire pit are like icing in the cake. We will definitely book again in the very near future. As a property manager myself it is so nice to see such efforts put into a lovely unit.

Gorgeous and fully stocked condo in the most conveniently located area in Asheville. Incredible amount of restaurants amd shops- hard to try them all. The fire pit and views of the porch help make the perfect condo just magical!

This is a perfect condo within walking distance of all the best restaurants in downtown Asheville. The balcony is awesome! It’s a complete outdoor living room. We really enjoyed sitting out there with our morning coffee and nightly glass of wine! The unit is super clean! It has a comfy bed. We always travel with our own coffee beans but it was great that the owner had thoughtfully left coffee creamers in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Amy & Ian from NJ
