The property is super nice and the management Team was great! The pool heater was broke…frustrating but things like this happen. They handled it with grace. We cooked a lot…and really enjoyed the space overall. We will def stay again!

The house and the experience were great. The house was walking distance to everything, the house was very nice and the pool was amazing. We needed an extra blanket and the contact got back with me immeidetly and was able to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic trip to Austin for a bachelorette party. The house was very clean, with plenty of extra towels (bath and beach) and a well stocked kitchen. The pool was perfect for a summer trip to Austin. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for me and my buddies. The house was very clean, great room situation that accommodated all of us. Pool was great. Very close to downtown. Most nights we took the scooters out and back. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good vibes, views, and nightlife convenience

We had a great time in Austin and this house was perfect. The only dissapointment was that the pool heater was broken and we weren't aware of that until 2 days before we arrived. It didn't ruin the trip, but we were looking forward to a relaxing pool day. The owners did work with us and it worked out, but other than that they house was perfect for a large group!

If you and your family/friends need a place to stay in east Austin, look no further. You're close to the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Spacious and overall a nice spot, not far from downtown. Third floor room was dirty with a previous guest’s sexy time glitter, and lots of ants. First two floors were relatively clean but had a faint funky smell. Would be perfect if they would give it a good deep clean throughout.

Charlene did not disappoint. Check in and out were easy peasy. Plenty of space, convenient location to all things Austin, loved the pool and rooftop patio. Property managers got back to us right away. Also within walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants and shopping.

This an amazing rental for large groups looking to explore Austin. Everything is about 8 to 15 mins away and the house is well kept with tons of space. I would definitely book this again with a large group of friends!

Great home, has everything you would need and lovely location

Aside from a minor hiccup with cleaning services (and for perspective...I am obsessive compulsive... so I tend to be quite particular), the property was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Austin attractions. Even with small kids, navigating the property was easy and communicating with the management was simple. Great expertise overall.

Beautiful house in a great location, the beds and furniture were comfortable, however it would have been great to know all of the stipulations before renting the place. The full list of rules and regulations we’re not detailed until just days before the trip with strict age restriction of 30 years old and over and not allowing for any type of decorations not even those not intended to be stuck to walls. Additionally we paid a third extra in fees that include cleaning fees and we were required to leave the house as we received it. Be aware that the price does not include the almost double in fees which are not detailed until you are in the reservation process.

This well-kept house is perfect for large groups. Everything from the layout, to the location, to the pool worked well for our group. In addition, the team who manages the property were very responsive and flexible with requests. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return.

This house was awesome! Perfect for our group! Lots of space to spread out and the view from the rooftop deck was incredible! Location is great (walking distance to some things and a short Uber ride to Rainey & S. Congress). Jennine was responsive and helpful!

Great house for family with kids who are old enough to negotiate the staircases. My kids loved the pool and the pool table, everything was clean and well maintained, and all of the “smart” features of the house were really appreciated. The neighborhood is on the way up and the only other comment about location is we didn’t find the area to be super conducive to going on walks with the kids (though you are close to cool places on East 7th and it’s not a far drive to Town Lake and the related hiking and running trails). We def would stay here again.

Overall, a great stay for a getaway with friends. With the exception of a handful of Uber/Lyfts, we were able to walk or scoot everywhere. The pictures are accurate. There was a mix-up with the pool, which is the reason for the 4-star review, everything else is a 5. When we arrived the pool was not heated. We texted the management company and were told that they needed to know in advance if we wanted the pool heated, that it was an additional charge, and by the time we requested that the pool be heated, it was too late because it took 24 hours to heat. We asked if this was in any of the dozen or so emails they sent or in the listing. I was told yes, but after doing a search of both I could not find it. There's a chance I missed it. This was a little disappointing given one of the reasons we chose this house was due to the pool, and based on looking at other listings it appeared that the pool was priced in. At the end of the day, we paid for something that we didn't use.

This house was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The communication was swift and clear which made for an easy check-in process. I would request are hangers and some extra blankets! Those Austin nights got a little chilly :) And just some extra space for trash/recycling!
