Wonderful place and location.

We enjoyed this condo with its lovely views of the beach and large porch. The master bedroom, bath and adjacent bedroom and bath have been beautifully redone and ,a plus for us, the beds are comfortable. We are happy to know that the kitchen, dining room and den are also in line for an upgrade as the kitchen, as is, is very small and a bit difficult to use. For the most part everything we needed was there but the pots, pans and kitchen tools need an update as well. There is no dishwasher and that would be nice as well as a built in microwave to increase the counter space. It was very comfortable and as this was our 3rd time to stay at La Jolla, as always, we enjoyed the pools and the grounds.

It needs a broom and a safe that works. We also had to buy more t paper and paper towels. Location is a great! View spectacular but with the hurricane shutters it blocked some of our view and the sun

Great location if u want to be near San Jose and away from hustle. Easy access to bus stop across the street or Uber. You can walk to Mama Mia restaurant right from the beach or go to the District restaurant just 7 minute walk on sidewalk.

Woke up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean, played on the property in the pool walking on the beach, saw, see turtles, hatch, and whales playing. Wish we had people staying with us because the condo was so huge we will return.

The property was perfectly clean and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay such as beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, a small cooler and more. The fridge had some bottled water and beers waiting for us. There was also a bottle of champagne for New Year's. The instructions manual was current and clear and the wifi info was displayed in frames by the main TV, so it was very easy to find. The owner was very responsive to all questions in a timely fashion. Wonderful large TV's with Netflix and very comfortable beds! We will certainly return.

Great location with recent updates to bedrooms and showers, plus in-suite laundry was very nice. The pool in the properly is lovely. This is the place for you if you love long beach walks and stunning sunrises. Noise from the neighbouring property was the only drawback. The kitchen needs attention but the owners have upgrades planned for 2023. The properly has everything you need to spend a nice day at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cooler. You only need to bring your own mask and fins to go snorkelling.

My daughter and I stayed while visiting friends nearby. The Condo was perfect and had everything we needed from some extra waters to good coffee and plenty of towels. The Condo and grounds were clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool the beach the view. Everything was perfect!

Great location with a return. Clean and tidy. Great quiet pool, close to beach, 2nd floor, not walk out. Listen to the waves crashing, but not swimmable. Clean condo with beach mbrellas towels, chairs, kids floats & toys. Games, tv, internet. no dishwasher, washer or dryer.lots of dishes, pots & pans,. Coffee, sugar, water for your mornings. The tile counters are hard to clean. No dishwasher, hard water ,shower in master slow. Cute mexican charm, couch uncomfortable. Patio hot and loud with air conditioners and the resort pool and lights, music loud. . Booking and property manager did a great job!!

The condo is magical, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, the beautifully appointed place, the views, all absolutely spectacular.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great big condo, lovely pool and what a view of the ocean. Saw whales every day from the patio. We'd love to come back someday.

This home is as good as it can get!! Decorated in local Mexican style with a feeling of beach comfort. Everything from the beds to the appliances are great. The balcony overlooks Cabo Azul beach, which is breathtaking from sun up to sun down. The home comes with new beach chairs, umbrella and cooler to make your day on the beach perfect. The grounds and pools are kept in pristine order and security is always present. I am already planning to return for a longer stay in the future!!

The property was mostly as advertised. Reasonably priced, well-equipped, good location, nice pool, and clean. The condition of the showers wasn't good. Both showers didn't function properly. The master bedroom shower valves actually didn't allow for control of the hot/cold water flow. New valves or serious repair may be necessary. Also, The master bedroom sliding glass door didn't lock, and front door knob/lock were almost falling off when we arrived and barely functioned during our stay.

LA Jolla in general is an amazing complex, the location, the grounds, the pools are all amazing. This condo worked perfectly for us, the 2 beds, 2 baths allowed us to have space and spread out just like we are home. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to cook and eat in, which was important with my kids. The balcony has an unbelievable view of the ocean and seeing the hotel pool next door gave us plenty to watch! The staff, guests and owners were all very friendly. We would stay here again, the owner is very easy to deal with and get a hold of. Great trip, can't wait to go back.
