This is our family’s 2nd year in a row staying at this luxurious property that’s incredibly close to the beach. The hosts, Ari & Greg, are truly nothing but gracious and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The property is clean, fresh, has every amenity one could even think of and has a “Home-like” atmosphere. The beds are comfortable and you will leave feeling rejuvenated from your stay. My family and I highly recommend staying here and we will most certainly be back. Thank you Greg & Ari for making our stay wonderful.

Our co-workers enjoyed some R&R while on a week long work trip. This house had the perfect amount of bathrooms, was very clean, and Greg communicated very well. Internet connection was also very reliable for us to work while at the house.

My family and my in-laws stayed here for several days and found it to be great spot. It was a short drive to the beach, be sure to grab a beach permit as you will need it to park your car on the beach, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Port Aransas isn’t too far away, making the location of the house ideal. The neighborhood is quiet with a decent nearby pool. We had a wheelchair user in our group and several old knees so the elevator was a godsend. The accessible room was tight but not unmanageable and the shower was great. The only complaint we might have is the temperature on the third floor was pretty cold and we couldn’t adjust it. But there were blankets on the couches so we all stayed comfy when we watched a movie together. All in all we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Property was immaculate and everything worked! Finding the exact house was challenging as it is in a development within a development that all has the same street address, but the host was VERY responsive and helpful.

Pros: 1) Greg ( owner) was great to work with 2) The house was very nice and comfortable for our group of 13 3) 5 bedrooms great for our group 4) We loved the kitchen family room as a gathring place. 5) The elevator was great for one of our limited mobility family members. Some areas needing a little attention: 1) There is absolutely NO beach access by foot, the nearby boardwalks are not available for use, so if you want an early morning stroll on the beach, you must dtive. 2) The house could use more beach towels. We found 7 for our group of 13. 3) The hot tub would not heat. We got it up to 103 but only for a coupke of hours - 85-90 most of the time - Greg telks me they have ordered a cover for it. All in all a nice, comfortable house.

We absolutely loved our stay here for our yearly family beach trip. It was so spacious and comfortable for all of us and had every single thing we needed. The kitchen and grill were perfect for nightly cooking. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor spots to relax and the hot tub was a dream every evening! Beautifully decorated, clean, and perfect for adults and kids! Also, great communication with the host. We would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, nice place to stay!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful 3-story condo and it made us feel at home. They had literally every amenity needed and more including an elevator for my elderly parents. The host, Greg, was outstanding with his communication and ensured we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend staying here for your beach getaway and the access to the beach was extremely close by. The community was quiet and very well-kept. Don’t look any further and I promise you’ll be glad you did.

We loved the house and the elevator was such a blessing! The great room on the 3rd floor and patio had lots of space for 8 adults and 5 kids. The access road to the beach is just over half a mile south, and we loved our time there , but on Saturday, too much traffic and loose sand. Lots of people got stuck. Community pool was great during the week but crowded on Saturday. Hot tub on the patio of the home kept everyone happy! Thanks for sharing your home.

The house was very comfortable and gave everyone some individual space. We loved the open concept living, dining and kitchen space! The kitchen was very well equipped which made meal time very enjoyable. We enjoyed having two master bedrooms. And the elevator was a must for us older guests! We were disappointed that we could not walk to the beach but it is only a couple of minutes by car. Overall the house is a great vacation option with a beach view. Also we enjoyed the neighborhood pool!

Property is clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great! A few items in the listing were not available such as the elevator in the property did not work and I didn't see the Slingshot vehicle. Neither were a huge deal to us. The beach was about a 5 min drive from the property.

Our stay at the beach house was pleasant and memorable. We chose the house for our big family which accommodate for our daily family feasts but also allowed private moments to oneself. The living room and dining area allowed us to all come together comfortably. There was plenty of room for food preparation and rounds of laughter and games. The many patio/decks allowed us personal time to relax, recenter, and moments to take just sit and absorb the beachy scene and constant breeze. The biggest regret we have is not staying longer. We loved the home feel, to sink into the bed after a long day of family time was the highlight of the trip. We enjoyed the beautiful aspect of the standup shower very convenient to wash off after a long day outside then sink away in the tub. The large dinner table was a plus allowing our whole family to come together for meals then being able to relax on the big comfy couches. And the elevator added bonus and a plus if you have older guess or someone with bad knees

The house was perfect for our large family gathering. The elevator was a lifesaver and made all the difference! Each room had a bathroom and was comfy. The beach was just a few minutes drive away which is great if you have littles. The only draw back was that the hot tub would not warm up. Kinda bummed about that , but overall an absolute dream stay!! Would definitely return to this property!

We enjoyed our stay during a family trip to Mustang Island. The house is great and well appointed. We especially appreciated having the elevator with my elderly parents. It made it super easy for everyone to hang out together.

We went to this property 9/29-10/4. We absolutely loved the property. It looks exactly like it does in the pics. When you get to the propert there is a nice sized 2 car garage. Entrance is on the side of the home and ypu use a keypad. When in the garage you enter from there through a separate door from the main house where you find the laundry room and enter the room with the two twin beds with trundles. There is a nice sized private bathroom. This is important if you are considering putting young ones in there bc it also has a door that leads directly outside where you find the hot tub. Once inside the home through a separate door from the garage you walk straight up the first set of stairs where you will find 3 bedrooms....2 of which have queen beds and the other has a king bed...all of which have nice sized bathrooms and 2 have walk out balconies. You walk up one more set of stairs where you find an awesome living, dining and kitchen area and the other master with another private bathroom attached. There is also a powder bath off of the kitchen. This home does have an elevator which we used the first day but unfortunately we had some bad weather and it did something to the mother board so when we left we had to carry all items down the stairs. This was out of the owners control and he was so wonderful with his communication and trying to get it fixed. Unfortunately it was really difficult to get a maintenance person out before we left but I promise you Greg the owner did everything in his power to try! We had 8 women in this home and we never once felt cramped. The kitchen area is awesome and we had every meal there except one. Now...on another note....I left my soon to be husband's rolling cart that he uses to roll his drums into places that he plays with his band in the garage by accident and immediately let Greg know. He understood it is a special cart and he and I will work together for him to get it shipped to me and me just pay him separately. Greg is probably one of the best hosts I have ever stayed with and his communication is impeccable. He even gives you his personal cell phone. He also has personal chefs he can hook you up with and specialty cars you can rent from him. The location was good, it was very confusing on how to access the beach by foot as the book in the room just said it was accessible “through the neighborhood” but there was no clear map or directions. The trash was full when we showed up on a Monday from the weekend guests and the smell was awful - I moved the trash to the end of the driveway but it was still a powerful smell and when we had to put trash in there were flies and maggots. I wish someone could have done something but Greg told me the trash is only picked up on Fridays. Walking into the house the first time was very unpleasant as a result. The hot tub did not look clean and when we opened it, there were a ton of frogs. Greg said his handyman would come by and look at it, but we never saw anyone come. We simply chose not to use it, but it was August so it would have been very hot anyway. The house itself is fully stocked and it was great to have an elevator to help my elderly mother up to her room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked and that was great. The neighborhood pool was convenient and located a very short walk away. There was construction going on as the surrounding houses were being built so just be aware of that potential for noise, which is not the owner’s fault of course. Other than the trash issue it’s was an overall good stay.

Loved this house! This was an amazing house for a large family vacation. We had 10 people (8 adults, 2 kids) and there was plenty of space. Great location, only half a mile from the beach access road, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils/gadgets you could ever need. All you need to bring is food. And of course your swimsuit and beach towel. :) Greg was super responsive to all my questions. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here. We will be making plans to come back.

Great house for our family gathering! Plenty of space and a great layout for 10-12 people. Would definitely rent this house again. The only slight negative is that we wish it had direct beach access so we wouldn’t have to drive vehicles on the beach. Our host Greg did a fantastic job of communicating with us throughout the entire rental process. Great experience for everyone and a much needed vacation. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

We had a great time at this property for our 40th birthday gathering over Memorial Day weekend. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get, which is awesome. Perfect house for large groups where everyone has their own space and their own bathroom! Greg is a great host and was very easy to communicate with regarding any house questions or special requests. We would definitely stay here again!

The house has a great layout for our trip with 3 other couples. We each had our own room with private bath and the kitchen/pantry was very well stocked since we typically take turns preparing dinner for the group. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze and we loved sitting out on the 3rd floor deck and enjoying the amazing views. Would definitely stay here again.

great home, great location, unbelievable owner who goes above and beyond to care for you during your stay. the house is laid out perfectly, as everyone can have their own space, or you can gather together in the very open kitchen/family room. can't express enough how great a time we had in this home, and how well appointed everything was. i highly recommend!

HOuse, locations ... Design! Its all right here. We enjoyed every aspect of this house as its located perfectly and well planned out. A Full Bath for every BR is amazing. Views of the ocean and super relaxing. Just look no further!
