We loved it, being next to the pier was very convenient! Steps from the beach!

Clean, close to OC Convention Center, nice area with lots nearby, reasonable price.

Furnishings were very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Washer/dryer very convenient. Having three bedrooms for myself and two adult children was perfect. Pool was relaxing and very close to the unit especially if you took the back stairs. My son eapecially loved the pool after a day at the theme parks. The gated community and the close location of the supermarket and restaurants also made it safe and ideal. This location is central to all the major attractions and airport. In for a wedding, this was the perfect place to stay with family; it was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to shops and attractions.

Perfect 3BR/2BA condo with everything you need for a lovely stay. Master BR has a spacious bath and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room is well thought out to maximize the space. This unit is just across from the pool which is nice. The landscaping and pool/spa area was nicely done and the pool has plenty of space to grab a chair and some sun. The shopping center with grocery store is an easy short walk. There are a few restaurants and a Dunkin Donuts within the same shopping center. I’d definitely return to this unit.

Excellent choice for convenience to the Orange County Convention Center. Property was clean and very comfortable. Kids loved the pool and splash pad. Publix Grocery store was right next door along with Duncan Donuts !

Property was in a great location and was a nice property; baseboards were super dusty; master bath shower didn't work well; and the floor was super creaky

Love this place!

We selected this condo because of it's proximity to the Rosen Aquatic Center. It also was an ideal layout and very comfortable for our family group. It offered everything in the unit and the pool and game room were popular with our 11 year old grandson, We also hit Disney a couple of times a day on a couple of days and the 15 or so minute drive was never a problem. Highly recommend this place in Orlando!

Convenient for airport and Disney. Had everything we needed, would book again.

The location was great. Lots of things to do and overall easy to get to. The one pool was just a walk away from the condo. However, the clubhouse was across the street. It was within walking distance but not as convenient as we thought. The pool was nice in our section. Other then that we had a nice time. For our group it gave plenty of personal space that a hotel room would not have done. Thank you Ana for being prompt and answering questions even if you did have it in the details. I appreciated Ana's patience with me.

The good: Beds were fantastic, proximity to grocery store was great, resort across the street was an easy walk, and the Disney parks were easy to get to. The not so great: the frying pans in the kitchen desperately need to be replaced, the floors need a good cleaning, and the master shower needs to be replaced.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was perfect location for attending convention. Very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Nice property

We loved our stay at Vista Cay. Publix within walking distance. Everything that we needed was provided. I took an extra roll of paper towels and tp because we had a group of eight. W/D made keeping fresh towels easy. Plenty of space. My only complaint would be phone service was bad inside. Had to stop out on the balcony to tak on cellphone. Other than that it was great!

Very nice and clean, everything was good! I would maybe throw a blanket with some weight to it in the closet. Our blanket seemed to be brand new, just a little light at night. But thank you for the new stuff.

The property was awesome. Perfect location and convenient to everything. The pools and staff were wonderful. The condo itself was in perfect condition, clean and very comfy. I will definitely be renting from Ms. Ana again in October when my girls, my grandson and I return. This was my first VRBO experience and I am extremely pleased to say that I am hooked. Thank you for making our stay awesome!

The unit was slightly smaller than I thought it would be based on pictures online. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better. The hallways always had an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Everything went perfect. We had a very nice time. The apartment is very comfortable. I would suggest to add a couple of kitchen utensils and some blankets for the bedrooms. Thank you,

This property is located centrally to the airport and attractions. The property has a lot of scuffs on the floors and there was a lot of rules. Overall, decent place to stay.

Everything was great, except that we didn’t get the communication (until we were almost there) that amenities like towels, soap,trash bags, toilet paper, etc were provided in limited quantity and couldn’t be replenished. If we had had advanced notice of this we could have easily prepared, but instead we had to go out to buy supplies after we arrived.

Our family of 7 was able to stay here comfortably. The check-in and check-out was smooth, easy, and stress free. The kitchen was great and got a lot of use from us! 10/10, would absolutely stay again. The only warning I’d give to people is that you should probably bring some extra blankets if you need them.

We liked the property.

Property manager was responsive when we didn't get the correct email that contained access codes. Not the property fault but if you can, turn off 5G cell service (Verizon) - it sucks in that area. We couldn't access emails unless using the wi-fi. Using 4G worked fine. The main pool and clubhouse is a good 9 min walk away in another part of the resort (across a 4 lane), but looks like they are adding another similar pool area much closer to the unit. One bed needed to have sheets washed (unit has washer/dryer) due to having hair in the bed. Maybe leave some laundry detergent in the unit in case this is needed. There were some other minor issues, but not worth raising here as we don't expect things to be perfect. Overall - We plan on staying here again.

Only thing I didn’t like was the couch was very uncomfortable

Property was great. Convenient location. Very safe. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would have liked to have a few extras. Upon arrival such as tissues, and extra paper towel/toilet paper/garbage bags. I certainly left extra behind and hope that they are passed on to the next renter. There was a beach bag in the mechanical room that was convenient to take our towels and supplies to the pool. Another suggestion would be to have a supply of beach towels for the pool so that you did not have to use your bath towels. We had seven adults and stretched our towel utilization to the limit, doing laundry, basically for towels one to two times per day. The showerhead in the master bathroom needs replaced to a more adjustable unit due to the geometry of the shower, very difficult for someone under 6 feet tall to use. We would stay here again.

This is the best part of Vista Kay. right by new pool, walk to publix and the diner. so easy. Brand New!

Love staying at Vista Cay when I visit Orlando. Great area, easy check in process, clean condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a short getaway to Disney and Universal. Nice to have the Publix and restaurants within walking distance to the property. Communication with the owners was smooth. The only areas of improvement to note would be the wifi signal is spotty when you have multiple people trying to access and the couch in the living area is not very comfortable.
