Fabulous pool to use between 8am-10pm along with full size snooker table in the games room and a tennis court in the grounds.

This property in Chacombe is lovely. The apartment is very comfortable with good quality furnishings and appliances. The photos on the listing don't do it justice as they make it look rather ordinary, but it isn't! It's spacious with lots of storage, and a great games room containing a full size billiard table (adults only) and it's just a short walk across the garden to the pool (exclusive use). The pool is the same depth throughout (about 1.3m, so possibly not suitable for small children who lack confidence in the water) and is warmer than a standard public pool. There are towels and a shower at the pool too which are very handy. Although Peter was away, he was still very quick to respond to queries, and eager to make sure everything was right for us. Friendly and welcoming stay in a place which met all our expectations. Tennis, badminton and of course swimming. Exclusively ours from 8am til 20pm. Us and the three boys had so much fun! Shops and a great park in Banbury with a Coop 5 minutes away. Thank you Peter.

Lovely place for peaceful get away, kids could run around garden playing tennis, badminton (equipment all there) and then pool time. We had great fun splashing around in our own private swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped and smart tv so everyone entertained after swimming. Host was great, nice welcome then left us to it, we had a great time.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Peter and Yanti's accomodation. Peter was so welcoming to me and my family. The house is very comfortable, you have everything you need to hand. The swimming pool is lovely and warm, we had 2.5 year old twins with us who were able to stay in as long as they wanted without feeling cold at all which was so nice. Location was great, 10 min drive to the local Tesco, slightly less than that to the Retail Park with Primark, New Look, River Island etc. Local takeaway's were wonderful and found the house with no problem, all in all an amazing stay, we will be returning! Thank you Peter and Yanti. Look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Property had everything you needed. Excellent pool (especially generously warm water temperature). Good to have full-size snooker table, plus tennis court.

This was a last minute trip to visit my grandson and this was the only property that I was able to find close to my son’s home in San Tan Valley. The property was in a lovely neighborhood and the garden and coy pond were very relaxing and peaceful. I was unable to open the gate the first night but was able to talk to Liz and she unlocked the gate. The space was smaller than what I thought as I’ve never stayed in a casita before. There was a pull down Murphy bed with a couple of chairs. No couch. The kitchenette was very small as well as the bathroom and shower. I usually buy food for breakfast and like to have a refrigerator. Unfortunately on the last two days my milk, fruit and cheese completely froze in the refrigerator and I was unable to make breakfast on the last day and had to trow it out. It was a good stay.

We had an excellent stay. The accommodation was fully equipped and clean. Communication with the host was instant and he was very helpful. Great pool!

Would highly recommend this stay to anybody! The property is absolutely brilliant. Communication was great and the whole process of check in was so easy. The swimming pool and snooker table was incredible. We will definitely be returning!!

We had an amazing weekend!!! Pool was fantastic and exclusive. Views were lovely. The snooker table was fab as was the Chinese that was delivered from the local takeaway! Kids and family made some wonderful memories and we will be definitely returning.!!! A tv in one of the bedrooms would be great as our children hogged the one in the lounge as this was being used as a third bedroom. Beds were comfortable, amenities were fab including towels, body wash and drink making facilities (tea and coffee). Thank you for having us! Five stars x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities were great, especially the pool which the children enjoyed and had lots of fun in.

We have just returned home from a weekend here with our 3 girls. Such a beautiful house and location. Peter made both us, and the children feel incredibly welcome. We didn't leave the house ( especially the pool) as we didn't need or want too. We only ventured out once to the shop for some sweeties. Would love to return again, a really wonderful weekend.

My partner and I were hoping for a quiet relaxing break and we were not disappointed. It was fun to use the pool and snooker table daily. The weather was mixed, with a bad thunder and lightening storm so we did not use the tennis or badminton facilities but they looked very good. The patio area was large and quiet. There were plenty of places to eat out locally and a lot of out of town shopping areas. The place was well equipped and looked after. We had a very good experience.

Lovely place and indeed it is a house in the country, if not what you might initially have in mind. We booked it because of its proximity to the Silverstone Circuit which is about 20 minutes away. There's plenty of parking and the owner is a bit of a petrolhead as well. Communication and assistance are exceptional and it was overall a really good experience. Will use again.

Beautiful settings and surroundings to this property. Has ideally everything you need for a nice break away with family. Just bear in mind it is in a woodland settings so if you dont like creepy crawlies ie spiders and cobwebbs then this is not the place for you. Swimming pool kids loved it, overall a great experience. Host pretty much left us to it. The property is joined with the hosts house something to bear in mind if you are after a completley secluded place. But like i said amazing stay, thanks peter.

Thank you for having us to stay again, it's been great to enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful garden and the pool in such a relaxing setting. The house is perfect for our family of 4, always clean and well appointed for an easy stay. Highly recommended!

Great facilities, but we had a poor experience with cleanliness of the property due to the owners cleaner not doing his job properly, there was months of dirt/dust and debris under the beds and window sills around the pool etc. However the owner addressed our concerns immediately and rectified this. The pool area is yet to be addressed. The owners are lovely people.

Had a wonderful time. No need to bring anything apart food. Pool was perfect. 100% coming back

Lovely property, as described. The pool was used daily, the piano enjoyed, and it was a peaceful and pleasant spot to stay. Well placed to visit all manner of pretty, small towns, or even to go into Oxford, Birmingham or a day trip to London. Thanks!

Easy to rent. Easy access

Myself and 3 friends stayed at this beautiful property for 2 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend and it was exactly what we needed! In a very peaceful, quiet location but still within reach of local pubs and shops. We couldn't have asked for more. The host was great, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Everywhere was clean and had everything that we needed. We used the pool, snooker table and spent most of our time out in the garden, eating, drinking and soaking up the lovely bank holiday sun. We will all definitely be returning, both as a group and individually with our partners. Couldn't recommend this place enough😊

We had a 3 night break as a family of 4 over Easter and are planning to come back again. The property is a self-contained extension onto the owner's home, who was there to greet us and make us welcome, then left us to it for the whole of our stay. Use of the pool, tennis court and snooker room was exclusively ours. Clean, spacious, comfy beds and with everything we needed for a self-catered break. Thank you, see you again soon!
