Home was comfortable, clean and stocked with many items we used. Beach towels, chairs, and grill. Beds were super comfortable. The long dining table was great for our nightly poker games! Short walk to the beach. Pool was nice for a post beach cool down. Walking distance to Alibi. Short drive to St Andrews state park. Would definitely stay again.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to PCB. The property owners were very responsive, answered all of our questions, and were so helpful. The house is just steps away from the beach in a quiet location. It was extremely clean, had many appliances that we were able to utilize, the beds were super comfortable, and there was a Christmas tree and other holiday decor that were much appreciated. The house had a very cozy feel to it and we could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. Although the weather was too cold for the beach and a handful of seasonal places were closed, there were still plenty to do. Thank you for an enjoyable stay! We highly recommend!!

This property is an excellent place to stay We had 10 people in our family group and we all were accompanied very well. Property is well maintained and has everything you need. Only 1/2 block from beach and a lot to do I the area. Would Recommend this place to anyone!

This property is amazing! It had everything that you could ever need. We have stayed at alot of VRBO properties over the years but this one is by far the best. This was a family vacation with 3 chikdren (ages 4-8). The pool was perfext for them. The short walk to the beach on a nearly traffic free road was super easy. 5+ stars!

This house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool and corn hole. Beach was a very short walk. The house was decorated great plenty of towels and even pool towels. The beach was great especially since chairs an umbrella were provided. I would definitely return and recommend this place. Thank you

I stayed with my daughters and grandchildren to attend another daughter's wedding on the beach. The house if terrific. Totally family friendly. Lots of space, first rate appliances and housewares. Plenty of beach equipment. Very short walk to the beach. We had some airplane issues and the owners bent over backward to help us. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Everything about the property was awesome!

Our yearly family trip was one of the best in this property. The house and pool were great. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking and serving items. Beach service was exceptional and the added items to take to the beach were very nice. Also great not having to bring beach towels with us. The master bedroom upstairs has a walk in closet big enough for a crib which we had rented. Kristy and Jason are very helpful. We will definitely come back to this property!!

Salty Air Retreat is the best vacation rental in PCB! My family takes a trip to PCB every year and this is by far the best house we have rented. We are already looking at dates for next year. This year was the first year we took all 6 kids (under the age of 3) and this house was perfect. The walk to the beach is very short and it’s a private (ish) road so it was totally safe for little ones. The area of the beach was not crowded at all. The house is exactly as pictured. Very well kept house and very clean. The owners have provided everything you need. Kristi was great every time I reached out with a question. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

The property was very clean and is by far the most well-stocked vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! We like to prepare home-cooked meals and we typically have to buy additional kitchen things to make it work, but not at the Salty Air Retreat! The beach is right around the corner from the house…my 80-yr-old parents had no problem walking there. Plus there’s enough beach towels for everyone and a wagon to lug all the stuff. The beach chair and umbrella setup everyday was much appreciated…our own little oasis! The sand and water of the Emerald Coast is absolutely stunning! Finally there’s the backyard with a refreshing pool and plenty of space to enjoy family time. We took advantage of the grill for lunch and dinner and had more than one cornhole challenge. Lots of fun and laughter from all 3 generations! *Places to eat: Longboards for lunch and dinner, Finn’s for breakfast (great smoothies and bowls) *Places to shop: Winn-Dixie on the east end, Mobey Dick’s (everything 9.99), and the Salty Dog surf shop

We had two separate family with kids and two older teenagers. Space worked great for our group with ample parking. We heated the pool as part of our week was cold so kids swam a lot. Had a couple issues where owners responded and fixed quickly. Loved that the rental included beach towels so less to pack. Also, included beach wagons and toys/chairs so was a huge plus! Definitely would recommend!

This was the second time we have stayed at salty air retreat and it’s always sad when it’s check out day!!This gem here comes fully equipped.The house is newer and very well kept and clean.It has a heating pool that just keeps everyone swimming.it’s also walking distance to the beach …you can never miss with this spot.we intend to keep it as our vacation home in Panama.Thanks so much Kristy…couldn’t ask for a better host!PS..you can extend check out at a small fee!

This is a wonderful property. It was exactly as described. The owners have thought of everything you may need while on vacation -- beach towels, beach chairs, charging plugs, kitchen items. The beach service that was offered was very responsive and had our chairs set up each day early. The property was very well maintained and CLEAN! The pool was wonderful. The tanning shelf was a plus with two small kids. The covered back porch was a nice place to hang out to get out of the sun. Beach access was close and super easy to get too. The two carts provided made it easy to get all our stuff to the beach. I would book this property again and recommend it to anyone thinking about it. The owners were easy to contact and quick to respond. Our only question while there was if we could extend our stay by a day, but alas it was already booked which honestly was not surprising!

This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, everything you need in the kitchen plus laundry. Pool area has plenty of seating and an area to eat and relax and play after the short walk to the beach. The owners are amazing and available for anything you need. House is also close to great food live music and ice cream! We will stay here again!!!

The location of this house was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach access, and because it had a pool the kids could keep swimming even after the adults were tired from putting tents up on the beach. The supplied beach towels were a blessing, as was the wagon. Nice little spice cabinet and huge fridge/table/counter space for our family to eat all together. The house was spotless and smelled of cleaning products when we arrived - always a good sign! Beds are comfy, even the bunk beds - which is not always the case at other places. And very easy checkout process which is much appreciated. Would 100% stay again and recommend to a friend.

The place was immaculate. It was beautifully decorated and clean from top to bottom. Plenty of space, board games, and supplies for cooking. The property manager was very responsive and we got the pool heated within the hour of our request. We also enjoyed several days at the beach as it was merely steps from the house just as advertised. Overall, our stay was 10/10! 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

The place was very clean and spacious! Pool area is a great place to relax. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you’ll need to cook full course meals. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels….2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom wasn’t nearly enough with 8 adults. Overall nice experience.

This property was better than described. It was super clean, smelled really fresh, and decorated super cute. Also the kitchen was so well appointed! We brought a lot of things we didn’t need. The backyard was nice with a pretty pool. Beach is super close. Thank you! The hosts were very responsive.

The home was a very well built beach home with everything you need to give you that at home feeling, every room in the home was set up perfect, for relaxing, it was a short walk to the beach for every day beach fun, and also the home was close to all the fine dining and clubs. In summary I would highly recommend this property, it made the last day very hard to leave, we will definitely return. Kristy and Jason made sure you had everything you need and more thanks for an amazing stay!

Communication with the owners was flawless. Everything was as listed! I absolutely loved how well stocked the kitchen was 😊. It truly felt like home away from home. We look forward to going back next summer.
