Great villa. Every inch of the property thoughtfully appointed. First thought the pool heating fee was a bit steep at 250 GBP per week but pool was kept warm enough to make it ideal for small children during depths of winter. Highly recommend as your family or large group base if you want to visit in the offseason. Brisk but prompt communication from owner.

Simply stunning villa with everything you could ask for. Hot tub and heated pool were ideal for mid October. Pool table and table tennis were great for the kids also. Beds super comfortable. Everything great in terms of kitchen and tv etc. Only a short walk to the Hilton hotel and a €6 Uber to the Marina. Only one thing I would suggest is a basic pack of essentials. We arrived about 10pm and there was no bottled water for example. Overall I would highly recommend this villa - there were five of us and loads of room for larger families. Great comms from host in advance and during stay.

The property was amazing and the facilities that were provided. Extremely ideal location to base yourself out of and close to the marina. Very detailed and helpful book of things near by and instructions of how to use facilities within the property. Already planning to return next year.

We had a fantadtic stay at casa verde for 10 nights. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable for 6 adukts and 3 children. I woukd definitely recommend and stay here again. We were really sad to leave !

Great villa superb amenities close to golf courses and only a 30 minute walk to the marina first class

My family greatly enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home for an Easter spring break gathering. Everything was very comfortable and the April weather was wonderful. The pool was perfect and warm in the afternoons. We appreciated the child safety gates inside and outside for our toddler. We weren’t able to use the hot tub much but appreciated its privacy wall and imagine it perfect for the evenings. The kitchen and eating area was great for our large family. It had everything we needed. There was a high chair and the dining table fit 8 easily. The grill and patio area was wonderful for family grilling. The adjacent TV room was open- style so that the toddler could watch a bedtime show while the adults ate dinner. I’m terms of groceries everything you need is at the local grocery store - a 5 minute drive away. We enjoyed several pingpong matches in the evenings and the 14-year old in our group loved the Xbox game options as well. Our location in the Quarteira region was fantastic- it was about a 7 minute drive to a lovely local beach with umbrellas/lounge chairs. Clean sand, easy parking, and not crowded during our April stay (guessing it’s busier in July/August). Everything was very clean and felt very safe. We will definitely do a family reunion vacation again here in the future!

Overall the property was amazing and we would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Only issue we had was that the pool and especially the hot tub was really dirty. Normally wouldn't bother us but we paid £250 extra for the hot tub and we only got in it once before realising it was full of dirt and quickly got back out. Tried to call the manager number several times to deal with this and got no answer.

We stayed the beginning of March for a long weekend with friend. Paid extra for the heating of the pool and jacuzzi which was needed as the weather wasnt the best. Another lovely villa added to the collection in Portugal. Would definitely recommend staying with family and friends.

Lovely stay in Feb at the villa. The house is great with multi-level access. Basement is bedroom, pool table and table tennis. First floor is impressive kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom. Upstairs is two bedrooms and amazing roof access with lounge area. Would easily stay here again if we visit the area. Grear pool with hot tub. Easy walk to the marina which we enjoyed.

Great property, nice and private very modern

Absolutely brilliant villa. They have literally thought of everything. Everything within the villa was of highest quality and was incredibly clean. They had really thought everything through when planning what to include and everyone had the best time. Our only regret was planning so much within the days that we didn’t get much time within the villa to actually enjoy the facilities. Dan was prompt to reply to any queries and did his best to accommodate. Will definitely be returning.

This beautiful villa is decorated to a very high standard and is very well equipped throughout; everything has been considered, from babies to adults; from pool towels to a spare fridge freezer! There are so many different areas to either relax or spend time with others- whichever takes your fancy. The location is in a quiet rural street which is either a 5 minute Uber ride from town or a pleasant 30 minute stroll. Dan the host, answered any questions I had very promptly and the welcome pack has all the information you should need.

Casa Verde was a beautiful property with amenities for the entire family. The home was very clean and modern! Lovely! The description of the property was accurate except there was not a tumble dryer as described. The owner provided very detailed directions and information about the property which was helpful. We had a wonderful stay at casa verde and we would stay her again!

I stayed at the villa with a couple of friends before moving on to a hotel, but we were so so sad to leave. This villa has everything! So clean and beautiful, we wish we could stay for the rest of our time in Vilamoura. It has everything you need, plus more, and just so much to do to keep everyone occupied at all times. I hope to be back in the Summer with the family. Hands down the best villa I’ve stayed in!

My partner and I were in the area reviewing properties for a magazine and we found this glorious villa to stay in Vilamoura. This newly renovated villa has everything you need, whether you’re a couple, a family, a golf group, or a group enjoying a special occasion, it really would suit all needs. The villa has a very high spec, with a private pool, hot tub, pool table & table tennis, as well as a slide and swings for kids. A very short taxi to the Marina, and a walk to the Old Village. I will be recommending the villa to friends, family and colleagues……it really was a joy to stay, albeit for a short stay.

A very flying visit at short notice but this is an amazing property. Everything is brand new and high end. We only stayed one night but we’d love to come back for a proper family holiday.
