Super clean, value for money.

After a long haul flight, to arrive in the hotel with a friendly and warm reception is very good. Airport shuttle is big bonus. Will stay again in the near future.

Smelly room (sewage). Not possible to turn off AC/heating unit.

We stayed here bc for the weekend we were mostly in Sonoma but had a 630am flight out of SFO so needed to be close for the early wake up. I was legit surprised how clean the property was. Sometimes places by the airport are meh at best but easy check in and out. They have us 2 bottles of Kirkland water at check in which was nice. If you are someone who just needs a place to sleep and wind down before heading out to larger Bay Area or like we did, get up v early to hit airport, I’d recommend this place

If I had to change something, maybe a shuffle that runs to the cal train stop. It’s not safe to walk from that property to the south San Fran cap trIn stop bc it’s very industrial and heavy traffic area with no sidewalks but a shuttle to and from there would have been nice

The experience was absolutely awful. I was treated like I didn't belong there. No one offered to help me pick up my heavy luggage and lift it on the only cart that they had. They guy that checked me in when I asked about my late arrival offered me a late checkout of 3:00pm - in otherwords, I paid over 200 dollars for a room that I stayed for barely 10 hours, I asked if they had complimentary water and he joked that it was 5 dollars a bottle. If I had to rate this hotel, I would rate it below 0. 0 is quite generous. I had a replaced knee and no one offered to pick up or bring down my luggage or cart. I did it all myself. The atmosphere seemed 'skid roadish' and ran by people who didn't have a clue to US customs. I wouldn't not even recommend this place to my worse enemy. IT WAS A RIP OFF AND I SHOULD GET ALL OF MY MONEY BACK, IF NOT, HALF. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Room was next to laundry. Vent in bathroom leaked, no one resolved it.

Water pressure in shower could be stronger.

Had to move my room at 2:45 am because half of the screen on my tv was working. I upgraded to a suite, Definitely not a suite, not worth the money. And I had to park on the street, no parking on property.

Steady WiFi; very spacious bedroom n bathroom; Clean; very helpful staff; laundromat on site; super convenient to get on highway 101.

Paid parking $14/day

Coffee good. Location poor.

Staff average. Shouldn’t be a charge for parking at this type of location. TV on with action movies early in the morn.

We were bone weary when we arrived after a week of packed days visiting family and friends in CA. Check-in was quick and pleasant, and the room was cool, clean and comfortable. The delicious warm breakfast provided a lovely start to a long day of flight. Thank you!

As far as airport hotels or hotels in the airport vicinity is concerned, this is one of the best we have seen. Rooms felt new and were large. The property was quite open, bright and airy too unlike airport hotels. Lovely bunch of people there too who assisted us with restaurant reccos and the free airport shuttle too. Overall, great value for money.
