First I want to say that I have never stayed in a place where the owner responded to my messages immediately. Communication was great. This property was spotless and very well stocked. Having towels and linens on the property for us to use was a great plus. The Blackstone grill was clean and we love cooking on our Blackstone at home so this was convenient. The property location is perfect. It is close to town, stores and restaurants. We loved the boathouse. You can keep your boat indoors and out of the elements and you don't have to lock up and cover your boat between outings. We came here on a fishing trip and the fishing was great. You can get to the Lake of the Isles in about 10 minutes on the water from this property. There is a boat launch directly across from the property with very reasonable launch and trailer parking prices. We would definitely stay here again. I can't way enough about how much we loved this property and our stay here.

This is a very comfortable condo for a family. Nicely decorated with wonderful use of the space. We definitely would visit again. The owner was super helpful.

Just as advertised and yes I would return. This condo was just how it was advertised. Clean and in an excellent location. The interior was well maintained and well stocked with all the basic kitchen bath and bedroom necessities. A good boat launch capable of launching virtually any size boat is directly across the channel and they offer trailer storage for a small fee. The best part of the condo was being able to drive the boat from the St Lawrence river through the channel and right into the boat garage directly under the condo. About a 5 minute boat ride. Electric garage door, very clean inside docking with composite decking and secure. I didn’t even bother locking my boat up. My boat is a 20 foot pontoon which fit in the garage easily and it could even fit a 24’ pontoon with the garage door down. There is no wave action in the channel to throw your boat around in the garage either. I would definitely return to this condo. It is just as advertised.

We had a great stay at this townhouse with all adult family of 5. Clean, and easy checkin process. Right across from a marina which was really nice! Boat house was AWESOME for docking out boat! Also, the host is very helpful and communicative. We will be back again!

Property was great. More space than we needed but perfect location. Easy in and out for our boat. Plenty of room in boathouse. Very pleasant and quiet. Enjoyed everything. We are used to king size bed so we felt cramped in the bed but it was okay. Would definitely stay again. Directions for Marina a little confusing but we figured it out. Owner response time very quick.

Great location

The condo was perfect, and the boat house was a wonderful bonus. The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The view wasn't the best, I wish it was overlooking the river, but the boat launch was entertaining some nights. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, had lots of room for 6 adults and was only a 10min walk to the bay! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Plenty of room in the condo. Very well taken care of. Parking was the only issue. Parking lot didn't leave a lot of room for turning big truck around in.

We are a family of boaters in Western New York who love exploring new places. Alicia's boat house/condo in Alexandria Bay was perfect for a one-tank getaway! The boathouse (and marina) were incredibly convenient. The accessibility of Alexandria Bay, Clayton, Boldt Castle, Singer Castle, and the Rock Island Lighthouse - all by boat - meant we could park our car on Saturday, and not set foot in it again until Friday. The property was clean, quiet, and convenient. We'll be back!

The boathouse under the townhouse was great! Easy to maneuver and having the Marine across the way was helpful. Easy walk to town. We loved exploring the 1000 Islands via boat. The townhouse was ver clean and in excellent condition. All amenities supplied. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Location was great, clear instructions. Keyless entry which means we didn't need to wait for anyone to show up and let us in. Very nice place, what I was hoping for and it was what we got.

The boat house under the condo was excellent for our 22’ Donzi a ramp and excellent marina (docks & ramp) Carnegie Bay Marina directly across from condo. Location is excellent!

Guys fishing trip over a long weekend. Perfect location protection from the wind back in the canal. The boat house was very convenient. Boat access is at the marina right across from the building. We had 4 people each person had their own bed and beds were comfortable. Worked out perfect for our trip.

We had a wonderful visit. The condo was better than expected. The kitchen was well stocked it had everything that you could possibly need during your stay. The location was exactly what we needed. Thank you for the lovely visit.

The owners of the property were great. We had an excellent time. The neighborhood and marina were very quiet. The property was easily accessible by boat and having the marina across the bay to launch from made it very convenient.

We had a great 5 day getaway for a family of 5 (grandparents, parents and teenager). The property had everything we needed and was close enough to walk to Alex Bay and back. We were there at end of season, so it was relatively quiet during our stay too. The only thing we would have liked was another comfy chair in the living room area. The sofa and chaise were good for three, but other chairs weren't ones to settle into for a long period of time--unless you brought the ones in from the deck. or were prepared to sit at the hightop area. We thought parking might be a challenge since there seemed to be a limited number of free spots that weren't marked, but everyone seemed to abide be the two car rule so it wasn't an issue. I didn't find a computer desk or desk chair in an obvious location so just propped up in bed for the bit of work I needed to do.

The location was outstanding and the boathouse came in very handy as we rented a boat. We had a concern and it was immediately addressed by the owners. There are very easy to work with. Very family friendly location.

Great hosts and villa/condo. 5 minutes to downtown Alexandria Bay. Looking for something more upscale and full kitchen, this is a great location. Very quiet. Looking forward to returning and hopefully booking again.

Great property. Excellent communication. Condo was clean and well supplied. Having the boat house was great. No need to empty the boat each day or worry about rain. Within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay there again.
