We had the most AMAZING week at Serenity Now. The house has the perfect amount of historical charm so you can feel another era, paired with modern amenities and comforts. The location is in easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. The screened porch and views of the river are the best we've had in our 4 years of vacationing here. I don't think there is anything better. Fayanne is extremely hospitable and generous. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us. We cannot wait to come back again!

This is the second time we stayed at Serenity Now and really enjoy staying here. We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, very clean and the large screened in porch has a fantastic view of the river! Fayanne is gracious host who is very accommodating and responsive to questions.

What a wonderful place to visit! Great views in a peaceful setting The house is spacious, well furnished and the view of the river from the screened in porch is spectacular. Kids and adults alike spent a lot of time on the dock - fishing and swimming! It was fun checking out improvements made to the property by our thoughtful host, to further enhance our visit. This is the third time we have stayed and can't wait to return...I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality time on the river.

Serenity Now is a beautiful property directly on the River front. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, and lots to do in the area. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

This property is absolutely stunning!! Beautiful home right on the St. Lawrence River. Very clean, spacious and roomy with everything you might need and then some! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in the area. The owner was extremely nice to deal with and was available for anything we needed. Had a wonderful time.

Visited in July with my family and loved it so much returned for a long weekend in October with family and friends! The layout is spacious and works well for a group of people. The house is thoughtfully furnished with comfy beds, ample towels (even beach towels), a well furnished kitchen and brand new washer/dryer. The great room is beautiful with a grand stone fireplace and plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the panoramic views of the river. My favorite spot is the screened porch overlooking the river. Perfect to watch for “big boats” and enjoy watching my grandkids swimming or fishing from the dock. The ladder at the end of the dock made it easy to join the kids for a swim! The location is perfect - close to town and even closer to Wolfe’s Kountry Kottage - our favorite stop for breakfast. If you’re looking for a place to make memories with family and or friends this is the perfect spot for you!

This property is located in an area rich in history and abundant fishing opportunities. There are many interesting places to visit such as Boldt Castle, Eisenhower Locks, Singer Castle, Clayton's and Alex Bay's many shops as well as near by Sackets Harbor. You may just want to get away and relax by the beautiful St. Lawrence river and observe the many ships passing as you sit by the wonderful woodburning fireplace in the large livingroom. I have stayed at this property many times in the past few years and look forward to many more stays.

As a group of six friends, we enjoyed our stay immensely! The location on the river is perfect for watching the large ships navigate the channel!

We love this camp and owner. Great property. We come every year. Perfect spot in Point Vivian to watch the big ships and colorful sunsets. The screened in porch is heaven on earth. We can’t say enough good things about this place.

Wonderful cottage in a great location. Fantastic porch with comfortable chairs for viewing the river big boats. Living area was spacious with a wonderful fireplace. Kitchen modern and stocked well. Wish there were queen beds in two of the rooms instead of fulls for couples. Booked again for next summer Within a few days of check out.

Great property and location. Really enjoyed our stay

This was our third stay at this property. We thoroughly enjoy our stays in this beautiful house and will stay there again in the future. It doesn't matter what time of year we have stayed, spring, summer, or fall, we have had pleasant experiences there. We highly recommend this property.

The setting was perfect and the house was large enough for both our families. The view over the river was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location. Beds were comfy. The living space was excellent for 5 adults. Our only issue was no instructions for TV and we never could access wifi.

A great location and get-a-way. Traditional TI riverfront setting and the home was awesome.

We had a terrific stay in this house. The location is amazing! Perfect for ship watching and swimming, kayaking and all other water activities. There is a protected area in front of the dock where our kids could swim and kayak without being near the main boating channel. The screened in porch is where we spent most of our time when we were not on/in the water! The property has all necessary amenities- the washer/dryer came in very handy! The host was so helpful and responded quickly if we had any questions. The neighborhood is lovely too- great for a morning run or an evening stroll. We did not want to leave and we hope to be back again soon!

We had a very nice time at the house. This is the second time we have stayed there. It is a beautiful property, very relaxing. Since it's early may in northern new york, it was a little on the cool side most of our stay, but we didn't mind because we utilized the awesome fireplace. We will stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful home to spend a long weekend with old friends! From enjoying breakfast on the screened porch watching boats (both large and small) to leisurely days in Clayton and Alexandria Bay and finally evenings by the fire, our group enjoyed every minute. Fayanne was readily available and very accommodating and provided our group with great memories for years to come!

Another annual reunion of four college suite mates and their husbands is in the books! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alex Bay at Serenity! The cottage is very well equipped from the kitchen to bedding and linens. The screened-in porch was a delight both in the morning as we sipped our coffee and planned our day and in the evening as we relaxed, watched the huge ships go by and recalled our day’s activities. It was unusually hot during our stay, the ceiling fans and standing fans helped to keep us comfortable. There was an issue with one of the toilets, the neighbor, George, came to check it out. He called a plumber but the problem could not be fixed during our stay. We made do with one toilet and did not let it ruin our visit! We would recommend this cottage to vacationers in the Thousand Islands! A good time was had by all!

My family had a wonderful time and would certainly stay here again

As soon as we walked into the house we were very impressed. Its a beautiful property with great views, great rooms with nice breezes even in late July. The waterfront area was awesome. Good fishing right from the dock. The screened in porch was a great area for at night when the mosquitoes came out. Watching the big ships became a ritual as well. Alex bay was only a few miles away. Definitely catch a tour boat or rent a boat to enjoy the water. We came up on motorcycles (one of the wives drove a truck with some kayaks) and we only rode two of the seven days we were there. Enjoying the water took precedence for sure. What a great part of our country this is. I highly recommend this house!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at serenity now. The views of the river are spectacular and our favorite place was the sun porch. We had everything we needed for our family to enjoy a great time together.
