Property was very close to restaurants and grocery store. Also, neighborhood was very quiet. House was clean and well stocked.

Not a huge deal but shower head was very low where we had to squat to wash our hair.

Very nice house. It fit our family needs for our vacation and was very close to the beach! Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Stores and restaurants were all within a great distance.

We didn't know what day was trash pick up so we missed that and the can was already very full before we arrived

This house was the perfect location for us...right in the heart of everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. If you want beach front, this isn't it...BUT if you want a half mile walk, or three minute drive to the beach, it's perfect! Close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants, entertainment, shopping...everything! Very roomy and comfortable for all of us (three adults;one teenage boy). Great fenced in backyard, very private and good for night sitting...sounds of nature with no traffic noise. Property has trees which help block the night time lights so you can see the stars really well.

The shower head is VERY low...but hey, we didn't move in, just stayed for vacation so it was doable.

The house was nice and wasnt far from the beach. I like the setup of house. It was simple and easy to manage.

The only thing I dont like is the driveway. When exiting the driveway my car scrub to concrete therefore creating a loud sound and possibly damaging my vehicle. However, when entering the driveway there is no possible damage to vehicle that way.
