This condo was big enough for all 9 of us! We have 3 teenagers and 6 adults everyone slept comfortably. The only real complaint I have is that the floors were not clean and it wasn't sand! Our feet would be so dirty! The bed in the smaller room was also broken when we arrived. Fix these things and it will be a great stay for anyone!

If you are staying in a higher condo, there is no "Let me run up to the room real quick". It was an average of 20 mins if you needed to go up or down.We will stay here again :)

The only thing missing was a working can opener and a colander. Otherwise, great! Everything was very clean except the stained white couch. It probably needs replaced with something other than cloth as I’m sure people aren’t as careful with it as they should be. Overall, great place! We will be back next year!

This property is in desperate need of an update. The carpet is filthy and the living room furniture is soiled and tattered. The elevator situation is awful, sometimes taking over 45 minutes to get down to the first floor. The pool and lazy river are dirty and full of scraps of food. Microwave was broken upon arrival, but replaced the next day.

The condo and facilities were absolutely beautiful! Property management was super helpful! Be aware that the elevators can get crazy on Saturday with everyone trying to check in at the same time. But they were back to normal on Sunday morning. Will definitely stay here again!!

Lows: The couch needs to be professionally cleaned and the pull out bed is very uncomfortable. Mold was around the vent in the master bathroom. In the hall bathroom, the toilet paper holder was missing the center part that holds the paper. Several kitchen utensils were dirty, in the drawer. One of the cookie sheets had baked on debris. I scrubbed it with an SOS pad (that I brought) before I could use it. The owners of the unit have a beautiful place. However, they may need to check on their cleaning service. Also, another problem, at no fault of the owners, was the elevator nightmare. We had to wait 10-20 minutes or longer to acquire one. I'll blame it on PEAK SEASON with everyone going up and down with their beach wagons and carts.

Nice accommodations in general but disappointed in a few things for the cost and quality advertised. One barstool was missing and one was broken, the toaster was broken. Both issues were reported but not taken care of. The couch while comfortable wasn’t clean. The parking garage was a challenge, someone scraped our new car even though we were properly parked so it will need paint touched up. We normally don’t complain about little things but for that reason we won’t be back.

Our group of friends with young children had a wonderful stay at this condo. Plenty of room to spread out, have pack and plays in the bathroom for quiet nap times, and the forth bathroom was a great bonus. Our group very much enjoyed the lazy river, water slide and also the puzzles! The high level made us a little nervous at first but quickly became well oriented and the elevators moved quickly.

We were very unhappy with the condition of this condo. Bathrooms has thick mold growing in the shower and on shower curtains. Ice maker has mold in it, so we couldn’t use it. Sofa and carpets had multiple stains/spots, and not clean. Only solutions was to have cleaners in and out all week during our stay, but we chose not to have them coming in while our personal property is there. Should have been done before we checked in. We were not told of the extra $70.00 for parking until we had paid for the condo. Even the balcony area was filthy. Bad impression!

Great location, and besides the busy elevators everything was wonderful for my family (kids ranging from 18-4 years old) seemingly something for everyone to do. Great environment for kids.

We had an awesome week. The condo is very spacious and such a great view.
