This is a modern apartment in a newer side of Lisbon. It is very close to the Marina. The area is not crowded and the streets are generally empty. But you can walk without worrying even late at night. We found Lisbon a calm and measured place even in the most populated areas anyway. There is a nearby Casino and a major train station in a 10 min walking distance. A couple of brunch places are available with seaview near the Marina. The flat itself is quite modern with new and functioning kitchen equipment. A new fridge, a new dishwasher, a Nespresso machine with free capsules, a huge TV... all great. There isn't much traffic so it's all quiet except a nearby construction (can hear noise through open windows daytime). We were 5 people and used Bolt max to get to anywhere: Center of Lisbon for 12-15 euros, Pera Palace in Sintra for 35 euros, airport for 10-12 euros. The landlady is very nice (we mean it) and responsive if you message Booking.com anytime.

The owner Lee was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The property is very well situated to see the aquarium, marina and to go to the airport. The underground parking for our two vehicles was very good. Lee had a crib for the baby that was with us.

It was warm in May without air conditioning, but the fans helped. Kitchen amenities were good enough if you weren’t cooking.

I did not like that the room had no bed sheet, only the fitted sheet and the duvet

The landlord is very nice, the room is very clean, the living room has a huge TV to watch football which is really cool, the building is secured and the surrounding area is very beautiful, I would choose again next time and recommend it to everyone.

Very enjoyable. The area of location is great, free parking. the scenery is very beautiful, friendly landlord, apartment has security in the lobby. there is a huge TV in the sitting room,and the room looks nice and clean. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.
