Location and the pool.

No instructions anywhere. It took me two hours from the time I collected my keys to enter my apartment. Car parking is so confusing. No signs to correct towers. Conversations were had with several other people in the lifts who had the same issue. My family got stuck in the lift also. We called the emergency button with no response - very poor!! It was extremely hot and we were all panicking. Eventually someone pushed the button (I assume) and the lift started moving. Meanwhile my husband was outside with my 4 month old baby. We had no service to contact him to let him know where we were. He was also panicking. It was a total mess! The apartment itself was rundown. I wouldn’t recommend.

Location is fantastic, close to everything.

Cleanliness was poor, some bathroom fittings havent been cleaned for more than a year. We notified office immediately the oven did not work, sent someone to look at it who agreed it did not work. it was not fixed during our 6 night stay

Location was ideal with both the beach and supermarkets close by. Easy to access public transport and entertainment areas as well. You didn't have to leave the area if you did not want to as everything was so clsoe and accessible. Really enjoyable facilities and trip overall.

There was nothing I could complain about for the time we spent there.

it wasn’t very clean. the carpets were dirty. there was no linen for the sofa bed and not enough towels for everyone

lots of cockroaches everywhere - in the cupboards fridges, everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights?

No heating in room for 2 nights until finally gettin moved to another room for last night. Internet would not work shower was up and down in temp constantly Staff where hopeless to deal with lied about everything made out they were fantastic and never came through with the goods. Won’t be staying there again the price was over the top for the service we received
