We had a blast and everything was great. Two small - very small suggestions: 1-tubs had a bunch of rust around overflow valves 2- pools need some umbrellas/shade That’s is is otherwise it was fantastic !

It was wonderful! Went to great restaurants, trolly tour of St Augustine and a Botanical Garden. The beach was very nice. Staff at the condo very nice and helpful.

This was a perfect place for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was close to the beach. You can even see the ocean from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for a great stay!

My daughters and I spent a week in your lovely home. We were pleased to find the kitchen well equipped with utensils, etc. The king bed was very comfortable, and plenty of storage space. My daughters, who are adults, we’re a little cramped for space in their twin bed room, but they managed well. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, and access to it was very easy. My only criticism would be that the floors were extremely dirty. We had to either wear shoes or socks, otherwise our feet were black from the dirt. There was a leak under the kitchen sink which I immediately messaged to the owner. We managed by keeping watch over a pan which we put under it to catch the water. We were very pleased to find beach chairs that we were able to use. We enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace, and watching the sun rise and set. We had a very good stay.

We really liked the location of the place. It was just a few minute walk to a stunning beach that we walked and swam in every morning. The apartment was spacious, with 3 tv’s 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. The host was very responsive. We would go stay another time for sure.

The place was just what we were looking for, the only thing it lacked was a blanket during the months of April the nights get cool, also no movie channels. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others .

We spent eight wonderful nights in this immaculate, comfortable condo. Cute beach decor coupled with spectacular amenities made for a great stay. Along with the beautiful beach we enjoyed the massive swimming pool,and multiple hot tubs. There is a second heated pool as well. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. We appreciated the start-up supplies. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture Complex is very well maintained and secure.

Nice, well equipped condo in a good location - about 7 miles from Historic District, Sort walk to beach and several grocery stores and restaurants close by. The king bed was very comfortable. Rob, the owner was very responsive to any questions

Love this cute condo with a great balcony view of the ocean. Just right for two or possible four. Great area and excellent beach. All the people we met here were very nice and owners were very helpful. If visiting old St. Augustine but want a break and see the ocean, this is the place.

We were on our way home and wanted to check out St. Augustine for a few days, so decided to rent a place where we could walk the beach for a few days. The unit was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced as well. The tenants in other units were super friendly. We biked to the state park, and thoroughly enjoyed that. Just a note that you are not allowed to ride your bike on the facility. You need to walk it outside the gate area. We got spoken to about it, as we didn’t know. We checked out St. Augustine on another day. We were here the week between Xmas and New Years. We would never come this time a year again as we couldn’t get a nice anniversary dinner out as it was nuts! And the traffic and crowds were crazy. The unit and location were excellent but just a heads up on the timing of seeing St. Augustine, probably not a good idea unless you want to sit in traffic, and run around for an hour or two to find a place to eat dinner and have to settle for something you didn’t want. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the rental unit. Washer and dryer were helpful, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. There were also plenty of starter items. Check in and out was super easy and we enjoyed our beach walks. This is a drive on beach also.

I want to thank the host for all of the USB chargers in the condo! With all of our gadgets nowadays those are important. The beds were comfortable! I always worry about that. The beach view was awesome!! Close to historic downtown St Augustine. Would stay again!!

We were so close to the beach! The unit was clean and had all the conveniences of home! Really enjoyed the trip! My 4 year-old said, “ I had so much fun!”

My wife and I visited with our son and had a wonderful time. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished, and is in a great location, with a view of the ocean from the balcony and the beach right beyond the end of the building. There are near numerous good restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping opportunities just minutes away by car and historic Saint Augustine is just a short and very easy drive. The unit had everything we needed during our four-night stay, and Rob and Jane were very responsive to all of our messages as we were trying to get things set up for the trip. Their check-in/check-out procedures were quite easy, and their little book in the unit explained everything except the operation of the TV, which we figured out quite easily. We'd gladly stay in the unit again on a future trip to the Saint Augustine area and highly recommend them to others. 5*

Had a very nice stay! Condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved the goodie bag and popcorn! Spent Thanksgiving week there and our daughter and family joined us in another unit close by which was very convenient. We highly recommend a couple restaurants close by one is Romano’s on the beach and the other is Asian Deli Thai and Vietnamese Restaurant. Best Thai food we’ve ever had.

Our stay was just what we were looking for. The VRBO description was very accurate. Great condo, great location, great view. 3min. walk to beach, 10 min. drive to St. Aug.. Everything was just as advertised. If you get a chance stay at this condo, you will be pleasantly surprised. We will do it again for sure.

It was nicely appointed and had everything that we needed. The starter kits with soaps, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. were a nice touch. The treats in the kitchen were also much appreciated. I only had a couple of questions and Rob answered them quickly and was easy to deal with. The complex is quiet and friendly and we would definitely stay again.

This place had an amazing view and had everything we needed. Loved that there was laundry detergent and dryer sheets, many towels, everything you would need in a kitchen, and a nice welcome treat bag! We will definitely be back!

Very well maintained, clean and comfortable condo well situated on St. Augustine beach. The owners make the whole process seamless. Definitely our go-to lodging whenever we visit St. Augustine in the future.

The host, Rob, was so nice and very communicative. The condo was very clean and pleasant. The “Welcome goody bag” with popcorn & cookies was a nice touch & treat. Really appreciated that condo had all of the start-up necessities like toiletries, etc. Liked that the condo was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, beach chairs, umbrella and everything you might need during your stay. Personally I was happy to find a hair blow dryer. We traveled with my 91-year old father-in-law so it was great that there was an elevator near this third floor condo unit. However, elevator was tricky to find initially. There was phamplet of condo information in condo and a map on refrigerator which was great as we needed to especially refer to it to to find the elevator. Condo was very near all points of interest and we enjoyed St. Augustine. Would highly recommend this condo unit stay and would stay there again.
