Very friendly. Upgraded to bigger unit, but extra room not really needed.

Bathroom not that clean, cleaner seemed to have forgotten to finish their work!
Lots of smokers outside their rooms.

Great location. We loved the short stroll into the town. Convenient coffee van on the lake waterfront. Lovely welcome on reception, comfy as room. Highly recommended

Beautiful place. Not too close to town but also not too far. Lake across the road. Coffee caravan also across the road. Room stunning, spa amazing, Receptionist lady fantastic, really above and beyond

Good location and friendly helpful manager
Off street parking not great, lots of bird poo around, had to get the bed valance changed on arrival as it was dirty, there was no shampoo/conditioner in the dispenser and the dishes were not done as part of service

Being in downstairs with guests above was challenging as had small children running around to very late at night but host did respond to our concern

The owners we very friendly and knowledgeable and supportive
Windows in our unit were howling in the wind so we had to wedge some cardboard in them but still didn’t stop the draft coming in

Sink in the bathroom was VERY blocked. Was disgusting as it filled up every time we tried to use it

We stayed for 4 nights, they did not change our bed sheets even our towels ,they forgot to update the modification of our booking, but they own up to the mistake and pay for our last night in a different motel,
