Personal super freundlich und kundenorientiert, Appartements groß und geräumig, Lage zwar etwas außerhalb, aber Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß und Pkw zu erreichen, Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend, frischer O-Saft, toller Blick aufs Meer, 2 Pools, super sauber

l'amabilité du personnel du restaurant le soir, la situation en dehors de la ville avec vue sur mer
à l'arrivée, à l'entrée dans l'appartement, il ne correspondait pas à la réservation car c'était un studio et j'avais réservé un appartement une chambre. Après réclamation à la réception, nous avons dû changer le lendemain de logement pour avoir celui qui correspondait à la réservation. Mais pas d'excuse de la responsable, il a fallu réclamer une compensation pour la première nuit à prestation inférieure, après discussion nous avons obtenu un repas à emporter. Pas de buffet disponible comme indiqué et menu imposé pour le dîner. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, manque d'hygiène salle de bains.

Et svært hyggelig familiedrevet sted. God service, nydelig utsikt, god beliggenhet, stille og ca 5 min til Strand. Gode turmuligheter. Joggeløype. En fin spasertur, delvis langs sjøen til Chania by. Jeg håper å komme tilbake igjen.
Noen rom trenger oppgradering. Sengen noe hard.

Cannot rave about our stay here enough! Loved the two pools, loved the restaurant, our room was huge and clean, so low cost, we had plans for what to do during our stay in Chania but we ended up just staying around the pools here for two whole days because we just loved it so so much. Shoutout to the wonderful Anna who does the night shift at the bar every night, the bright and friendly receptionists and just how excellent our whole stay here was. We really were so sad to leave and we so hope we can come back one day.

Everything, we know it was coming to the end of the season, didn't mind at all.
Staff were so welcoming, cleaning lady was great just loved it. Also the food and beer was delicious.
Oh and the frappe the best, we won't forget this holiday.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with a nice big bed. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially with my baby. The grounds surrounding the property/ pool are kept really nicely too with the option of 2 pools and a great bar/ restaurant on site.
