The room size is sufficient for a single occupancy, but if you are 2 people, the room may seem small. cleaning is very good

To my opinion not compliant with 4* this is more 3* hotel (minimum of equipment) The coffee machine doesn’t work and no tea available

There is nothing to like about the hotel

The staff are very unwelcome , you will never hear hello or goodby when you are passing my reception. Especially bad attitude from the girl at the reception, the male receptionists are quite ok . Rooms are very small , with dirty lines all over the walls , totally not up to the value of the money . We had quite a few issues , for which no one could help , and we were faced by angry reception girl who would just explain why the issue happened , but no solution , like hot water missing in shower for a few hours , AC not working , dirty stain on the bed sheets . When I asked how can we take a shower , she said we can take shower with cold water . One day we came back to the hotel after a few hours away and the room door was open , I guess the cleaner just left it open after cleaning , and we had valuables inside . There is continuous noise , some mornings drilling in the walls , others the fire alarm . Totally not worth staying here.

There is very little to like apart from the location

We liked the room, cozy, clean, with balcony, and location in the heart of Nice close to the station if you want to visit Riviera by train, close to tram station and old town. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace at the rear of the hotel.
