My friend and I hosted a birthday party here and the space was amazing. The ping pong table was a hit and the kitchen/living area was spacious. If the weathers nice the size of the backyard could be utilized, however there’s a hot tub for the colder months!

I booked one night with some friends and family, this home absolutely beautiful with so many amenities! The check in process was easy and the hosts were great I definitely recommend this place to everyone for all ages.

The house was good for our stay - in a nice suburban neighborhood. Super comfy and lots of room. It was fully equipped with everything you’d need, especially if you were staying longer or traveling with kids/family. The hosts are obviously professionals who run a property rental business because they communicated all info, rules, fees, etc very clearly.

We had a great time staying at this property. We enjoyed the amenities and closeness to places like downtown McKinney. Everything was clean and the hot tub was awesome. Highly recommend.

This spot was perfect!! Linens were top notch! Totally stocked kitchen! Ping Pong and Pac Man provided tons of entertainment and the kitchen is perfect for hanging out and cooking! We loved our stay!!

House was very clean, had all that I needed to have a very comfortable stay while on business. Unfortunately had to leave early, would definitely recommend this property!

Just a few cosmetic issues with the property which were brought to the property managers attention, just because I didn't want my group to get the blame. Don't get me wrong very minor, I'm just picky! The property manager replied to my messages within minutes and was very apologetic. All in all for the location and price I would definitely stay there again!

We had an awesome time celebrating 🍾 my Mom's Birthday. The piano was a plus and we had a piano player in the house who serenaded my Mom. Everything is just as the pictures portray and Chase was amazing with communicating with me. I absolutely loved the space. Thank you sooooo much Chase for accommodating my family. You rock 🎸

This was an awesome home! I purchased this property for the weekend for my husband's birthday for a small gathering. Everyone truly enjoyed the home. Chase was great! Definitely would consider again.

The patio area is really cute and comfortable and all areas of the house are spacious. Neighborhood is quiet and a 30 minute drive to downtown. House has enough clean towels and their was shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. I enjoyed that they had a vinyl record player and a few records, thought that was awesome. Communication with owners was super good and easy and check in process also easy. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

I hosted a photoshoot with a couple of friends and everything turned out perfect. The house was in beautiful shape and the whole check in process was the easiest I’ve been apart of. 10/10 would recommend

The setup of the house is great for hosting, the flow of the kitchen and sitting area is great. The long counter is perfect for serving food and centering activity around. The garage with darts has a load of seating, but is hot so we didn't spend a ton of time out there. The game room is a fun bonus and the ping pong table folds up easily and leaves nice open floorspace for the air mattress. It's a very nice air mattress, comfortable! I love that all 3 beds were kings, it makes sharing a beds much more comfortable. The communication from Chase was easy and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. There were nice touches all through the house. The A/C worked really well. The backyard is lovely, the hot tub nice. It was a little warm for the hot tub for me, but a few of the ladies did utilize it for a while. It was a great experience, I would host here again! They have loads of extra pillows, a couple of really warm, big Sherpa blankets for the pull out couch and air mattress, some board games in the closet.

Really cool property with lots of games and activities for the whole family! Really enjoyed playing ping pong and darts! Owners were great and our stay was amazing!

I stayed with a group of 7 friends including myself, and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the many activities available, whether playing ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub, or hanging out in the garage throwing darts. The check-in/out was also very smooth and the house was very clean. It was a perfect setup for our trip and we will definitely stay again if able.
