We stayed for four nights with three small children, 2, 3, and 6 and my 82 year old in-laws and our adult children and me and my husband! The home is about 25 minutes to town and a few steep roads and turns but nothing too awful! Views are the best we ever had and can see downtown Gatlinburg in the distance! The electric fire place was perfect for relaxing at night on deck! Beds were surprisingly very comfortable! Kitchen stocked well! Kids loved game room and we set the hot tub temp to 92 and they had the most fun being in the hot tub as was like the size of a small pool for them! Great stay and no regrets!

The cabin was great! The views were amazing! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking it all in! There is so much space for everyone it worked out perfect for our family of 12! Would highly recommend this location!

We love celebrating our birthdays in the Gatlinburg area. This home was fantastic! Plenty to do just at the home itself. Us adults really enjoyed the game room. Plenty of board games and all tv’s are smart tvs. Two separate living areas is nice for being able to watch different stuff like football and movies. There is a huge swim spa but we never used it just because we would be out doing other stuff and by the time we got back we were all tired. November is a busy month for the area so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get where you’re going. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer period. The house is stocked great and plenty of towels were provided for our stay which was 4 nights. It was nice to have the free passes too for some of the local attractions. We went to Dollywood on Sunday and had a great time.

We had a blast in the arcade room. The swim spa was fun for me and my husband after the kid went to bed. We were able to watch the TN football game on Saturday with no problems. We never left the cabin. Grilled out both nights. We never seen any bears but read that they were in the yard the day before. The sunsets were magical from the deck!

My wife and I had a couple days and wanted to see the beautiful fall colors in Gatlinburg. What a beautiful invigorating experience we had. The view from the cabin at 805 Pine top is just stunning. We could not have been happier with all of the amenities and the customer service we received from the property management group Bear Tracts. We did have a few questions upon arrival, and even after hours they were more than happy to help us. I would recommend Pinetop Paradise to anybody. It is truly a stunning property.

Started for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was easy and smooth, the house was clean and as described. Lastly the staff was for helpful and quick to respond when needed. Highly recommended and I would stay here again. Seeing the sun set each evening is a sight that never gets old. And while you won't see the sun rise in the morning, you do get the benefit of having the rising sun illuminate the mountain scapes view which is amazing.

We stayed here with another family. 10 people all together. The place was beautiful and large and modern rustic. The kids enjoyed the game room, the pool table and swim tub. We were close to local attractions and grocery stores. The drive was up a mountain and takes some concentration because of the turns but if you take your time it will be fine. We were close to hiking trails and small stores. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy the Smokey mountains for the first time like we did. It was very nice not to be right inside the tourist part like Pigeon Forge but close enough to enjoy it. I would recommend this place to anyone for an amazing experience.

What a wonderful property full of charm and things to do. My only complaint is the cooking pans need replaced and the hot water is scolding!!! Watch yourself, we learned the hard way. We had a few bears walk up multiple times and the view from the deck was was amazing. The kids love the hot tub and the the game room. We will be back!!

Beautiful place to stay. Thirty minutes from town so be prepared to drive or stay at the cabin. Great for kids the loved the game room and swim spa. We grilled out and ate in the cabin.

We had a great weekend with friends at this beautiful property! The management response time was fairly quick when we had a plumbing issue. The arcade and spa pool was a hit with the kids in our group! The kitchen was well stocked. Overall great experience and worth the money!

This house was perfect for our family of 7. We had 4 young kids ages 6 & under and 3 adults and there was so much space for everyone. The game room was a hit. The drive up was a little intimidating at first but so worth the views. We also brought a small trailer with all our stuff and we’re happy to see this was one of the few driveways the trailer could actually fit in. Lots of space and pretty level/flat. The views were amazing and our favorite part of the house. Definitely recommend staying here

The nail biting climb to the top of the mountain is worth it for the views from both levels of the deck on this beautiful cabin! I would absolutely stay here again as would everyone in my group! One small suggestion would be to put some dimmer switches on the lights in the common areas as either it’s all on and bright or all off and dark. Dimmer switches would add that last touch.

Called management company and was told the owner changed his mind a week before we showed up and didn’t want to put up a tree. We didn’t get a call or any compensation for this. Had to buy a tree and decorations so our child could open his presents under a tree. We should be refunded the money we spent on the tree and decorations . When you pay 15k for a cabin that’s normally 3-4K the owner should make sure he does what he says he is going to do! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

We had a great time with the property that lived up to everything it was supposed to be!! Definitely will be using again!

We had 15 family members in the home for a full week and no one was ever bored!!!The beds were very comfortable. The furniture also comfortable. The game room is outstanding!! Only two things I would comment on negatively: 1) The "pay it forward" program on the propane tanks. Both tanks were empty when we arrived, the mgmt company quickly released the code for us to get two full bottles, so all was good. My complaint here is simply that for the amount of money I spent on this rental and the quality of the home, this policy is a bit cheap. Fine home, market price,,,, supply the propane and move on.... 2) the TV. There was no basic cable type packages in the home. Thanksgiving week football was something we planned to do but could not because there was no way to access any of the games with the packages on the TV's.

We stayed last year at Pine Top Paradise and everything was perfect again!! They kids love that game room!! Appreciate the extra cookware in the kitchen this year!! Thank you for a such an excellent property!!

The chalet was beautiful inside and the view was simply stunning. Every morning I sat on the deck in total peace and quiet watching the “smoke” rise off the mountains. We were visited several times during our stay by a black bear and her three cubs. Watching the cubs play in the yard was amazing. The chalet was also close to the arts and crafts community which made for a great day exploring. Access to all the attractions was a small but easy drive and we appreciated being so close to restaurants and a large grocery store. We would definitely book this rental again.

Enjoyed every minute! From the hot tub during the winter to the game room. Tons to do and not very far from all the attractions!

This property will NOT disappoint. The view was phenomenal and the house was immaculate. The hospitality of the hosts were beyond expectations. If I could recommend any cabin it would definitely be this one. Worth every penny and we will definitely be back.
