we were in town for a swim meet and enjoyed the room to stretch out and nap when not in the pool.

We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom quaint apartment on the second floor with a lovely window view of a cathedral. Apartment is nicely decorated with as advertised comfortable amenities. The location is as also ideal to all the city events. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

Perfect location, we were able to walk to the museum and restaurants . We loved the charm and it was very clean. There was a festival across the street in the park and we enjoyed the music while sitting on the deck too Great stay and will rebook next time we are in town

The location is close to a lot of entertainment, easy and safe to walk to food, drink and entertainment locations. The condo was very clean, the only obstacle for our stay was that we interpreted coffee maker as a coffee pot so we planned accordingly, but it is a Keurig. Fortunately there is a grocery store nearby, but this information would have been beneficial so we did not have to go purchase K cups.

This apartment is in a great spot to enjoy all that Indy has to offer. It's well appointed and offers free parking. Plenty of room in the living area to relax. It is very clean, including the bathrooms ( Thank you Housekeeping Team)! Great choice!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We needed a place to celebrate the holiday with my son that lives in Indy and this property was perfect! We had plenty of room for the six of us. Location was perfect! We would absolutely rent again.

Enjoyed this property very much. Parking spot just feet from door. Very private & quiet. Didn’t see another soul in the stairwell for 4 days! Found good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again! Host very responsive.

Owner is very responsive and helpful and open to texting. Easy walk or Uber ride to stadiums and restaurants in the heart of downtown. Would totally rent again if the I was assured the WiFi worked. Previous review showed WiFi didn’t work back in August and it still doesn’t. When using the provided TV (WiFi only subscriptions) or your personal devices everything cuts out for around 30-60 seconds about every 5-15 minutes causing you to have abort everything and sign in again. Pretty frustrating when trying to watch a game.

My out of town guests and I absolutely loved this property! It was spacious and we definitely felt at home over our long weekend. The host, Natalie, couldn’t have been quicker or clearer with her communication. She is awesome! The property is also in walking distance of so many great places to eat and explore. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area!!

We stayed Indy500 weekend. Property just as described - very clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and within walking distance to great restaurants and Starbucks. The communication was exceptional! We met our friends Saturday morning and asked if there was any way we could check in early. The property was rented the night before so it was doubtful. Right when we landed - we received an email saying the property was clean and ready to go at noon. There was also a nice bottle of wine waiting for us...water in the fridge...plenty of TP, paper towels, coffee, creamer... Thank you so much!

Natalie was great to work with and super responsive. She answered any questions for us! The building in itself is old (stairs up to unit) but what Natalie has done to the unit has made it so modern and cute and VERY clean. There was even makeup wipes, toothbrushes, ziploc bags , etc! Would definitely stay here again!!!! Great location too!

This light and spacious downtown apartment offers very comfortable accommodations. It is welcoming with personal touches that feel like you are visiting a friend, not just staying at an investment property. The beds are well appointed and comfortable; towels are big and soft; the kitchen is equipped for light cooking, though there are so many enticing restaurants nearby that one wonders why that is needed. Access is easy, on the edge of downtown and within comfortable walking distance of the hot new areas of the Bottleworks district and Michigan Avenue to the east and the Canal district to the west.
