Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home had everything we needed to feel like we were at our own home. The owner put a lot of thought and care into items available to use while staying here. We really enjoyed our time there.

Casa Theodore is an absolutely lovely home on a quiet street just a few miles from the historic center of Georgetown, TX. The house was perfectly appointed, clean, and so very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the late afternoons after our sightseeing adventures. Steve (host) was very friendly and helpful with dining ideas and things to do. Highly recommend - and we would definitely stay here again!!

The 3 bedroom house we stayed in in Georgetown, TX, Casa Theodore, was located in a very nice & quiet neighborhood pretty much near everywhere we wanted to be while we were there visiting family. The house was very clean & well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen & 2 separate dining areas. It has lots of board games available, 2 TVs, a nice front porch with 2 deck chairs, as well as a nice back porch seating area that will be great in warmer weather for sitting out on with a cup of coffee & an iPad in the early morning.while the rest of the house is still sleeping. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and Steve was a great host. We will not hesitate to book Casa Theodore again next year when we return to visit our family. Five Stars for sure!

Wonderful home in quiet, great neighborhood close to all amenities. Host was very helpful but didn't need any help at all, everything was there and in great condition.

Casa Theodore was a great place to stay. It was immaculate, comfortable, well-stocked with everything a traveller might need, and a great location that was quiet, convenient to downtown and I35, and very easy to find. Steve was a very gracious and responsive host who was present through each step of tbe process. We highly recommend his home and look forward to returning to Casa Theodore next time we are in the area.

Steve was the absolute host with the most!! So kind and welcoming, I feel like a met a new friend in Georgetown. He left such detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and the home was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, and the house was immaculate!! Everything you could want and more out of a stay! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Casa Theodore. The house was spacious and was had everything that we needed for our visit back to Texas. There was clearly a lot of thought into all the decor and amenities.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is kept clean and manicured. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The master bed and bedding were extra nice! This location is private yet convenient to everything in the Georgetown area.

Fantastic spot all around. The neighborhood was perfect, house was incredible, and Steve was very easy to get a hold of. House was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. When we come back, we will absolutely look at Casa De Theodore first.

Wanted to turn a golf day into a two day girlfriend trip. Rented this house not knowing the area and were very happy with this property. The owner communicated with me prior to our trip and was extremely accommodating. Great host! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. All of us would stay there again and look forward to our next visit.

Steve could not have been more accommodating!! All the needs in the home were well supplied. Plenty of linens, laundry facilities were great, extra hangars.... Easy to park and lovely back porch. Would stay again. He is very communicative and there for you immediately if there is any problem.

Home away from Home
Casa Theodore was beyond my expectations! It was so clean and decorated immaculately! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! I brought my pillows from home and didn’t even use them! Steve is an amazing host! So warm and friendly! He even encouraged me on my first ever airplane trip! I feel like I made a friend. 💜 I guarantee you that you will love Casa Theodore! We will definitely be back! Farewell Texas, back to Michigan we go!

Fabulous comfortable stay
Casa Theodore was just like being at home. Lowely, quiet private home. Tons of windows to let in that Txas sunshine. HVAC kept us comfortable. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Fully equiped kitchen.
The host, Steve, was super easy to reach and was extremely pleasant and prompt to respond.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place. He was responsive and easy to communicate with. . It’s perfect in every way that mattered to us. It’s very clean, comfortable, decorated well, and has tons of complimentary touches such as the well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too. The home is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. We’ll definitely book it again.

Great place to stay
We were in town for a friend's wedding. We stayed 4 nights at Casa Theodore (named after the owner's dog) and it couldn't have been better. The house is beautiful on the outside and passes the eyeball test when you drive up. Both the inside and outside seem very modern and new. The owner Steve has provided everything you could possible need to make your stay as easy and convenient as possible. My wife was a little trepidatious when I suggest we stay at a vrbo instead of a hotel. That went away as soon as we arrived and walked into Casa Theodore. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect for Family Visit
Casa Theodore was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Georgetown. The house is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay and were able to host several small family gatherings.

Nice little home while visiting family
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Theodore. It was the perfect size for us - a cute little ranch with no stairs and a fenced in backyard (both big pluses since we have a toddler). It was close to our family's houses and was the perfect location for us
