My wife and i have nothing but great things to say about the condo, the complex and the entire area..... 10 mins into historic area....... we really enjoyed ourselves.

I did enjoy our stay at this location. The condo was clean and had enough space for me and my families. I liked that the beach was just across the road and it had a number of restaurants right on the main that was really good. I will definitely stay there again.

This was my graduation trip that was made into a family vacation in St. Augustine. The unit and property were lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. We had the basics for everything we needed, in an perfect location. Just a short walk to the pool, beach, food, a few shops, and a quick store. We were not far from old St. Augustine for great shopping, history, and dining. We were like 3 mins from the Anastasia Baptist church where the graduation was being held. Good times were had and memories made. Pretty much a perfect spot! Thank you to the owner for being very responsive and for allowing us to stay.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It’s an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The pool is very nice, although a little small for the number of units in the complex. The only thing that could use some work is the bed in the main bedroom. The mattress sags in the middle, and the foot of the bed is a bit higher than the head. But it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

The property was beautiful and so was our room, however we were very disappointed that the pool closed from Tuesday through Saturday during our stay. My grandchildren were very disappointed since they enjoy the pool so much. They said it had black algae but I think it could have been done quicker. I doubt if we will come back due to this. The owner of our condo said the pool had closed down before so obviously they are not checking the chemical levels close enough.

Loved this place, exactly as described. Pool was so nice. Close proximity to shops and good food...you could easily walk to many. A few of our favorites... Crabby's, Island Donuts and Antonio's.Make sure to visit historical St Augustine. Our favorite place, hands down,Mantanzas Inlet, one of the most beaches that I have seen. Worth the short 20 minute drive. Thanks Tom for that recommendation...and for your hospitality.

This room is very spacious and has a great floor plan. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were chairs for the beach along with beach toys and towels ( we brought our own because we didn’t know ) It was extremely clean and comfortable. Lots of closet space and beautiful decor. If you have little kids the balcony has bars they can’t get through. Beds were comfortable. It is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in. The only downside is a walk to the beach or you can drive on the beach. We chose to drive so we could haul all our things down easily. Great place…Great family vacay👍

The location was great, in walking distance to restaurants and Rita’s. The size of the condo was great but it felt like everything was falling apart. The mattresses were all uncomfortable, no support, I could feel the springs and there is a low spot in the master bed. Pillows were all flat and have seen better days. The living room furniture is worn out, can feel the wood below the cushions. I was a little disappointed in the condo tbh. It has great potential but it fell short in many ways. The trash can was broken, the soap dispenser was broken, the master shower door was hard to open and close. If the mattresses and the couches and the few little things were addressed this would be a great place. You can barely see the ocean from the balcony.

Couldn't have been happier with this stay. Excellent location, beautiful property, accessible for my handicapped family members and very clean and cozy. Would 100% recommend.

Everyone in our party loved this property and location. We were close to everything: beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the farmers market across the street—super sweet fruits and fresh vegetables and baked goods. Easy 12 minute drive into downtown historical St. Augustine. We will be back!

It’s an amazing rental. Clean, centrally located. I could not recommend it enough. I would stay here again.

Just finished our second visit to this property and will definitely return next time we are down in FL. Pool area is nice, quick walk to the beach, great nearby restaurants. Place is clean and spacious. Owner is very responsive.

I almost hate to write how much we enjoyed this place because it will never be available again! We loved the place and the location! It was ready for us immediately after the hurricane blew through. The place is very warm and welcoming and had everything that we needed.

We got run out 3 days early by hurricane Ian. The time we spent was fun and the owner was more than helpful. Communication always followed with quick, helpful replies. Beautiful condo; highly recommended.

I thank Tom and his spouse for a wonderful stay in his property. He was always available to address any issue. The apartment was very clean and stylish and the location was very conducive. Special thanks for the guidance on the local restaurants and sightseeing.

Wonderful vacation with everything our family needed. Tom was easy to contact and quickly answered any questions we had. Property was clean, nicely furnished and in an excellent location just across the street from the beach, within walking distance of several resturants and only about 10min from downtown. Our week at the beach couldn’t have been better. The condo was beautiful and more spacious than I expected. The location was amazing and the balcony was super peaceful. It was also very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of seven. We had so much fun and would gladly stay again next time we come to the area!

The condo was beautiful, clean, well equipped with with everything you would need for your stay. However, I would suggest you bring more towels and laundry detergent. That was my only negative I incurred, we had to wash towels and wash clothes after every shower because there is only like 8 there. My family doesn’t hang towels like most and reuse. I did a load of laundry a day of towels, but that still did not affect my stay or opinion of my stay. The owners are amazing with communicating with their guest. The complex is beautiful, it’s well kept, the pool was warm and clean. The whole town is simply amazing. Some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered while traveling. I have already reached out to the owners to see if I can book again. I look forward to staying again. Book this one you will not be disappointed!!

Entire property was pristinely clean inside and out. Pool was excellent. Ocean and pier were across the street. Balcony overlooked the pool and pond ... always peaceful with the sound of the fountain in the middle of the pond. Owner was quick to respond to my questions. You won't regret renting this condo!

I spent the week here with my daughter, boyfriend, and his mother. The place was very clean, and decorated beautifully. Pool was very nice, beach and restaurants a very short walk. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
