Wonderful location, beautiful views, quiet beach and very convenient to walk up the boardwalk to a variety of eating/drinking establishments. As long as you aren't looking for a big surf area, this place is perfection.

If you’re looking for an upscale, cozy condo right on a beautiful stretch of one of Biloxi’s beaches, it’d be hard to beat this place. A top (10th) floor unit that looks out right over the beach with amazing views of the Gulf, makes this rental property a beach vacation dream spot. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in perfect working order. Well appointed with everything you might need …especially in the kitchen, the property management was well organized, very responsive, and threw in some nice hospitality/welcome touches like a complimentary bottle of wine for our arrival. My Wife and I will def be coming back to this unit next time we’re Biloxi beach bound !

Great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Host was very knowledgeable about the area and responded immediately to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This was a great location right on the beach. We used it as a base to explore the Gulf from Gulf Port to Pensacola you in February. Had what we needed, beds were comfortable (we used both. ) Appreciated many details. Kitchen floor was not clean and metal faces of appliances had or were falling off and we had to tape up. The fitness center was a bonus, but the pool was not heated in February, the Gulf was warmer, swam with the dolphins and manatees ( most folk wouldn’t.) We’d stay there again. Just know what you are in for after the summer season.

Juli was an amazing host. She communicated with me very clearly prior to our stay to make sure my needs were met. The condo is in a perfect location right on the beach. Juli provides several complimentary extras that is above and beyond the normal hosting. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The stay was great. The only complaint I have is the guest shower water is off, could not get a regular warm water, either cold or hot, but other than that the place was great

Unit was great, but pools both closed for deck renovations

To be fair the 1 pool was open but deck paint was not installed properly and was so slippery there were multiple falls our 1st day

Very much enjoyed the stay at this lovely property. The location was perfect for our needs. The condo unit itself has a nice view of the bed and a lovely veranda to sit on while enjoying our morning coffee. The master bedroom does catch the evening sun in the spring and that can heat the room up quite quickly if you keep the curtains open. The development itself is a little old and was undergoing some needed renovations while we were there, but this will undoubtedly only enhance the experience of future guests.

The condo was beautiful, and it was in a great location. The owners responded quickly to questions, and they added special touches to welcome us to the condo. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay at a beachfront property in Biloxi.

What a wonderful week! The house was perfect for what we needed it for and what a view!!! A couple of maintenance issues but they were solved quickly. I was disappointed that housekeeping showed up 20 min early on the last day…10am is already an early checkout. Overall I would stay again!

This is a great place to stay! The hosts are great. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Nice having all the extra touches they do! Loved the wine for our 50th wedding anniversary and also cake and candy.

First off, it is the only condo building in the Biloxi area that is located directly on the beach. Upon driving up the building seemed a little older but very well kept up. We took the elevator up to the Top floor and wow we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and up-to-date this unit was. My wife and I were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and a welcoming note. They had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. They even had some beach chairs and extra beach towels to use which made it very nice. This place was great. Also very close to everything. We went into Ocean Springs for dinner the first night then over to the Casinos the next and had a full day at the beach on Saturday. Overall a great place to stay. My wife and i will be looking to book this unit again.

Huge space with a breath taking view
We really enjoyed our stay. A very clean, large condo. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the Gulf Coast. The location was very quiet in the building and it was quiet on the beach. We would highly recommend staying.

A great place
The stay was incredible. The host had so many little touches and made it feel like you were more than welcome. They checked on us (email) while we were there and we felt like if we needed anything all we would have to do is ask. The condo was more than just comfortable, it was well equipped and we felt like we had never left home. These people are not just "hosts", they seem like old friends.

Beach getaway
This was a fantastic long weekend and we really enjoyed spending time at the beach and pool! The condo was very clean and so convenient to restaurants and shops and access to the beach. The unit was stocked with everything we needed! It worked perfect for our family!

Anniversary Trip
The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that we wished we could have stayed longer! Hands down the best place to stay in Biloxi. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and the most breathtaking view. We will be back! Thanks Juli & Tom.

Great condo on the beach for relaxing while visiting your family at Keesler AFB
Great condo on the beach for relaxing while visiting your family at Keesler AFB ! Juli and Tom were attentive from the very beginning. From opening the schedule so we could add on an extra day, to the wonderful bottle of wine that awaited us after a long day of travel. Everything was just perfect. It was a great place to take our Airman so we could cook him homecooked meals, he could relax for the day and close enough he didn't have to rush to make it back to base at night. The beach was clean and quiet. Was within walking distance to the best places to eat. Juli checked in on us several times with helpful tips and to make sure we weren't having any issues. We have already recommended them to friends and family. Great getaway with all the amenities of home.

Perfect experience and location
First off the hosts are very nice, friendly, and most accommodating! the unit is top floor overlooking the ocean and right on the beach. The sand is beautiful here and we had a great time. Location is perfect for restaurants and outdoor activities. Would definitely stay again next time in biloxi! Thanks Juli and Tom for sharing your space in Seabreeze!

Beautiful Beach Condo
We had an awesome 5 day stay in Biloxi at Juli & Tom's condo. The condo is gorgeous with a wonderful view of the Gulf. We walked the boardwalk daily which starts right by the building. Grab a couple beach chairs ( provided by the host), bring your favorite cocktail, and walk right to the beach; so convenient! I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again.
