Due to some reason at the reception I was given a room in the paired hotel Belle Arti (which was totally fine with me) so I'll write a few words about breakfast because it is the same for the both hotels. Breakfast is various, there are many pastries and hot food - good choice. The staff at the reception and the breakfast staff is friendly and welcoming. Also they have a very cute small garden.

You may have to wait in the queue to have a breakfast due to a few sitting places inside (maybe it is not always like that and I just was there in the high season)

Great size room. Amazing breakfast included at the hotel across the street. Decent location. Daily room servicing. Accommodated a last minute same day booking - at a reasonable price.

We were unable to leave the windows open due to there being lots of mosquitos. Unfortunately bugs were found squashed around the walls and ceiling of the room, presumedly from previous guests. Very very dated decor but still a comfortable stay. Very poor wifi connection, majority of the time it wouldn’t connect at all in our room.

Hotel combined with another main-hotel. This hotel is empty and more neglected with old furniture. And when I booked number of room I asked give non-red room. But my request was ignored

the bed sheets were dirty with big spots on them... there was no way to contact the hotel about it at night without going to other side of the street

Wifi not working every evening.

The hotel is very nice and in a nice location!! The breakfast was very good and the staff eager to help you!! Also both the receptionists were really helpful!! It will definitely be my pick if a go back to Venice!

The new room was super comfy and warm. Also the staff, specifically Veronica, were very profissional and helped us as best as she could when we needed.

First night we were allocated in a room that heating was not working, bidet was leaking non-stop and blanket was heavy and dirty, we didn't have one queen bed, but two beds together. We couldn't sleep at all, since it was winter. Also, room was all in carpet, which didn't help with our allergies.

Good breakfast- better then in most hotels in Italy. quiet and very nice room in the 3 star standard in the middle of Venice. Strongly recommended.
