The host was very kind, helpful and patient, providing a fast response and help whenever it was needed. Check-in was easy and all necessary information about the house and the stay were provided before arrival by the host which was very helpful to plan activities in advance. The appartment is very well connected to the city center and TUe, it is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, away from city crowds. The basic services are all closeby, maximum 10 minutes walk, supermarket basically next to the house, pharmacy and bus stops. Also very convenient location to visit the nearby village Neunen which has historical and artistic values, enjoy a peaceful walk or some great places with local organic food.

Everything was good. The room was comfortable. The kitchen had the necessary accessories.

The only problem in the master bedroom was the heating facility. I read the manual provided by the host which says don't put anything (e.g. towels etc.) over the heater and turn the knob to increase the heating. I followed this and turned the knob to the maximum 21 degrees centigrade but still the room was cold at night even with the blankets on.

There is to cold , and is small all the hous , and so dirty I stay only one night because I give up , it was too cold when I was in the bedroom the bad linen it was smelling, but really too cold all the hous.

I rented the room for my daughter. Her feedback was that Henry was a great host - very responsive and caring. She really loved the place. The room was spacious and comfortable, the whole place clean, the wifi - very good. The location of the house is top - just few minutes walk to a big supermarket and a bus stop. The neighbourhood is very quiet and green. Would definitely choose it again.

Strongly not recommend! The flat was dirty and in the description are wrong infos …. please read to the end. We made contact with the host. He seems friendly and helpful but underneath very insulting and not honest. First he replied it`s not a Hotel it`s a privat house. After we sent fotos he offered to refund the rest of our booked days. Then he demanded a positive valuation with 8-10 points otherwise we wouldn`t get our money back. The communication got worse over 3 months, always a new excuse. Instead of keeping his promise he told us: we shouldn`t bother him with such small things. Why we didn't feel comfortably: the kitchen was dirty especially the pots and pans, the built-in wardrobe also partly full of rubbish, the garden grill lay together with broken jalousies unusable in the garden. A special dining area did not exist. The dining table and PC table are the same: two seats next to each other with a view of 2 monitors, microwave, kettle. incorrect fotos on booking.com. From this experience I would doubt all valuations of 8 to 10 points.

Was really quiet. Jumbo is really close.
