The property is quite roomy with a great location to many attractions in Santa Monica.
Common walls with adjacent unit and unit above allowed for a bit of sound from neighbors but nothing distracting.
Communication by the host was Excellent. We hope to be able to return to this location.

This was our first VRBO rental. We enjoyed being able to cook together at this property. The kitchen has almost everything needed. A few suggestions for the kitchen: a knife sharpener, blender and mixer. The check-out time of 10 am was earlier than I’ve experienced anywhere else.

2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here for 4 nights as we came to town to visit our daughter who lived about 10 mins away in Sawtelle.
The townhome was conveniently located to the pier/beach and nearby restaurants.
We also visited Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Griffith Observatory at sunset, played pickleball, and walked 2 beaches.
The location was perfect and communication with the host was timely. We would recommend staying here!

Stayed here almost a month, the owners were very kind and accommodating. Property is spacious and quiet. Excellent location, blocks to Erewhon, Teafer Joe’s, Whole Foods, walk to Montana Ave with the cute shops. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

This townhouse was beautifully presented and the rooms were huge! The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet but so handy for all of the nearby attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. Safe location that’s a very short waking distance to stores. The place is incredibly clean and has the essentials you need. Only challenge for us was the stairs are right by the living space and there is an elevation change between the living space and dining room so we had to keep a close eye on our 1 year old daughter.

We stayed here with friends who were in an adjacent unit also owned by our host. KK was a delightful host who even checked in after our first night to make sure our accommodations were satisfactorily meeting our needs. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and everything we needed such as restaurants and grocery stores were just a short walk away. I highly recommend this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! 'Loved the high ceilings, sturdy feel, cleanliness, and quiet. 3 bathrooms! The neighborhood is great and reasonably close to the beach, especially with bikes and scooters. Beverly Hills and UCLA are a few miles away.

What a wonderful California vacation! My husband, son and girlfriend stay at this perfect "home away from home" with all the essentials. The pictures perfectly depict the apartment. So nice to have a parking spot and be in a quiet upscale neighborhood. We visited so many places in L.A. with only a 20-30 minute drive_ Malibu, Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, Dodgers Stadium, Whisky GoGo, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive- all in 5 days! We walked to restaurants: Fia- Italian, Sushi and shopped at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. You can't go wrong with this VRBO. Moreover, KK was a lovely hostess that answered our questions and made sure we felt at home.

Beautiful house inside and out
We were in town for a family event in Santa Monica. We found the owner to be proactive and kind. Just as advertised, it is beautiful. The interior is clean and beautifully decorated, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms all function very well. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely located walking distance from restaurants.

Wedding Weekend Stay
My family and I LOVED staying at KK's place for my wedding weekend! I was so grateful to have such a clean, beautiful space in which to prepare for our rehearsal dinner and wedding and to relax afterwards. The location was fantastic with lots of stores in walking distance, and the lighting in the house was gorgeous. KK's communication was thorough and kind the entire time. I hope to stay again! We love the property and the location. The only thing I was disappointed was the washer & dryer which were located outside the apt. It costs $1.50 for each wash and $1.25 for drying. But overall, if you don't have to do laundry, this is the place you want to be. Short walk to restaurants and only 1.3 miles to Santa Monica beach.
