Déjeuner trop cher pour un soit 4 étoiles. Sur le site booking il était noté 10h30 fin du déjeuner mais à 10 h il nous disait que c'est fini. Toute petite salle pour proposer un sout disant buffet!!! La femme de ménage à changé une serviette et à laissé une serviette sale. Desxraches noir dans la baignoire et le pommo de douche fuyê. La salle se sport une erysie!!!!. Déçu et déçu. Et pour finir lz serveur très désagréable, il nous poussait à commander, j'ai demandé jn instant, du coup il ne nous a plus servie, c'est une jeune femme qui s'est occupé de nous honteux et pas professionnel !!!

The room was amazing we had a junior suite. The pressure of the shower was incredible, the bed was super comfy and it was very clean indeed.

The Jacuzzi had stale water inside the jets so when we switched it on it was very smelly and debris coming out of the jets. This was reported on leaving and we were told we would get a discount on next stay. The Breakfast was the worst we have had in a hotel. It had little choice, the tiniest triangles of cheese ever seen, the scrambled egg was cold and coffee awful. It was stuffy inside but we were not permitted to take the breakfast out to the garden. The Spa was closed for cleaning and this is occurs every Monday but we were not prewarned of this so we couldn't use it having arrived early hours of Monday morning. Reception said we can have 2 hours on our next stay in the Spa. The garden area was also being cleaned so we couldn't sit out in that either as soaking wet, although it is a very pleasant looking garden. So we paid highly for just a sleep as we ate very little and couldn't use the facilities.
