- Convenience shop was perfect!
- Nice to offer a shower at the pool facility for those catching a flight. Would be great if the time extended to 20:00 for that feature.

- The beds were like concrete!!!
- The pillows are even worse... hard as a rock and very very thick!! I had to ask for a child's pillow and even that was barely bearable.
- Because of the discomfort of the sleeping arrangement I'd say it was NOT value for money and was very much overcharged. If this was changed and I actually had a good sleep for the week I was there I would have felt relaxed and recharged after my stay. Was a shame this was not the case and I left with a stiff neck and minimal sleep. Tired and moody from bad sleep is not the vibe you want on your vacation.
The shower curtain is annoying and the shower being so tiny meant it sticks to you while you shower

- Annoying that you have to pay to have your bags locked (2 EUR) every time you open it. I thought it was 2EUR for the day which was fine, but when I opened it to put something in I realised it was each time which is unnecessary
- The breakfast was OK. No Greek yogurt though? Fruit selection could have been wider.
- Tiny lift for the entire hotel. Not easy when you're on the 6th floor with bags.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay again given the overall experience, and it wasn't cheap compared to other hotels in the area. I would have expected to pay about 300EUR less for the stay.

Very noisy location, we could not sleep at all so we asked the staff to change the room. They were very kind and gave us another room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied, there were Greek dishes and different yummy local cakes too. The cleaning lady who worked on the 6th floor was very nice and tactful. The proximity to the old town makes this hotel a great choice. We made big walks in the city (and some bus trips from the nearby bus stop to Butterfly-valley, Lindos, etc.)
In the party district between the hotel and the sea the music played at a high volume every night until 4 am - it didn't bother us in particular, but it's worth considering for those who like a quieter holiday.
There was only one power outlet in the room, which made a bit difficult to charge our electronic devices.

A bit old building with outdated furniture but at great location. The breakfast was nice and the pool is a huge advantage after a long walk in the city, it's a pity it's open until 6pm.
First night we couldn't sleep because of the music from the nearby bar. Luckily the staff understood our concers and they gave another room where we could finally rest. Big respect for their effort.

Excellent response and solution to any problem that came up from the personnel.
They upgraded my room when I asked for straight away.
Everyone was very welcoming and polite. Very good breakfast.
Overall good experience, I would definitely rebook.
In my first room there was only one plug but when I mentioned it they gave me a multi plug to cover my needs.

We asked on the first day if the shower head could be fixed as we had to hold it and we were told the next day it would but it was never attended to.

Great location and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend. There was also bus station right in front of the hotel which made transportation from the airport very comfortable.

Lovely pool area and the most friendly staff ever! Super clean and spacious rooms with a nice view of the ocean where the sun sets!
Close to loads of restaurants shops etc. Fresh pancakes at breakfast!!!! Just perfect for what we needed and value for money!
