Flawless. During my trip, I stayed in one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Karim's apartment has everything, including cooking utensils, spices, sugar and coffee, as well as cleaning supplies, shower gel and shampoo and many other things! His hospitality is the best in the business. The experience of staying at his place is very similar to that of staying with your own family. When I was having trouble finding a cold drink due to the hot weather, even his mother, who was staying two floors above us, gave me several cans of cold drink for when I needed it. Without a doubt, I'll be coming back here again.

The apartment is snug with 2 people but it is fine, there is a lot of cupboard space.. the small terrace and view are a bonus too..

The property was just as described and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was bigger than expected and lovely soft towels provided. The bed was also comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space.Nice touches such as tea and coffee provided, even a nice cold beer in the fridge!

Incredible hospitality with a perfect view from the balcony. Close to the center and ideal for anyone taking the bus/train in to town! Karim and his mom took care of me and my doggo like their own!

The view is excellent, and the building is literally just a few steps away from Gare du Nord: with line 3 or 4 you are in city center in no time. The host is very friendly and accomodating. The other residents of the building (that I encountered) were all friendly as well. Compared to prices (and price/quality!) of places in the rest of Brussels, this is really a fair price too. The apartment was also clean and neat.

There are really no downsides that one could blame the host for, and I think the price I paid fairly reflects the only drawbacks: The apartment is really very small, and the furnishing is old. The region around Gare du Nord is not very nice, and at night even a bit hostile. But again: there is nothing that the host could do about this.

nice location. right in fromt of Bruxells Nord. building looks old from outside but the flat is nice and clean Host Karim is amazing and I felt he loves hosting guests. as he was in touch with me a day before my journey guiding me to his property and made sure he was available for us if we ran into problems

I loved the location, it's just outside of a metro and train station and not far from the city center. Also Karim the host is honestly one of the nicest people I ever met. So welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed and provided lots of recommendations for our stay. Also everything was really comfortable. It also has a great kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking.

It's a bit old fashioned and simple, but it was great for us either way.

Karim is a great host and has done everything to make sure that we have a pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean apartment of a good size. Cheap parking on the street via e-tickets arranged by Karim. Secure bike storage in the building. Close to the city centre. Big balcony with a great view. Big television with lots of channels from many countries. All in all, a superb stay. We will surely stay here when we are in Brussels again.

The bathroom was very nice. Very spacy, lots of light. Location is quite well. Very close to gare du nord (less than 5 minutes Walking time)

Excellent apartment, clean and cosy, with a beautiful city sight. Close to the Brussels Noord train station and 15 minutes on foot to the city center. Karim, the host, was kind and very helpful. He fulfilled all our inquires, gave us early check-in from 10 am, and even fixed the TV abonnement within minutes after we contacted him. We had a great time!
