The room was spacious and beautiful interior, linen was top quality and bed very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Excellent location.
The shower head was too close to the wall and in the bath. Water running everywhere.

Coffee makers in rooms need to be replaced-I asked 3 staff to show me how to use them and still ended up with hot water instead of coffee!

Just FYI, breakfast is not "all included". You have everything you need but they charge extra if you want them to prepare an omelet or wish to drink champagne etc which is not typical for hotels in this price range.

Stellar service by the very friendly staff despite a large electricity blackout caused by underground metro works causing quite the stress
Unfortunately and independent of the hotel, an electricity cut occurred for several hours, meaning that lifts and electric sockets did not work.

Was offered an upgrade to Suite. The room was sublime. The Veranda restaurant has a very good dinner menu as well the breakfast.

The room was very spacious, very comfortable bed, excellent large bathroom with bath and separate shower and closet space too. Fantastic spa and gym, exceptional breakfast and dining facilities, and bar. Beautiful interiors and amazing view - water view from our room. Highly recommended and situated perfectly in Stockholm for exploring the city. Staff was exceptional and highly efficient and kind.

1. When we arrived the room was for 2 and we had a Booking reservation for 3 (written confirmation). The lady at the front desk asked for a extra payment (for the same room). I refused. They then proposed a larger room for an extra price. No comment !

Location great as you would expect. Breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly and helpful as always. Best Irish Coffee ever tasted in the hotel bar.

Lovely building ; Great location; friendly staff
Told them it was a 25th anniversary celebration and felt we could have at least been given a complimentary celebratory drink at the bar - just a small touch . Otherwise a lovely stay
