I write very few comments but this one is really worth a compliment. Everything is just perfect with the a low-key luxury design in both public space and room decoration. The staffs provide a meticulous and high quality service in every aspect. I definitely recommend Bank Hotel for a stay in the center of Stockholm. It can make you fall in love with a city because of a hotel.

Great location and top facilities with a very friendly but still professional reception desk.

No window hotel rooms are a no - no. This time however it was compensated as the room was of good size and comfortable.

The property is well maintained, and the staffs were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was good with the main dishes made to order, they had various healthy juices too. The location was great. Enjoyed my stay there!

Första kvällen fick vi sängen avbäddad och en shot vilket kändes lyxigt. Andra och tredje kvällen var det inget sånt vilket kändes snopet. Duschprodukterna kändes olyxiga.

The light from the air-control control unit was very bright (at night). Also, I think you should provide “free” water consistently and generously (even if you have to charge for it indirectly).

Very nice staff, beautiful Restaurant, nice bar on the ground floor. The rooftoop bar was quite noisy and bustling. Very good and healthy breakfast.

We enjoined everything: breakfast is rich, location in the heart of the city and the room very comfy and clean.

Breakfast offered one of the best selections anywhere. Hotel has understated elegance.

A/C was minimal and ineffective. Club on street below was loud until the wee hours.
