Great location! apartment walks are very thin, and there are no windows in the bedrooms for ventilation.

Great location and that’s it…We stayed in a Mitten property clean on the surface but the vents were filthy. Bathroom and shower fixtures were corroded and carpet was dirty in the bedrooms (despite vacuuming). Lots of patching on ceiling and a water damage spot on the floor. Unit 366 needs a remodel to get rid of bedroom carpet and replace bathroom fixtures. I am supposed to receive a cleaning fee refund but have not seen it yet. Check in was terrible. Keys weren’t in key Cafe and when we received did not work due to low battery.

The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby, super clean area and fun atmosphere.
The actual unit was a bit tired especially compared to the rental pictures. The couch and bath towels are very worn and the unit could use a deep clean ( cobwebs and paint touch up). There was not enough seating for four comfortably because there was not a second chair our a dinette set, luckily we were out exploring most of the time.
The city was very easy to get around and we loved having a home base that was so convenient.

Great property, the location was good but kind of hard to navigate with Uber Drivers. Once we figured that out it was smooth sailing! The property manager was very helpful!

We stayed at the apartment to go to a couple of Indiana Pacers games. The location was incredibly convenient, about a block from the arena. The apartment was large enough for 4 adults to stay comfortably. The few questions we had were addressed immediately. The hosts were very easy to work with.

Property was as represented. Clean. Nice amenities. Our unit was close to parking garage which was nice. Complex is very close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, so catching a Pacers game was super convenient. Check-in process is thoughtfully designed, but someone failed to have the keys ready at the KeyCafe, so check-in was a little clunky, but they addressed it fairly quickly with a text and call. I would stay here again.

Nice location and nice apt for short stay. Finding the key cafe wasn't easy and when I called, he couldn't give me directions. He did call back and stayed on the phone until I got into the apt which was nice. If we had stayed longer, it would have been frustrating that we couldn't go in and out of garage, but with short trip...it worked out fine bc everything was in walking distance. The 2nd night, it was obvious how thin the walls were because of a loud party in a nearby apt, but it didnt seem to last too late. Overall nice location and good price for short stay.

Excellent room. Parking was great, close to room. Had a small hiccup on check in (couldn't find the text with the code for the keycafe) But even @ 1am was able to get in touch with staff and text resent. Would a stay again for sure.
P.S. Keep ALL text handy, you will need to refer back.

The property is well-maintained and super comfortable. Our apartment had all of the things we needed to feel at home. I would highly recommend.

Very nice, safe, great access to downtown, clean, quiet. There is a CVS right across the street and a Whole Foods grocery store is a 14 minute walk, coffee shop 10 minute walk, restaurants close. I loved that free parking comes along with the rental. There are two fitness centers you can use with good equipment. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was better than expected. The only issue was with the key cafe used to pick up the keys. The little door didn't open after i entered the code. It took a while to get a response but the key cafe help chat was able to reset the code. Property management didnt respond unil after we were in the building. It was about midnight so we understand their delay, but it was frustrating not to be able to get in.

This apartment was dirty and it SMELLED HORRIBLE!!! Cob webs in the corners, dirty walls.
Overall location was great. But for the kind of money that we paid for it to smell and be dirty, just does not okay.

We were in town for a swim meet at IUPUI. This was a great place to stay. Close to venue and lots of food. Apartment was nice and we had plenty of room. Definitely would stay here again! Check in and check out were smooth.

Was a wonderful apartment. Extra parking would be helpful, public parking is VERY expensive. An extra door fob would be nice too.

Location was great. We could walk to so many things right downtown.
Communication with property manager was quick. We had a little trouble booking the virtual sports room on the weekend, but was able to book it for Monday.
Thought there would be more of a table for eating, but it was more of a desk.
Check-in had very good instructions. We had no problems with getting in or checking out. Overall, was a good place to stay for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had a little trouble locating the lock box for the keys but our apartment was nice and clean an quiet.

Nice apartment and was a great option for a long work week with the family. Was more than I expected as far as being pet friendly and the cleaning crew I was able to chat with on the day we left and they were the coolest, super nice and so cool to talk to. I'd probably go back again just because of how cool they were.

Had an overall great experience in Indy and this apartment was a huge part of that. Beds were super comfortable and every thing you needed was available to you.

We had a great stay!! The apartment was clean, it was a fantastic location, check in was a breeze and we felt very safe! It was also nice we were able to bring our dog! Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

The property was great, but the check-in process is tedious and confusing. The emailed directions were helpful but the kiosk itself and the app were slightly different than described, which became confusing. The check-out time was also inconvenient compared to other available properties, and the neighbors were obnoxiously loud after 10pm. Overall it was a good stay although we weren’t in the room a much other than for bed time.
