Нам понравилось абсолютно все. Выбрали апартаменты вместо отеля с питанием по туру. В итоге прилично сэкономили и не зависели от графика приема пищи и повторяемости блюд. Завтракали всегда на Вилле, обедали на пляже или в ресторанах, ужинали иногда дома, иногда в ресторане. В апартаментах сделан ремонт, есть все необходимое в плане быта (электрическая плита, микроволновка, стиральная и посудомоечная машина, фен, утюг, чайник и т.д.) Предусмотрено, кажется, абсолютно все. Нам пригодился только взятый с собой штопор. Были в наличии средство для мытья посуды, стиральный порошок и гель для посудомойки, средства личной гигиены. Есть кондиционер (нам не понадобился) и даже радиаторы для особо теплолюбивых. Снимали видео, как мы идем от Виллы до моря на пляж Фарша. Оно заняло 6 с небольшим минут. Сам район, в котором находится Вилла, безопасный и комфортный для проживания. Вообще в районе Хадаба все есть - хорошие магазины, рестораны и кафе и само собой пляжи с отличным рифом. Рекомендуем пляж Фарша (вход 100 фунтов) и Эль Фанар (вход 150 фунтов). Фарша - атмосферный с отличным обслуживанием, напитками и едой. На Эль Фанаре все попроще, но тоже отличные кафе с демократичными ценами. Отличный пирс для входа в вода сразу, где большой риф стеной уходит в глубину. Очень удобно заниматься снорклингом. С пляжа Фарша это тоже возможно, можно оплыть риф, проплыть над ним или пройти по берегу немного до пирса и уже там отправиться смотреть кораллы и рыбок. Еще крутость Фарша в том, что там хороший заход и можно иногда просто поплавать в кайф и без маски с ластами. Отдельных слов заслуживают хозяева Виллы D60 - интеллигентные Хишам и Лан. Прекрасная пара с отличным знанием английского языка. Они живут на первом этаже, апартаменты находятся на втором. Дважды приходили к ним в гости, смотреть футбол, пить чай со сладостями, финиками и манго. Особенно положительно контрастно общение с ними выглядело на фоне приставучих таксистов, продавцов и пр. Прямо интеллектуальный заряд для мозга!

Даже не знаю, что можно тут написать - нужно придираться) Возможно, кому-то не понравятся кошки и собаки, живущие у хозяев, но мы были в восторге от них. Однажды из крана утром пошла желтая вода, видимо, был какой-то централизованный сбой во всем районе. Но мы пропустили воду во всех системах (2-3 мин.) и все стало отлично. Мы бронировали через букинг с финской карты, но деньги с нее не сняли, платили в наличных долларах на месте. Хозяева, увидев, что мы не рассчитывали сразу отдавать столько денег, разрешили не платить депозит в 260 долларов, который берется на случай порчи имущества и пр. и возвращается при выселении. Так что им и тут спасибо! Написал это, чтобы те, кто едут, имели в виду, что деньги могут быть не списаны с карты и вам придется их оплатить наличными.

Private territory, nice and thoughtfull design, quality of the furniture and facilities, air conditioning in every room, high ceilings, mirror windows, anti-mosquito nets, etc... Besides, 1 minute walking from the beach and restaurant area, including Farsha, and a really usefull guidance from the owner about places to visit.

City itself could be better in terms of cleanliness and the convenience of walking with a baby stroller. Nothing to say about apartment, it was perfect!

Probably the best place ever visited! Great accomodation with perfect location (by foot Farsha beach 5 min, Fanaar beach with beautiful reef 25 min, restaurants and shops 10 min), nice and hospitable landlord, all necessary staff provided and of good quality.

I was a victim of "3 HARASSEMENTS from Mrs. Elkhatib the wife of Mr. Elkhatib the landlord of Villa 60D (I was residing in a rental unit in Villa 60D (Dec 23 - Dec 30, 2022)), and this is all because I left an outdoor light on (morning of the 25th) for only 2 hours (she even sent me the proof as an image highlighting the light by a red circle so that she can prove the crime that I did), I didn’t see the light when I left the unit that day by error by mistake and I did my sincere apologies with a very respectful & polite manner. But after receiving other HARASSEMENTS and offences of course after this bad treatment I decided to leave in advance even though my checkout date was firm not flexible, it was on Dec 30, 2022 & the total amount of my the stay period was paid (She took all the payments and the proofs that she needed but SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CONTRACT, she said that her husband will sign it and she will give me a copy, but she didn't until that I requested from her after 5 days, when I wanted to leave, proof of high level of professionalism) but I requested that I will be refunded for the rest of the period that I will not stay in the unit (to tell you the truth getting refunded of 3,110LE it is nothing for me absolutely nothing but it is just that they don’t deserve it for the BAD TREATMENT and for the UNPROFESSIONALISM and the BAD BEHAVOUR) . She agreed that I will be refunded but good morning the aggressive and the savage behaviour from Mrs. Elkhatib and the new offences at the point that I told her to not talk to me at all and I will talk only with her husband, the landlord of Villa 60D Mr. Elkhatib. I don’t know why she changed her mind and she called her husband. I was going to call the POLICE fill a case & ATTACK THEMin JUSTICE, even-though in Egypt the trials is a process of life.

I wanted to teach them a lesson for the extreme BAD BEHAVIOURS towards VERY POLITE and A COURTEOUS TOURIST that wanted ONLY to ENJOY her time by visiting Sharm & to discover the Egyptian culture by the way the Egyptian are very welcoming and very respectful, friendly with high level of courtesy which they don’t represent at all the landlord, wife. But he came finally, I checked his hand, he checked my hand also but exactly like checking the hand of an enemy (no eyes contact), I tried to speak with him but he said I know all the story with a very cold manner, I don’t know what is the story that his wife told him exactly but he finally gave me my rental contract that I didn’t get it from Mrs. Alkhatib that was missing his signature and we changed the checkout date. Mrs. Elkhatib told me that we are trying to do our best to support you, so now I will answer you : Thank you very much Mrs. Elkhatib for your massive support = DESTROYING my HAPPINESS during my VACATION and my Christmas period, thank you very much, you really did an excellent job, and thank you very much for wishing me a Merry Christmas after all your HARASSEMENTS because to say all the complete truth Mrs. Elkhatib after that she finished all her harassments towards me, at the end she didn't forget to wish me a Merry Christmas, what a very kind lady Mrs. Lan Elkhatib is! Does it  3,110LE = the expense of 1 light on, for 2 hours? Someone needs to take some mathematical or financial classes and the most important and fundamental is to take conduct, ethics, how to treat people also how to be human classes after all that if there will be any hope and I will suppose that you succeeded at that moment you should learn how to treat tourists as guests and how to approach them. MONEY IS NOTHING, GOOD BEHAVIOUR IS EVERYTHING So if you want to be HARASSED, threatened and HIGHLY OFFENDED during your vacation in Sharm Sheikh, so you know now that you can rent Villa 60D, you will be well served by Mrs. Elkhatib.

The owners were downstairs and always willing to help with any questions I had. Being locals they had inside information on everything. They were so kind and helpful

Great location,very nice apartment and roof terasse, near the Farsha.Host is perfect!

The location is beautiful. It's within walking distance to the Red Sea.

The host was absolutely wretched. They treated my family horribly and had no regard for the distress they caused us. They claim to have made a "mistake," but that's hard to believe when they're making mocking gestures behind our backs when they think we don't see. Or insulting us and calling us deplorable names in a language they think we don't understand. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. There's a million other places with much more hospitable hosts in this beautiful area. But if you do feel like chancing it, learn a bit of Arabic and Russian before you go but don't let them know that you know. It's amazing how much you learn about people's true colors when they think you don't understand them.

The place is great, very clean and well equipped with huge terrace, the host is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment is a 2 min walk distance from the beach, reef of Hadaba is amazing.
