De route naar de woning is over een steile weg, maar het uitzicht is dat meer dan de moeite waard. Prachtig huis, schoon (!) en goed onderhouden. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de noordkant van Tenerife.

Tenerife est une belle destination. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison : elle est fonctionnelle, la vue depuis le salon est magnifique. Elle est très bien située la plupart des points d'intérêt de l'île (de notre point de vue) étant localisés dans le nord

Fernab der Straße haben wir uns von der Arbeit erholen können (Orgel-Demontage in Orotava). Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Gleich am ersten Tag erhielten wir einen dritten Hausschlüssel, den man uns erst kopieren musste. Toller Service!

Situated in a vineyard on the side of a hill, the views are fabulous You walk down the hill to the main road and have a wide selection of places to eat or the kitchen has all you need to make your own meals.

Estuvimos unos días alojados y la verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa está muy bien equipada, con unas vistas espectaculares y lo mejor, la tranquilidad y el silencio. Marina muy amable nos atendió con todo lo que necesitamos. Volveremos seguro!

Très bien située, près des villes et avec une belle vue dégagée, elle est aussi près de plusieurs départ de randonnées. Grande maison, confortable un peu fraîche en fin de journée, au début avril. Excellentes vacances! Plein d'activités dans la région

La casa está en una zona tranquila de la orotava , pero muy buen ubicado, vista espléndidas, todo bien cuidado. Los dueños muy amables. La casa muy limpia. Ideal con niños y sin ellos !!

Ha sido de lo más gratificante la estancia en la casa. Buena calidad tanto interior como exterior. Vistas espectaculares. Muy recomendable. Cercano al pueblo y a restaurantes (autóctonos).

Communication was very excellent! He sent us a very good map how to find the house. We arrived very late and we found it right away!!! That was perfect, as we were traveling with two little kids! Alex an Marina were very kind and answered always very quick! We had everything we needed in the house! They even had a children chaire and a childrens bed for us! The house is exactly as it is shown on the pictures (or even a little better). Its a really big house! We felt as friends! Thank you very much Marina &Alex!

Pour 6 personnes : 100 litres d'eau chaude par jour !!! Nous avons été informés de ce fait la semaine précédent notre départ... Maison très humide et dans laquelle il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine. Notre attente fut veine... La troisième chambre est pas digne du superlatif de la maison . Ne parlons pas de l'accès : 500 m en première sur une route où il y a de place que pour une petite voiture .

Où est passée ma caution ? La maison vous a été rendue propre et en bon état.

The house is as described in the adand the pictures are correct . We liked the large living room with the chimney and the nice view . As it was quite cold , rainy and not much sun during our stay we had difficulties getting the house warm with the heating provided . Also the house was not as clean as we had expected , especially the fridge and the tableware .

Well... of course, this house is not a 5-star hotel, just if you expect this from the reviews or the high gloss photos. But for the price it costs, it is a much more than average place on this nice little island. Don't expect a sensational environment - yes, you are alone in a wineyard and it is very quiet here, and you have nice views down at Puerto de la Cruz, but therefore you have to take longer drives to the next restaurant or supermarket. And if you like to cook a lot for yourself, just be aware that there is no dishwasher - as described, of course, just do not skip this. And, one final thing: The initial contact to Alex is very nice, but when you're there, do not expect too much service. Not even the promised bottle of local wine was there, well I don't care much as it's only worth 5€, but if they tell you so they should just do it. Nevertheless, we liked the place, and if you like to hike a lot it's a place from which you can reach Teno, Anaga, Orotava and the Teide plains in a short time.

With two toilets, one shower and one bath (with shower over it) there were ample facilities for our party of three. The house was adequately heated in February with a couple of electric fires and the log burner. Logs were easy to get as they could be purchased from any petrol station. We found a great restaurant at the bottom of the hill within walking distance where the food was lovely and both wine and food were reasonably priced. We had good fun communicating with them as they spoke no English but we would certainly recommend it. We found Casa canaria con vinedos perfect for what we needed.

The second bath was smelly - may be due to the fact that we didn't use it. The WiFi works fine but the amount of data transferred with high speed is limited. When you exceed this limit the internet works very slow. We liked the rented object, the environment and Tenerife and can recommend this. The communication with Alex (the owner) was excellent. All comunication with Alex was quick and easy, little details like the wine bottle from their vineyard on arrival together with the impressive views of the land and see made our stay really enjoyable. The house has all things you need and location is perfect for hicking and easy drive to get everywhere around the island. Thank you Alex, Rossi and Marina for this truly Canary experience.
