The staff were so friendly and informative.

Very convenient to the Aronoff Theater and other downtown hotspots. A variety of restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good.

Parking is expensive. We were able to find a more reasonable lot nearby after a lot of driving around.

The staff was amazing! Great location could walk or take a very short drive to everything.

The room was great, I asked for a quiet one and I got it. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Lobby interior was very nice.

The wifi never worked and even though I followed up twice with the front desk no one ever helped me. Mainly an issue being from out of the country, so I had to turn on my data, pay for the usage when I already had paid for a room with wifi.

Some of the staff was really warm and welcoming the lady who checked us in was awesome. The decore was nice and the basement lounge is a great idea.

I hated how tiny the rooms were I also didn't like that the shower didn't have a whole door and your just showering out in the open. This was horrible and cold and messy. Who's idea was this?????parking and getting to and from the hotel was also not ideal especially with only three dollys ended up having to carry our luggage in several trips very very horrible.the breakfast was lacking no bacon the sausage looked horrible and not many other options after that holiday in breakfast was amazing.

We stayed 2 nights including New Year’s Eve and the bar was closed by 10pm!!! Really? You can’t serve drinks one day a year till midnight?

Our room was at the end of a short hallway. It was very quiet. The room was clean and had a nice kitchen with a large refrigerator. And microwave. Even a dishwasher was available in the room if we needed. Very nice place. Would recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gentlemen upgraded my room,my fiance Birthday. Breakfast was nice everyone that work at the hotel need a Bravo,Thank you for all that you do!Will be back again.

The sheets weren't ironed and therefore the room didn't feel tidy. There was a doubt that the bed had not been changed.

Short staffed and the place was not clean or well kept like other Marriott properties I have stayed at.

It was easily accessible, easy to get snacks and drinks, clean, free breakfast and lounge area.

There was an employee who’s hospitality was lacking but I didn’t want to provide a low score because the rest of the staff was amazing.

Location was great! Room was big and clean.

The only issue was the noise from the street at night. But that’s to be expected downtown! It was a tad pricey for one night stay. But it was clean and spacious.
