This rental did not disappoint. Easy access to the condo with the reserved parking. Pool and beach access were easy. Good location for surrounding restaurants and fun... Rick is a fantastic host that is quick and reliable for questions. Definitely going to be my 1st stop for a beach rental.

Great condo on the 3rd floor with very convenient parking spot. Perfect since we didn’t have to wait for the elevators. Amazing pool, beautiful beach. We had a great time and will be back!

We love Shores of Panama because of the pool for the kiddos. We stayed prior but we were on the 21st floor which was miserable to hike (elevators never worked or were extremely backed up and slow). This particular condo was on the 3rd floor-TOTALLY DOABLE! We didn't use the elevator a single time. The owner is super nice and very responsive. The property was acceptably clean. The pull out sofa was not in working order but we made due. He did provide an air mattress but we had brought our own. The unit was decorated tastefully. There were some things I believe maintenance wise could be addressed but we were comfortable overall and enjoyed our trip. My only complaint would be that there is no pantry, nor is there a single empty cabinet to put food. The kitchen is small and all our food covered the counters and it made it difficult to actually prepare any kind of meal. As a larger family-cooking while on vacation is a must to save money-especially with picky eaters, it just makes sense. We are looking forward to another trip again next year and will definitely keep this unit in mind.

We ended up going the week of Spring break with our 3 kids ages 11-16. It was a little busy because of the time of year, but everyone was very friendly- even the college age kids! It ended up being a super fun vacation. Rick was very helpful and communicative. The view from our balcony was honestly my favorite part.

The place is beautiful, clean and feels spacious. The check in process was great because the owner made sure all we needed was there on the counter as we opened the front door and saw the beach. This place has a reserved parking spot on the same floor as the condo which made it easy to leave, get out to eat, drive to the pier and go sight seeing. The condo has big white tile for the floors which feels great on your feet after being outside in the sun. The patio door is easy to open and there is seating looking over the resort like pool. It’s easy to drive to all the popular eatting places and we loved being able to come back to the airy and bright condo.

The property itself was just as described. Amazing view and Rick the owner was quick to respond and awesome to communicate with. Will definitely be renting again!

Everything was beyond our expectations. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Only thing wish the resort would have the inside pool heated. Other than that our trip was amazing.

The condo itself wasn't the as clean as I would like but the breathtaking view helped make up for it. Kitchen cabinets were very messy as was the storage closet in the bunk room. The parking garage and parking spot is extremely tight. Bring a smaller vehicle if you are able.

Our condo was clean and the checking in was so smooth . You can use all the kitchen utensils which was fabulous because we cooked and stayed in one night .

The condo was great. Good location overlooking the pool and easy access to the parking garage from the room. Checking in and out was a breeze and the communication with the owner was perfect. Would recommend.

My family and I traveled to PCB for a week. Rick was extremely helpful and provided wonderful communication leading up to our stay. The building is rather larger, however the condo is on the third floor which makes taking the stairs easy. Reserved parking is right on the third floor of the parking garage and the condo is across from the gym which my husband utilized several times. My kids loved sleeping in the bunk bed! Everything needed was provided- beach chairs, toys and towels! We had a five star stay and cant wait to return!

Let me start off by saying Rick is absolutely wonderful . Four days before checking in I received a very detailed messaged about parking and room information - pictures and all . Until now, I have never thought about parking and room location - however this has all changed . Our condo was located on the same floor of our reserved parking . The third floor to be exact - which made it so convenient not to have to wait on the elevators etc. Rick even compensate us having to leave early due to my kid’s summer schedule . He provided names to the best restaurants and told us which to avoid . He was always a phone call or text away! The room was awesome ! Cleaned and stocked with beach chairs and towels!!! I will definitely use Rick again . The view of the pools and the beach is spectacular!! Best condo ever !!

Absolutely loved staying here! Was clean, comfortable and a beautiful place. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location of the room was perfect and easy to get to everything Panama Shores had to offer as well as surrounding activities. Rick was awesome at communicatiin and responding to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to go/stay.

The condo was beautiful and located on the 3rd floor. Easy access to parking lot, elevators were quick, or stairs are easy/quick from 3rd floor. Beds were super comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony. The host was excellent to work with and was very helpful with everything. We will definitely want to book this condo again.

Excellence stay. Rick was very friendly and answered all my questions. The property was clean the pool was amazing and security was very good felt safe the whole time I was there.

The property was as advertised. Everything was exactly like the pictures on the website. The condo was decorated nicely with just enough and not too much, according to my wife. There were PLENTY of utensils that any family would find useful. Everything was included in the condo for going to the beach and having a great time. We were on the third floor and that was perfect, because our parking spot was on the same floor and a short walk to the condo. The view from the condo was that million dollar view. Looked straight out at the pool and the ocean was in the background. Rick was easy to communicate with and offered suggestions for dining in the area. Great directions to enter the building and the unit. The wristbands were included and waiting on the island when we walked in. Unlike other units on Vrbo, the wristbands were included in the rental. Rick checked to see if everything was acceptable upon our arrival. Easy departure instructions, also. Overall a great first experience with Vrbo, and Rick. We will definitely rent from Rick again. I will say this again the unit was really great. Loved not having to use the elevator to go to and from the car. Would, and will, recommend this unit, and Owner to anyone looking to vacation in PBC. This condo is on the 3rd floor of a jumping condo in the heart of Panama City Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff is super attentive; and the host is super responsive. Everything you need is in the kitchen; the patio is an amazing place to sit and chill/people watch; and the washer dryer comes in HANDY! My ONLY complaint is that this condo doesn’t sleep more than 2 adults who are larger than normal comfortably in a bed. The master is wonderful and will sleep 2 adults of any size; but the bunk room doesn’t accommodate anyone over the height of 5’8” or 5’9” and that room is a bit tight so it is really better for kids/pre-teens/teens. There is a couch and a love seat and a blow up mattress; but if you want a bed and you are larger size/crave comfort, just an FYI

My view was magnificent to wake up to it was majestic. We went with several friends and even though they were in the same condos their experience was not the same. Rick is very attentive and you could tell he was genuinely concerned that our stay was the best. There was some unfavorable groups down there the first 2 nights and when he heard he immediately checked on us. This was our first vacation in 30 years and Rick and his Condo made it worth the wait.

The host of this property was so kind and responsive. He was always one step ahead anticipating my next question. The view was amazing. So beautiful. The property was clean and an accurately reflected in the photos. Plenty of supplies to meet cooking and beach needs. The resort was well maintained and the staff were great. We really enjoyed the week!

Rick (Owner) was excellent to work with. The unit is exactly like the pictures. Nicely decorated and the view was fantastic. We caught a little of Spring Break, other than traffic the last 2 days it wasn’t bad.

The room was beautiful. Very clean and decorated so cute. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches. We will definitely be staying here again. Rick the owner was also very easy to get a hold of for any questions or information that was needed.
